i got my nose pierced here last July and the experience was not only unprofessional but disappointing. They pierced my nose with a gun which i was not expecting at all. I would have preferred it be pierced with a needle because they are less painful and cleaner. They also post fewer changes of causing an infection. Piercing guns can NOT be sterilised properly and can cause blunt force trauma which can lead to tissue damage. i followed the correct way to clean and care for my piercing but however I did infact get an infection from the piercing which wasn’t a fun experience at all. The jewellery in the gun also made the healing process so much worse than it had to be. The jewellery was a sharp pointed piece of metal with a jewel on the end. The inside end had an extremely sharp point which was just sitting in my nostril. The amount of times that the inside jewellery stabbed my septum and cause a nosebleed is ridiculous. I would not recommend getting a nose piercing here.

Lovely pedicure & relaxing hot stones body massage. Could feel all my neck tension melt away. Jacqueline always works out all the tension knots. Beautiful treatments. I feel like a new person.

Made my daughter feel at total ease when getting her ears pierced for the first time. Even though she must have seen loads of kids that day. Thank you 😊

All staff are very friendly and made you feel at ease. I have had my nails done a few time also treatment to help my nails which were soft, weak and breaking (they're now back to strong nails) also had a massage and afterwards felt like sleeping relaxed that much. I'm now having laser treatment for my upper lip, chin and sides which are dark thick course hair needing shaving nearly every other day and this is working. Kayleigh always talks to you and if you have any questions will always answer them. Had my eyebrows waxed they were fine too. I've been asked by friends where I've had them done and how well they're done

My eyelashes were still nicely curled after my previous treatment 4 weeks ago so this time it was eyebrow wax and eyelash tint. My eyebrows are beautifully shaped and tinted and my eyelashes look fab once again. Ella is such a lovely girl and asked me how my Dermalogica skin regime was going. Staff were very nice but God my eye brows are HORRIBLE. I didn't want dark and I got black they dont look better at all. The before and after pictures you see for brow lamination are definitely different to what I got. My eyebrows were drawn on with a brow pencil ! ,from the back and the side, I'm not happy a d this morning one brow is all curly and feels like glue.. will, not return.

I booked a pro60 treatment. 60 mins of targeted treatment which left my skin feeling thoroughly cleansed, brighter and enriched. I was under Kayleigh’s wonderful care. Can thoroughly recommend.

Ella always makes me feel comfortable during treatments. She's a credit to The Beauty Factory, really down to earth and the treatments I've had have always been top tier. All the staff I've dealt with have always been fab! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
