I've been twice to Côte, once last spring/ summer, and once in September for my birthday. Both experiences were amazing. The food is divine, the service is fantastic and it has easily become my favourite restaurant. Don't expect to pay fast food prices here - the food is worth the extra cost though. For my birthday, the staff also added a surprise to my dessert, which was lovely. They wrote Happy Birthday on it, and it was just a gorgeous touch to a splendid meal out. I can't wait to come back again!

I wish I could give them ten stars. The food was banging, no cap and the customer service was spot on. Definitely have the almond financier as dessert- it is the best I have ever had.

Best overall experience in Peterborough center so far. Feels premium compared to other places in the area. Great steak prepared perfectly, interesting starters and vast wine selection. Decent prices. Will be definitely come back.

We enjoyed our meal here. We had a set menu which was affordable considering the menu. The set menu is very well-curated! I liked everything that was included and I kind of struggled to pick which meal I wanted because everything looked good but settled on the mussels for starter and sea bass for the main course which were both delicious. Can’t wait to go back there again.

Great experience at the Côte. We were a group of 22 and everything went well. The food was delicious, great quality, good portions and delicious taste. Everything was lovely and the service was 5* too. Friendly staff and very attentive. There was just a bit of a wait between starters and the main and specially for dessert but we were entertained networking, so it was fine, no big deal. Certainly a place to visit again. Thank you guys!

Excellent French restaurant on Church street in Peterborough City Centre. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful I recommend the french onion soup the beef bourguignon and the duck and the french beer was also great

The food is great. The menu is varied. The staff are friendly. I had lunch with a friend and we had a nice time. I would definitely visit again.

A fabulous experience from start to finish. We were warmly greeted on arrival and given a choice of seats. Restaurant was fairly busy with a good hubbub of diners enjoying their food. I started with beautifully cooked calamari in crisp batter and the good lady had crab maison which she raved about. Mains (pictured) were salmon with red pepper sauce, peas and olive tapenade and the star of the show, meaty monkfish with mussels, fennel, shallots and apple in an amazing veloute. I hoovered up every last drop it was delicious. A shared cheese board and port rounded off a delightful meal. Friendly attentive staff made it a night to remember.

I'd definitely recommend Côte to anyone who has allergies - they were brilliant accomodating my nut allergy and made me feel comfortable by showing me a tablet with all the allergens on the menu. I felt at ease eating the food which was fantastic!

Fantastic experience at Cote Brasserie. Food was amazing as expected and the service was great. Big shout out to Andrew who I used to work with many years ago. He was great and good to see him after so many years.

Great visit to cote this week for a midweek dinner with a colleague. Have been to this chain before elsewhere and forgot how great it was. Lovely food, lots of options based loosely around a French brasserie theme. Nice surroundings and staff were great too. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Had the valentine's menu and they was very accommodating with the fact I am a celiac and unable to eat gluten. Food was incredible and service to match. Cocktail was nice and the Cote de Beouf was cooked to perfection.

Absolutely wonderful. Visited for my birthday, and was greeted with a birthday card and had wishes in chocolate with my crepe. The steak was fabulous and the staff were so very pleasant. We'll be back!

We was very welcomed when we arrived. It was simple birthday dinner for two, but our table was decorated with small stars and birthday card was on the table with wishes from restaurant staff. Birthday person received glass of champagne. On the dessert they wrote happy birthday. We wasn't expecting anything, we was pleasantly surprised. Food delicious like always and generous portions. Best recommendations. This restaurant never disappointed us - food always delicious, service exceptional .

Me and my partner visit at least once a month for date night, the food, staff and atmosphere is always excellent. We had missed seeing each other for our birthdays which are a day after each other, as he works away. I had put birthday on the booking and didn't think to much about it. What a lovely suprise to find a hand written card and birthday confetti on our table. The staff always make you feel so special and when pudding arrived it had happy birthday written in chocolate on the plate, which was a lovely touch. The food and the staff will always keep us coming back.

Absolutely amazing food and service. The staff are so friendly and even recommended dishes and certain wines too. We didn't have to wait too long between courses, although it was such a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant that we wouldn't have minded either way. I can't wait to return for another beautiful meal.

We always wanted to try Côte so thought we'd do just that. Sadly the food and presentation were average and nothing to be wowed over. The sea bass came over loaded with so many peas it was rediculous. (Prezzo seabass was sooo much tastier). The 'fresh' juices also tasted like they were concentrated. Starters: Crispy Whitebait, Mains: Pan fried Seabass, Dessert: Tarte Au Citron. All in all the dessert was the best and was very tasty and we'd go there just to try the variety of desserts. The Customer service was good, but we were served by 3 different people. It's nice when it's just one person serving you.

Had a fabulous time on Saturday. There were 11 of us, so a big party. The staff here are amazing and can't do enough for you. They were busy so we had quite a wait before we got any food, but it didn't matter as we were entertaining ourselves and drinking. We ordered off the 3 course festive set menu which had a good choice. We did warn them in advance that we were going to stay for about 3 hours and would be noisy and that wasn't an issue for them. Had the turkey option, which was pretty good. Would definitely recommend the restaurant and team there. Thanks for a fabulous time.

Lovely to sit outside and enjoy a meal looking at the cathedral & all the other old buildings of Peterborough. Waitress service, polite. Menu interesting. Meal deals good selection. Portions small, mostly peas for mail course. Free wifi. Have to pay for food at till indoors. A good place to meet with friends.
