A straightforward, convenient and painless treatment. From making the online appointment to my consultation with Craig everything went to plan. Craig talked me through the process in detail before starting and continued to give advice during the treatment. The follow up email I received the same day was informative with photos of inner ear. I would not hesitate recommending this company.

Wow! What a difference having this treatment has made, I can hear and probably better than I’ve done in years. Craig was so thorough, explained the process and made me feel comfortable whilst having it done. My husband is now looking forward to having his done now too. It feels wonderful to be part of the human race again. Am back to my happy self again and not exhausted trying to hear what’s going on. I totally recommend this, no doubt about it 😀

Brilliant! My hearing in one ear was virtually nil. The audiologist was very skilled, knowledgeable and caring and cleared both ears so that I could wear my hearing aids again and resume a normal life. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I've used Ear better a couple of times and on both occasions the service I've received has been fantastic. Craig talked me through each stage of the wax removal and made sure I was comfortable throughout. He explained how and why the wax builds up and also gave me tips for how I can help prevent the wax building up in future. It's fantastic to be able to hear properly again, highly recommended!

A friendly greeting was nice from Craig. I was told what I would feel regarding the wax removal. Even though I have had it done before, it reassured me. It was interesting to see, on the tablet screen, the inside of my ears before and then, nice and empty of wax after! Will use again if needed,thankyou:-))

Very good service. My dad has Parkinson's which can make things difficult but Craig was very helpful, kind and caring. It was easy to get into the treatment room. Craig was professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend

Craig was friendly, knowledgeable and skillful - and clearly had all the up-to-date equipment - so absolutely brilliant. We can both hear so much better now. My wife and I will certainly use him again if we need to. Highly recommended.
