Before
I
start
this
review
I
want
to
say
how
lovely
the
staff
were,
this
review
is
not
a
reflection
on
them
as
they
were
beyond
lovely
and
accommodating.
With
that
out
of
the
way,
let's
get
into
it.
Firstly
I
was
seated
right
next
to
the
door,
not
sure
what
they
can
do
about
it,
but
every
time
that
door
opened
on
a
cold
winters
day,
you
are
feeling
it.
I
had
to
put
my
coat
on
in
the
end.
This
could
have
been
forgiven
had
the
food
been
as
amazing
as
the
staff,
alas
that
was
not
the
case.
I
chose
an
item
that
I
presumed
could
only
be
good
as
described
as
'The
famous
VA
Bennies'
which
was
basically
their
take
on
an
eggs
Benedict.
The
eggs
were
slightly
undercooked,
you
want
a
runny
egg,
but
the
white
was
also
slightly
runny.
The
hollandaise
was
tasteless
too,
definitely
needs
an
overhaul.
My
son
had
a
kids
full
English,
he
said
it
was
nice,
but
he's
4
so
can't
really
rely
on
his
review.
Such
a
shame
as
the
place
itself
looks
nice
and
the
staff
as
I
said
were
lovely.
