Had dinner @ Branzini last night and we were underwhelmed by the food. First Greek salad I ever had with no olives, flavor (totally bland), and limp mixed greens rather than either Romaine or Iceberg lettuce. The Feta cheese was bland as well. Not Greek Feta for sure. Love a good Greek salad and this was the anti Greek salad. We also ordered a chicken soup which was a non chicken soup. Obviously made with chicken base, not chicken. Meal was unacceptable. Management was trying their best to look busy, but never once looked at the food on the tables, or asked if everything was to our liking. The server was very nice, but never came back after the food was served. Had to flag her down to ask about redressing the salad. Salad came back tossed around on the plate tasting (or lack thereof) exactly the same. Left half the plate, was not asked if everything was good, paid the bill and left, not to return. Don't know how this establishment got any 5 star ratings.

Just what the area needed. A conveniently located, elevated and elegant eatery. This place is made for everyone. Owners are wonderful. Nice large restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating. Will certainly be the destination for many!

Yum!! Hubby had lobster ravioli, sauce was so delicious and I had the Filet Branzini. Ingredients were so fresh and I could taste the difference in olive oil. Reminded me of when we’re in Rome, 🇮🇹

This place is such a gem! Cozy atmosphere and it feels like you are actually in the Mediterranean. The food was top notch - attention to detail was above par and everything was cooked to perfection. Amazing service as well! I recommend the octopus, ribeye, and branzini filet. Will definitely be visiting again!

Arrived with my elderly mother prior to them opening and they were extremely accommodating, allowing us to go inside and sit until they were ready. The fish soup was absolutely amazing. A large portion, loaded with seafood and flavor. The appetizers were delicious and large enough to share, for dessert, we selected the baklava…a perfect end to lunch. Everything was flavored perfectly. Our server, JoJo, was great, very informative with the menu, attentive and super sweet. I can’t wait to go back!

I've been following Branzini's since the grand opening on January 4, 2024, and have watched as the management and team have really found their stride. All I can say is, the seafood in particular the best Mediterranean cuisine I've enjoyed on this side of the Atlantic in a long time. The proportions of EVOO, garlic, herbs, and unfiltered joy that go into their signature Branzini dish are simply mind- and palate-expanding. They really need to lean into his particularly culinary strength of their menu. The pasta dishes are excellent, but their craft with seafood is really something you have to experience. It will make you WANT to travel to the Mediterranean, if you've never yet had an opportunity to experience that. If you have, it will bring back fond memories. The wine selections are outstanding (I'm a big fan of Brunellos and of course they offer one of the best, right from Italy) and the atmosphere around the bar reminds me of Cheers ("everybody knows your name"). This speaks very highly of management, which personally puts their heart and soul into turning their team, their menu, and their clientele into a cohesive, family-like collective. Pay no attention to the few bad reviews. Frankly, when you read that the owner personally compensated for a (rare) bad experience by 100% discounting the tab, and STILL they give a 1 review (even though they admit they loved the food), you're dealing with an ungrateful person whose opinion you can safely disregard. I was astonished to read some of these reviews, and can only SMDH. This place has huge upside potential. Come help fully realize it by bringing your good vibes, and you'll find that they are more than met (and raised) by the dedicated staff and the sublime seafood experience that Branzini's uniquely delivers.

If you are looking for a good Mediterranean restaurant, I recommend "BRANZINI". They have authentic Italian specialties such as delicious pasta, juicy pizzas and fresh salads. The ambience is pleasant and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I am sure you will enjoy their food!

Amazing Experience! Delicious food, superb service by Max, and a familiar ambiance make this restaurant a pearl in the St. Pete Beach area. We had late lunch on Sunday afternoon and loved it so much that we will return for sure. Very recommended! 10/10

I loved it! My friend and I had dinner there and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the food was simply delicious! The menu was so attractive that we had to order multiple dishes. We ate stake, lobster ravioli and of course branzini. All of the dishes were beautifully arranged, with fresh ingredients, and paired with great wine. In many places this quality of food is overpriced but here it is reasonably priced. I would be remiss if I didn't mention baklava which was home made and really yummy!...The ambiance is elegant and cozy, with European flair and a beautiul patio. Strongly recommended!

We had a party of 8 and our server Jojo was very accommodating and gracious. It was a birthday party and they sent our table a cake with a sparkler and the cake was big enough for all of us to get a few bites. The food was fabulous and large portions. Plan on returning often.
