Love this place. I work down the street so me and the girls I work with go a couple times a week to get a healthy lunch in rather than fast food like we used to do prior to the opening of this place! Their shakes legit keep me full and also curb my sweet tooth. Their teas are really great too especially if you need some extra hydration but are sick of drinking plain water. You can add collagen, probiotic, immunity and all sorts of stuff to the teas and shakes. I really am so thankful something like this is so close to my house and work. I’ll definitely be a long time customer.

**UPDATED REVIEW BELOW - WRITTEN 01/24/22 ( ITS GOOD I PROMISE) really like this place. Filiz is a wonderful, strong, and beautiful woman inside and out. She and the others who work there are very kind. The place is super cute inside. I haven't had anything bad from there. As someone who is very into health and fitness, I appreciate the clean ingredients. I haven't had everything on the menu yet, but so far I THINK the blackberry cobbler protein shake is my fave. Second would probably be Reese cup. Oh, and if you get the blackberry cobbler shake, do yourself a favor and get some graham cracker topping to mix in - very good combination. There is a magazine there with Filiz on the cover, if you haven't read her article, I encourage you to get to know her a little and read it. Wow what a story. Filiz if you're reading this, You have my support, and YOU GO GIRL. **UPDATE - idk what Filiz did to the protein bites...I always liked them, but I had them back before there were options for flavors. There were options for flavors this time, so I just said whatever flavor she used to make before there were options, which is some sort of praline flavor I now know. So remember praline. Guys...something changed because they were already good before, (months since I last had them.) but this time was extra DELICIOUS. The ratio of peanut butter or something changed because BOMB is all I can say. I got them sprinkled with cinnamon, A MUST. I think filiz lied and said she sprinkled it with cinnamon, but actually sprinkled it with crack. OMG I WANT MORE. Bravo Filiz!

Came in to get my sister something because she is a big fan of the location but lives out of the way. The owner was very kind and even gave me a sample tea that I did not think would be so good. Quality business, quality owner. Very genuine.

I came across Bayshore nutrition from my best friend and ever since then I’m obsessed!! They’re smoothies are are my favorites. As soon as I walk in the door I feel so welcomed! It’s a super clean place! They always have the best recommendations on their products and I’ve never been disappointed!!

I stopped by here after a day at the beach, wanting a nice refreshment and I was not let down! Bayshore Nutrition is a really hip, adorably decorated place and it’s vibes are on point. They have a good menu, lots of different options. If you’ve never tried an energized tea you are really are missing out. They have healthy caffeine, taste AMAZING, and are not really actually teas. They don’t taste like an herbal tea, it’s more a fruity drink. I got the blue razz peach, and though I don’t think it tasted how it was named, it was super refreshing and the perfect pick-me-up after spending a few hours in the draining sun. The shakes are awesome. I got the mocha latte one and it’s the best shake I’ve had from a nutrition place in a while. It was blended perfectly and just super chocolately and delicious. The owners were super friendly too. I had a great conversation with them. I will say, no nutrition place is cheap but it seemed like it was even a little spendier than other places I’ve been. But the product was at least worth it.

I love a bayshore Nutrition! Their shakes and drinks are absolutely wonderful and I love that they use super wide straws! They have great customer service and are always very friendly. Highly recommend!

Filiz is such a treasure to know.. she has helped so many including me to get healthier..with shakes that taste like a forbidden treat but are actually healthy for you .. Go and try some teas,shakes,protein balls, bagels,doughnuts,etc...everything is great!

So so delicious!! My shake was super creamy and filling. I told my bartender I wanted something a little sour and a little sweet for my tea and they made me just that! The atmosphere was very welcoming and made me feel at home! We love Bayshore!!

Tried the April special Mario, it was delicious. A very nice citrus flavor with pomegrate. No chalkiness to the drink very smooth and refreshing!! Last visit I tried the Reese cup, it had a nice thick peanut butter mixture with a thick layer of chocolate 🤤😋 Purchased the house blend coffee protein it's the perfect amount caffeine and great flavor to start my day ( I do add coffee ice cubes and sweet cream creamer)

Filiz and Joe are such sweethearts and they really put a lot of time and attention to detail into their business. I’ve watched them for months on Instagram as they were getting the busy ready to go. I went in today for the soft opening and I am impressed. The space is clean, comforting and relaxing. I had the cake batter protein shake + mermaid drink. 10/10 . I wish this place was closer to me bc I would be there daily. This is the only place I know of that offers smoothies that are big, very yummy like a dessert, low cost and low calorie., low carb and with nutrients. Tropical smoothie and smoothie king are good..but most are higher calories and higher sugar than what I'm looking for. Bayshore has Exellent customer service ,great hours and the choices of teas, shakes and coffee are never ending. They also do fun events like classes and prizes, hope I win :)

Everyone is always so friendly. The teas are delicious and the milkshakes are amazing! I just tried the coffee today and I was very impressed. I definitely recommend checking them out.

I am a delivery driver for Amazon so I found this place from delivering to it and wow, I am so glad that I did! This is by far the best place in Florida to get a smoothie, shake or tea. Their shakes are not only healthy but taste amazing. My girlfriend and I have come here close to daily for a year and the best part about this place is not their drinks, it's the people. Filiz and Joe are so welcoming and make the place feel like a home. They always give us flavors to try and make our days better. People keep coming here for a reason, definitely a must have if you're in the area. My favorite shakes are the blueberry muffin and the fried ice cream as a power shake, tastes way too good to be true, but it is! (40 grams of protein)
