    I have been to the store last week to get some help with my new Samsung a10. The staff was really helpful and the customer service was outstanding. Madalina set me down and answered all my question, she was really polite and very patient.

    This store is absolutely shocking!! Do not go here! I upgraded a sim only contract only to be sold a demo phone which was the cancelled I was then given a totally different phone that does not work the managers attitude is disgraceful talking about me rudely to three customer services refusing to take the phone back I now have to travel back to the store to take the phone back as she doesn’t know or understand the policy or the phone customer services tell you something completely different to the store and as a customer you end up in the middle being sent back and forth being billed and spoken to like a child because of their mistakes! I am taking this further but just be careful if your in the store check everything and then check again don’t fall for the same scam joke as me! This is also now affecting my credit score!!

    AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. I am writing this review in hopes that the Assistant Manager named Natalie from the 3 Three store in the Grosvenor Center in Northampton ( postcode NN12EW ). She was absolutely amazing. The service provided by her was above and beyond my expectations. Her focus was all about the customer. She made me feel like a real person and showed real interest for my concerns. Absolutely fantastic, please promote this girl.... This is what I call real customer service.

    Very very bad signal coverage you can have in your phone with three mobile, I'm lorry driver 60%of the parking services all around UK no signal or very very poor signal,on country side the same. if you do not believe that you are free to go and sign up the contract, the big mistake on my life I do wen I signed and have the sim from three mobile, I never have that poor signal coverage on my life, Customer service is unprofessional is well, the store team they are not help with nothing, very very bad company,

    So I went in with Dad as he had some queries about getting an iPad data plan. We was served by Theresa of which was very help and explained everything to him. She also got him all set. 10/10 for customer service

    After visiting a competitive supplier, who were pretty hopeless and didn't understand my need for a wifi broadband router with external antennae connectivity, I called into the 3 shop in Northampton. My existing contract is with 3, expiring shortly. I explained that my current set up was struggling to recieve a decent signal since I moved home and found myself in a poor signal area. My very knowledgeable advisor, Chris, explained that, should I take a contract there was a substantial cancellation period if the new setup was unsatisfactory. The router was on display and had the antennae connectivity required. A deal was struck, at lower cost than my current deal, a router was brought from the stockroom and I left a happy customer! On setting up that afternoon I found the signal vastly improved over the old unit. A great result from a business that took time to understand customer needs!

    Thank you so much for helping me out yesterday letting me change my phone😃 I was so stressed with the power cut at home and being on hold for an hour with the council by the time I got in to town my phone only on 3% . I was try to get to my mum in hospital as is very ill . Big massive Thank you to all of you and the kindness you shown thank you so much 😃 my power back i brought is awesome the best 0ne I've brought 😃

    Just went into store for a browse and didn’t buy anything but I just wanted to feedback on how welcome I was made to feel in store by Rosie and Rubayda. Staff were so attentive and friendly and helpful with my needs and left a lasting impression. Totally first class experience and I know where I’ll be going when my contract runs out.

    Great customer experience in store today. Madalina helped me decide to upgrade, I got a brand new Huawei P30 Pro and some nice headphones. Amazing service and attitude. I am really happy with this Three store!

    Three mobile, disgraceful customer service. We've had a phone taken out fraudulently, they sent the bill to a debt collection agency without is knowing the account existed. Twice we've asked for an account which has been ignored. They just sent another invoice. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole

    We visited three today as new customers for a phone contract. The staff was really helpful and friendly which is really appreciated during these difficult times. We got served really quirky and efficiently from a lady called Rubayda that deserves extra credit for her amazing effort and attitude.

    I am an older customer and a little nervous when the time comes to upgrade my phone . Zee could not have been more helpful . He took his time to explain carefully and with all the information needed to make that choice easily . He then spent time changing my phone over to my new one ,which was so helpful to me . After a week i had another question about my phone and so i popped into the store and the assistant that day talked me through my problem and quickly and easily sorted it for me . In these difficult days and were being in touch is so important its great to know there is someone there to support me . Thank you

    This has been the most terrible experience I've ever had. The staff's attitude was utterly disgusting, and it felt like dealing with a group of scammers rather than genuine staff members. I had to visit the store a total of 5 times just to cancel an order that was given to me by mistake. Every time I approached the staff for cancellation, they would deliberately ignore me, feigning ignorance as if they had never seen me before. To top it off, I ended up being charged £29 for a product I never even used. This ordeal wasted not only my time but also my mental energy. I strongly advise against visiting this store. _^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^__Update_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^ Thankfully, They waived my bills after 8 weeks!

    I went into the shop - I had to wait a bit but it was well worth it. Kyle is a true gent. I informed him I'm here on holiday for a month, he advised me to get the 10 Gb for $10 plan which is fabulous. Very knowledgeable, quick service, and it's always good meeting people like Kyle. Thanks.
