I have stayed at many apartments and hotels in Norwich over the last few years. I have my favourite locations/accommodation that I love. However I now have a problem albeit a good one. The apartment and city location of my last stay has now clearly become an absolute favourite of mine. The split level apartment was fantastic, bright and spacious. It is a very nice spot to relax and enjoy the city. I had every possible amenity on my doorstep including the wonderful market the city has. I spent my afternoon listening to the entertainment and found myself just walking and taking in all the city has to offer. All in all, the most satisfying stay I have experienced, alongside an excellent host, making sure that I was happy and had no problems or issues with the apartment. Honestly a remarkable stay/weekend which I extended by a further two nights as it was that good. I commend the host Tom and look forward to my next stay. Thank you Adrian

Fantastic apartment to stay in!! Ultra modern with character and charm of the fine city of Norwich. Could not fault the quality and really convenient location. The host Tom made our stay one never to forget with smooth check in and check out process and everything in between. Can’t wait to stay again.

We stayed at St Giles Townhouse, which was everything we wanted and more. Every last detail in the house is stunning, and it was perfect for us as a family of 4. Super central location, beautiful interiors, spacious, clean and cosy! Tom & Molly were always reachable and super helpful throughout our stay, we can't thank them enough. Everything was so seamless. We can't wait to come back again!

We stayed in 2 properties for a total of 3 months. It was really a home from home. Without a doubt the quality of the accommodation is excellent. Easy to check in, WiFi readily available which made working from home so easy. I loved the location of Eastgate House, and also Nadler House both of which were in town. Tom and Elliot who looked after us were very friendly and easy to reach. What more can I say if you want a comfortable luxurious apartment, then I would definitely recommend Norwich City Apartments!

I felt incredibly well taken care of from the beginning of my stay until the end. From my experience, as a host, Tom is very considerate and flexible and seems to always put his guest first. But with regard to the apartment, it was very clean and in a central location so for my work purposes I really couldn't ask for anything better. Will definitely be staying again... thanks again Tom!

Tom was very accommodating at very short notice, upgrading my stay to a stunning townhouse in the heart of the city. I was able to check in earlier and check-out was hassle free. The town house itself was immaculate, spacious and you could tell there had been a lot of thought into the design of each of the rooms. All appliances, cutlery and expected items were available, which of course is a bonus. The town house really is stunning, especially the balcony from the room which gets the sun all afternoon. The location is undeniably a major selling point, a short walk to any point of the city. Tom was the perfect host: flexible, understanding, reliable and also gave a quick tour of the house so I knew where everything was; he was also available if there were any problems, which there was not.
