    If I could rate a zero I would. Hands down the worst GP service I have ever received. It is almost impossible to get in touch with reception and even after you've waited 3/4 hours to speak to someone (if the call doesn't get dropped) they're so so rude and horrible. If you go into the surgery it's empty and the women at reception are so unhelpful and clearly hate their jobs. The doctors themselves have no idea what they're talking about and completely misdiagnose. I have been left over a week without a prescription which I need and when you go in you get sent away. I'm not quite sure how they're still open.

    Absolute joke of a surgery the minute it turns 8am the phone line give a engaged tone no que at all even an hour later not sure if they even turn the phone on. Always full booked but when u finally get an appointment the waiting room Is dead . Tryed the E consultation to get antibiotics for tonsillitis at 8.15 yesterday and after 25hrs I got a response to say they had received it but no treatment yet as a clinician hasn't seen it . Moving me and my kids to a different surgery asap

    Would give zero stars if it was an option. This practice is an absolute disgrace. Bad mannered receptionists. Nobody reads your records properly so when you go for follow up appointments for chronic illness you have to start from scratch every time. The amount of stress this surgery causes it's patients means that people get even more sick because they can't get the help they need. I've even seen a patient cry on reception because she was so exhausted from trying to get an appointment. Gone are the days where doctor's understood your health as an individual. You just get ten mins to answer the same questions every time. Terrible surgery.

    Would give them negative stars if possible. The most useless medical practice in the UK. They never answer the phone even though the receptionists are just sitting literally doing nothing. They turn all patients away if you go in person to book an appointment and ask you to book using phone which they NEVER answer!!!!!!!

    1 star is definitely too generous. Been sat trying to get in contact for the past 45 minutes. I have a sick baby and when I went it to see if they would see to him they replied with. Phone tomorrow at 8am like I haven’t already tried for days. Worst doctors about needs shutting down.

    I wish I could find another practice near me as Woodroyd is terrible and VERY VERY hard to get through to on the phone as for example its 12.05 and since 9.30 m I have been sitting waiting for a answer for each time after waiting in line for my calls to be answered to get down to the number 1 slot then getting cut off twice, this practice even ignores formal complaints as I made a complaint about Dr Bavington to the practice manager over a year ago and got NO response to my complaint which in my opinion was serious. I had a telephone consultation a couple of weeks ago and the doctor who dealt with it said that she would arrange a appointment for me to get some treatment but I have heard nothing, its so bad because of that practice I cant even leave the house as I cant even use my walking sticks as the pain in my shoulders is so bad

    Absolutely the worst GP centre ever, avoid at all costs. They do not answer the phone, it will ring out or they will just cut the phone on you. It takes multiple visits to get them to take you seriously. Cannot believe health professionals are allowed to act like this. Cannot believe the GP receptionists simply do not answer the phone. Who enjoys calling a gp multiple times? Obviously you call in a time of need and to be fobbed off or not taken seriously is absolutely awful. Go elsewhere if you can

    If you value your health, do not come here. Put you on hold for 30 minutes and then you're told all appointments have gone for the day. Or they cut your call off without speaking to you. Receptionists think they can diagnose you, absolutely no sympathy, try to rush you off the phone. Needs major improvement

    Catastrophic approach, people don't make appointments when they are seriously ill, so they don't care. Everything online only, you can do it online without an answer, the GP does not respond, a happy approach at the reception, you call and they do not pick up, she coughs on people's. Very bad system.

    Having been on the phone for 45 minutes 8 15 till just gone 9 was told that there was no appointments and no call backs from the doctor how the he'll are you supposed to see a doctor if you are ill .when you phone up you are poorly then not in 48 hours. Doctors take an oath to do no harm well it's certainly harming me

    I want to give zero ..They have no manners to talk. Its my 3rd day I am ringing to book app. Each day line gets busy from 8 to 9 when you manage to get through at 9:30 no app left and they asked you to ring again next morning. I have no idea where to go and why there are surgeries? Every time they said we have no app left go to hospital..

    The worse surgery in UK. I went in this morning to make an appointment, was told to phone in as lines are not open .I explained that I am deibetic(insulin) ive got a really bad ear ache and sore throat, I've been on liquids since yesterday as I cannot swallow any food .answer was either phone in or go to the chemist and buy some kind of spray. When I said your service is rubbish,Both receptionists started giggling. Complete joke .rubbish service..

    I am so much in pain but the practitioner I saw today was very rude didn’t bother to look at my legs and feet so just to get me off their back told me to lose weight gave me no pain killers for my pain and didn’t listern to me properly saying I’m not listening to her. In future looking to change my gp.

    Literally the worst surgery in Bradford id even go for worst surgery in England for 3 weeks straight I’ve not been able to get a appointment with anyone face to face got server pains in my chest and abdominal. Can’t even get throw to them most mornings till 10. When you raise up to them the phone lines are horrible and do not allow you to call for literally most the morning you get told it’s your phone. Seriously if I could get a different doctors I would and if anything happens because if my chest and stomach pains I’m gunna blame them

    I am diabetic patient and i went this gp regarding that. But the appointment i got was late for 2 or 3 times. All the staffs behaved a rude way including the doctors. They are not treating as a patient, not a lovable approach.

    Never answer their phones and poor service in general. They do not care about anyone's health. I would love if they got treated the same. Would give this 0 stars in possible. They actually need shutting down or staff replaced. Incompetent is an understatement.

    This medical centre is a absolute joke they don’t answer there phone it’s a dead line half off the time and they cannot be bothered to answer phone they need to sort this out I have rang them 106 times no answer I rang the health visitor up to get them to ring me they don’t bother but when there dad rings they ring with in 20 mins this is not a medical centre this is a death centre

    Like everyone else on here I would rate this practice minus 5. The support staff arw an absolute disgrace. The GP's must not be concerned about patient feedback because if they did they would improve their service. Impossible to get an appountment and support staff are rude, inconsiderate and think they are medically qualified. Join this practice and expect zero service.

    Although we sometimes have to wait in line for the phone to be answered that is the same as any surgery but would like to say that having recently had some health problems my treatment by all the staff at Woodroyd Health Centre, has been second to none.

    There is something not right. GP's are issuing sick notes for the people which are just pretending that they are ill ( I know at least 12 people) but they wouldn't help you if you really need it. It leads me to question myself it is incompetency or money in the pocket?

    Hello management of kensington parnership I am just explain you what happend there My wife have a oppintment with doctor at 11.45 am we been there all the way from bd8 ,we reach there at 11.51 only 6 minutes over due to road works allaround in the bradford,dr refuse to see her,only 6 minuets late we are,but last time we reach on time and then dr call us after 20 minutes of the time of oppointment.you know thing is our time is not important but the otherway them time is quality time for them,i am very disappointed

😠 Absolutely disappointed. Waited over 40 minutes in the queue. Got to number 1 call got answered before I could say hello. It cut off. My mobile reception is excellent. While I write this I’m in the call queue again at number 11. I’m ringing on behalf of my father. Shocking and let down.
