Our server Leeann T was absolutely amazing!! She was so sweet and very attentive. She's a hard worker and know the menu inside and out!! Thank you so much to our sever. Highly recommend this applebees and ask for Leeann!! She put me in a better mood from what I was when I came in.

I came to this Applebees establishment for lunch since I was shopping at the near by premium outlet. I gave it two stars just because Anna the waitress was nice enough to acknowledge us while we waited to be served. Anna was nice enough to attend to our needs which we pointed out the booth we were seated at was disgusting, filthy, unclean with food grease on the windows, table, and food crumbs on the booth seats and the floor had soft drinks spillage. Never again will I eat here again. We had steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes including broccoli, we also had salmon broccoli and mashed potatoes. Both plates were cold. If it wasn’t for Anna I would have given it a 1 star. A tip for management, cleanliness is key! When customers order food make sure your grill line workers pay attention to detail and send warm food out!

This Applebee’s location is clean and the service was great. My usual favorite of Shrimp and Parmesan sirloin and ending it with a desert of my favorite Triple chocolate meltdown just never gets old. Love it

Outside smells like sewer so bad I almost didn’t go in!! The waitress was very good. Food was mediocre like all Applebees. 1/2 price apps after 10pm except chicken wings. Idk about you but when they serve broken bones and derpy looking wings I get grossed out!

Had a light dinner, Caesar salad and French onion soup. The waitress was nice and the food was delivered quickly.

I'm a regular customer and visit this place at least twice a month or monthly since is close to me. The food has been getting worse day by day for the past few months. Today was my last try. Got in, got the appetizers but no drinks like for 30 minutes when the food came out (COLD) and the chicken looked like the oil hadn't been changed in a year. No refill on my drinks and had to ask someone to go get my server.. THE WORST $77 SPENT NEVER AGAIN

What’s not to like on my first time here?!? Our waitress Melissa was attentive and friendly. She took care of us during our two hour stay - time to catch up with girlfriends who haven’t seen each other in 3 months. One girlfriend recommended this restaurant. She visits once a week, and has never been disappointed. The food is consistently good, and she likes the service, too. When we visited Wednesday, 6/22/22, all of us were pleased with service and food. All of us had salads and they were all good. I had the chicken Caesar, one had the shrimp fresh greens salad, and another had the strawberry fresh greens salad. We liked the breadstick that came with each salad. All was fresh and tasty. Melissa kept our drinks full, and offered to go cups to each of us. She was a big part of our 5 star experience.

Truthfully the service was ok. They didn't clear any empty plates untill the table was so full they literally had to. Had an empty soda for awhile before my waitress came back. I got the chicken tender plate and they were massively over done and dried out.

Ricky Bobby's gonna be disappointed at this one. Bland and uninspiring. These chains won't make it with $20 burger and fries unless they raise their game relative to prices. Chili's is across the street and is better

Hostess was very friendly, our waitress was very good, prompt etc. My elderly Mother ordered fish and chips and couldn't keep it on her fork, didn't realize it was small chunks of fish in batter. She said it tasted good but was falling apart. The other 3 orders were excellent. Also, it was a litle too dark in the dining room, could barely see to eat. I had to use my phone flashlight to check my steak and to help mom so she could see too eat. Overall great!

Leeann T does a fantastic job with our To Go orders. We are regulars and she always makes sure our orders have everything they need. She is efficient and friendly and a true asset to this Applebees.

Leeann T was such a great server even when she had a lot on her plate!! She helped us a lot with menu choices. Thank you soo much for the fun time and relaxing environment!! Leeann sure made us feel comfortable there!!

The food was good as always but the staff were very nice greeted us kindly and with a nice smile and Nakya was very nice and helpful she made sure everything was good made sure we had a good time and was very happy to serve us. Always happy to see people like that that’s why I will always come back to this place.

We came super late and we were super exhausted from driving all day. Leeann T. took such good care of us. The food came out very fast and she was attentive to all our needs. When I’m in the area I will definitely be back.

We dine out most of the times but LEEANN T, bring our meal to curbside. We are so well known, all I have to do is give my name and she recalls my last orders….. its pretty cool. Love her service, everything is always right when she takes our order.

Jules has been our server multiple times on multiple visits and we continue to come back! She always makes sure w shave what we need, gets our toddler’s food in quickly, and very attentive to keeping drinks full. We always have great food and served quick no matter how busy or slow it is. We love coming here and have quickly become regulars!

Standard Applebee's, could be cleaner. Silverware was dirty which was promptly replaced. Host did not greet us... Food was ok. Wings were pretty good (they should be as pricy as they are); artichoke dip was weak and liquidy. Salmon was pedestrian at best. However, the server J. was phenomenal and saved the day - she was very sweet and on the ball.

I stopped in on my way home from a Spartan race, I was a mess, covered in mud. Made a terrible mess in the bathroom (I’m so sorry) but the service was amazing. Calvin (I think that was his name) was just the nicest sweetest dude. He made a small mistake with my order and didn’t make any excuses and took full responsibility and apologized and corrected it quickly. I really appreciated that. Sorry again for the mess.

Horrible service. Never got my wine. Apps came with no plates. My brothers beer came with no mug. When we asked for a mug never came. When my husband went to the bar to get my wine. She was nasty and said I don’t owe you a wine. The waitress was standing right there and just walked away after she told us. She knows she owes us a wine. Never again.

I would like to say thank you to our watiers at Applebee's Saturday night. She really made our experience very enjoyable. We had my daughters birthday dinner party there and everything was wonderful. We really have a great dinner and no worries. Thanks again.

Spent a day on the Cochenia Beach enjoying the sun, breezes, and my son, an grandchildren. Late afternoon, about 2:30 pm showed up, and of course kids are hungry. Packed up and decided to stop at a restaurant about 5 miles down the road on Cortez Blvd and Hwy blvd 301( a place I had stopped a few times before. We had 8 people, and was told +45 minutes, place had many open tables. Left for another location, same franchise.Got to Ellenton, Hwy 301, I-75. Walked in, and was an hour + waiting. Being resourceful inquired at Applebee's across the street. Come on down, no waiting at all. Do we ended up at this Staff friendly, open tables, and great service by Brittany, one of the very best servers I have had in quite some time. We had left 2 other places with the red 🌶️ pepper, and it seemed to us they did not have time for us. I realize Coved, Coved, Coved is the excuse by many companies these days, yes I know it's real ! Applebee's is now my go to place. I had the Classic cheeseburger, with fries; excellent choice for now. Thank you Brittney, an Applebee's for making us feel at home in your place!

So uncomfortably cold I could not stand to eat. I’m sure the temp in dining area was less than 65 degrees. Food won’t even stay hot in here. They said if they turned it up for dining room the kitchen would get too hot. Maybe they need to consider an extra air conditioner for the kitchen. It’s ridiculously cold. Noticing people with sweaters sweatshirts. Even the wait staff is wearing long sleeves! Food was good. Service was good.

Literally the food was the best in a very long time. We got a deal on the 2 for $28 and got fried shrimp for only $1 more. And thanks to Server Brittney was literally the best service we ever had. We only come to this location . Well definitely will be back for more. Thanks Applebee's and the kitchen crew great job
