Got excellent customer service experience yesterday from 2 ladies called Jo and Jo 🙂 This is the best place to get your bus pass if you're ever in Liverpool

2 staff on and they're serving one customer together, I know they're probably training up but could do with having more staff on. Fab customer service from all staff, just seem like there's never a full team so there's always a big wait 😏

Just a few people in the Merseytravel centre when I arrived. Plenty of space. All wearing masks & socially distanced. Most queueing for Greggs. Needed a replacement concessionary pass. Dealt with by a friendly & efficient lady staff member. All sorted in 10 minutes.

Called in to enquire about my free travel pass, I'm 60 in 2 weeks. Gentleman behind the counter was most helpful, gave me the form to fill out, with a pen. Checked my documents, as evidence, and completed the details on the form. He said it would be posted out to me. In & out in less than 5 minutes, including me writing my details down! Very helpful & efficient, thank you!

Liverpool City center bus station clean well maintained and safe well equipped with good lighting.

Went into the Greggs and had a coffee and a cake which was lively. The place was clean and quiet. The service was good and efficient. Will eat in there again.

I phoned as I had left my bag at the bus stop, they called to the center and they said a cleaner had looked and it wasn't there. 15 minutes later, I got back there and found it exactly where I'd left it.

Didn't specifically gp there they have a Gregg's inside and you can sit down an have a cup of tea or coffee or a cold drink and sandwiches or something

Busy place as it's central to all the bus stops within Queens Square. Staff have always been helpful. Handy place if you want travel advice.

Very helpful polite staff . It is a shame they are subjected to the aggressive radio music from Greggs with whom they share their space .

Great place if you need to find out info for the buses you may require

You can buy travel tickets here for trains,bus and ferry's with the added bonus of being able to buy yourself a coffee and sausage roll because some genius decided to put a Greggs in here as well with seating and tables.Make your travel plans and have a bite to eat.

Had to call into Birkenhead bus station on 2 occasions recently and both times staff were so helpful and friendly. Made up especially with a lady called Alison.

Very confusing. Why on earth have the routes 17 and 19 been swapped. Yes, there is a concert at Anfield but the route change serves no real purpose except to confuse regular passengers

Gave me a quick answer that was correct although not the one I wanted, professional and no nonsense answers five star treatment well done

Found it very difficult to search out the place for buses going to Wirral. No one around to ask, panic making and anxiety levels went through the roof (so to speak). Not a good experience.

Cannot put in words (staff not qualified) ask for advice tell you anything. I get 3 yes 3 BUSE,s the 27,10A, and the 21 when it arrives . l waited over wait for it 1HOUR ,every SATURDAY special between, 12/1.30pm. advice l was given on_a NUMBER of times was ,not enough driver's, yet while standing for 1hour l noticed numbers, 20,19,17,14,every 15/20 or so the 21 BUS is the only BUS that goes to WESTHEAD AVE / MINSTHEAD AVE ,KIRKBY L33 why is (THAT?) Iam not the only one waiting . I feel sorry for the Elderly, and Mother's with young children standing and sitting around for that amount of time .Its disgusting 😬😤🙅🚌🕛🕜

Queen Square travel shop - Some staff need training. They don't all know about the travel passes available. I went in last September for a term time Trio pass for my grandson. I was told they didn't do them. Luckily another member of staff overheard and said "We do" and sorted me out with one. Today my grandson went in and was told they didn't do them. They sold him a weekly one for £12.50. I rang up, spoke to Paul who assured me they do! Next week I'll have to go in and jump through hoops again to get one! I'll have to pay full price so that's £12.50 wasted, add to that my train fare to get there and back and it starts to get costly. Very frustrating when this is is due to staff incompetency. So if any staff at Queen Square travel shop read this YOU DO A TRIO TRAVEL PASS FOR STUDENTS!!!

Bus service was good didn't have to wait long for the bus it was the day of the rail strike so it was very bizzie and took a hour to get home BJx

I was helped yesterday by a lovely lady named Nikishia, she sent emails and photocopies on my behalf regarding my metrocard and called me today with an update, excellent customer service, a credit to the company.

Brilliant service whilst getting my very 1st bus pass, gentleman was very helpful and well mannered, Couldn't ask for more brilliant.

The customer service desk colleague was so lovely and helpful.
