I had previously never been into the Crown Decorating Centre until last week, but what an absolutely fantastic place! Becci guided me towards the best products to use for my needs and could not have been more helpful. She was professional, friendly and so knowledgeable about not just Crown products but the industry as a whole. Her expertise has been invaluable for a "newbie" home decorator like me!😀 I'll definitely be back again, now I'm on a decorating roll!

Phoned crown paints wakefield branch for teamac floor paint . Spoke to Becci . They had sold out .but had some in leeds . Becci went beyond expectations and went to leeds to get it . Well done Becci . 10 out 10 thank you very much . 1 happy customer . Will def call again😃👍

Becky the store manager of the Wakefield store is always a joy to see. She's very helpful and knowledgeable and it's generally my only port of call when needing paint. Becky advised using scrubable paint and it most definitely is good gear. I will be back when the Mrs wants the walls changing colour again.....soon!!!

Becky was extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable about the products, and took her time to ensure that we came out with the best paint match for our needs. We chose the scrubbable matt option, which is far superior to a competitors paint which we have had a bad experience with. Would definitely recommend.

Huge thank you to Tony, Julie and the team at Crown. We had a paint ceiling disaster after succumbing to the flash effect. Tony did not hesitate to help us have a colour match of paint to repaint the ceiling without forking out another £100. I called today with a complex order Becky served me and put my order together. She answered all my questions about the order confidently. Afterwards she helped carry everything to my car and even showed me how to pack it safely in the boot to prevent spillage driving home. She’s a star !!

Me and my partner went to crown paint for our sons bedroom. We are first time decorators and don’t have experience with what is the best paint for certain areas. Tony served us and gave us the best advice and helped us pick out the perfect paint. Thankyou tony, you were the biggest help!

We visited Crown at Wakefield today (8/4/2022). Becky served us and was very helpful, informed and clued up about what we wanted. She steered me to a bargain or two regarding which rollers to buy and was attentive and very efficient throughout. In future Crown will be our first port of call whenever we decorate.

Becky was really helpful in advising what product would be best suited to my requirements. She was friendly, approachable and clearly knew the products sold . She was able to advise on filler, paint, brush type and what roller. This ensured I had all I needed in one visit! Great service and I would highly recommend going.

Becky and Julie are very helpful and can advise on the correct paints and quantities you need. We have visited several times recently as doing lots of decorating, we have had paint mixed and also purchased some wallpaper. No it's not the cheapest but the finish you get is much better than some cheaper brands. Thank you ladies for bearing with us when choosing colours and giving great service.

Becky was so helpful, assisting me with a product and recommending sadolin for my fencing and decking. Really impressed with the product so far and even more so, the great customer service.

Initially very impressed with the help I recieved, although upon going elsewhere I realised the equipment prices were expensive. I priced up several items , paint rollers brushes a painters tool etc, nothing had prices on so you have to ask then the price they give you is the non vat price. I went to another top end decorator centre and the prices including VAT were cheaper than the Crown prices excluding VAT. The staff were very helpful and informative however the pricing system or lack of and pricing strategy is something that needs changing in my opinion. I've never been somewhere and had to ask the price of every standard item on a shelf.
