Extremely good customer service, attention to detail and care. The girls go above and beyond to make your experience as good as possible. You always get more than you bargained for aswell, manicures and pedicures last longer than normal and are very relaxing .

Where to start with this amazing business, having booked in my mini pamper hen party they really pulled out all of the stops! We arrived to the salon to be greeted so warmly and personally, I have never been made to feel so special. There was 4 of us in total and we were all over the moon with our treatments. All of the team are so amazing at what they do and so friendly while doing it. Definitely recommend! 🥰

I had a Medi spa foot treatment today followed by gel polish applied to my toe nails. I am always pleased with the results and my feet feel amazing and look great. I have a couple of wonky toe nails and Nicole always makes them look perfect. Very pleased and will go again.

The place is lovely and the services are all great, I'd highly recommend to anyone! They also do courses, run spas at the woodland lake lodges and Sutton Hall and others, even offer cocktails and have a secret spa with a sauna. Best place to go relax in Thirsk, always superb pedicures and manicures and staff are very well trained and friendly and very consistent. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Eyelash tints are great they've never stung, and massage treatments also top notch. Well done on running such a brilliant business with so many unique selling points also! Took my 9 year old daughter for her ears piercing. She was nervous but the therapist put her at ease and explained what she was doing at each step. Aftercare was explained well to me too. My daughter is very pleased with her ears! Thank you.

I was really nervous coming to have my nails done for the first time ever as a middle aged woman, because I've always felt intimidated when going into salons. But Phoebe is so relaxed and made me feel really comfortable! Not only is the atmosphere welcoming, the level of skill and quality of the work is amazing.
