    AVOID AVOID AVOID! If I could give this surgery 0 stars I would purely due to the unprofessional and ruthless reception staff. Absolutely appalling telephone manner and they think they're medically trained to decide whether or not you ought to be given an appointment. Out of the four reception staff I've spoken to recently, all but one have stinking attitudes and zero care/compassion. Where does Dr Gilkar find these people? The doctors themselves are pretty decent to be honest. But getting an appointment with them is nothing short of a miracle as the receptionist staff are so reluctant to help. Honestly it's almost comedic how these individuals have actually been hired in such an environment when they have such little sensitivity and professionalism.

    Its took me almost 3 months to get a GP appointment thanks to covid times! No pun intended. The attitude of the receptionist over the phone is absolutely so unprofessional. Whenever you call up your put on the calling que saying that your in 80th or 100th position within minutes of the surgery opening hours. Finally after 2 hours of waiting the receptionist says 'theres no appointments left'. I've become dependent on over the counter medications since February 2021. I strongly fear that the patients from this practice health will deteriorate furthermore.

    Some of the absolutely worst receptionists I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. From lying, not answering calls, to talking to you like you're inferior and daft. You cannot blame the "lack of funding" or the "NHS" it's their staffing.

    Absolutely disgusting NHS should've take action against them cause they waist alot of time of others when it comes to make an appointment. I was on hold for 40mins, call que at no. 23 and then they disconnected my call, radial the call and guess what you are at no. 50...Wow what a Joke and that's regular for them cause it happened few times with us and when you call them in later hours they don't even wana hear you

    I had been suffering from headache from 2018, got an appointment 2020 during lockdown, consultation was over phone and that was it! My headaches are getting worst and worst! Last week Tuesday I phone up trying to get an appointment but reception told me 'all appointment are gone', after waiting in the telephone ☎️ queue from 9-am until 10:10am only to be told that I need to book it online, ridiculously crazzzzzzy! Let me just say when death comes that's when you'll hear their lying stories, trying to cover up their tracks! Imagine waiting for an appointment almost 5 years!!!! I personally would give this practice no ratings, it's one of the worst doctors surgery I ever comes across and I will make this known!!! The Worst ever!

    Been waiting for 2 months for a single appointment, got told I had a phone consultation after months of trying came to the day of the consultation and didn’t get a phone call then I realised they gave me an appointment for 6pm but the surgery shuts at 6pm.

    The most useless doctors I’ve dealt with in my life . They’re incompetent. I’m gonna report it to nhs and council . They don’t listen to patients and treat them like dogs .the surgery overall is not a good place . I’ve been patient a lot of years with them but they don’t deserve patience because they don’t even try to make it a better place for patients .

    Everything about this surgery is useless. To the staffing to the doctors. They're heartless and I find them so rude. They never give you any appointments. 2 year old child has been suffering from very bad eczema and have tried to get through to the doctors on mutiple occaisons. My child has been up all night scratching until his skin has started bleeding. I have called three days in a row at 9am and wait 1 hour and 30 mins to be told we are now on the cancaltion list. Previously i have tried getting a referral to a dermatologist but this surgery just does not want to provide this service and it is badly effecting my 2 year old. I really do not reccomenf this surgery it is an absolute nightmare. My daughter had eczema and apparently she was referred to the dermatologist. THEY LIED! I waited a year and no response! They are jokes and action should be taken against this surgery!

    Absolutely awful service, receptionist make diagnosis and decide what patients should do. They are just after Qof points for money. Nothing more and the only surgery that is still closed for face to face appointment. Looking to move to another surgery.

    This is a worst medical centre I have ever been. It’s really hard to get an appointment when you exactly need it. Lines are always busy and to many health questions from the receptionist. Too much patience and Less doctors appointments.

    This surgery has lack of communication and respect for their patients and needs. It's the second time my mum's repeat prescriptions have not been issued she has diabetes and blood pressure. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

    Reception staff- Amazing service from them, they are always putting the patient first and always busy. They have dealt with me with respect and gave a amazing service throughout. Doctors- what can I say Im specchless they have always got time for patients and go that extra mile, if a patient is ill they support them and give them the care they deserve and have time for them. Im happy Im registered at the practice where 100% care is given to patients and the demand is high all over UK and they all have a heart of gold. WELL DONE for the service u provide me and my family xx Thank You

    Worst surgery ever! Have to wait for ages for them to pick the phone, then not give you an appointment because your problem is not serious enough. Had an abnormal blood test and wanted to talk to a doctor but apparently alot of of doctors called in sick and there are on only '2 doctors on call'. These doctors were only dealing with 'emergency cases' only, what's the point of A&E then. I wasn't given an appointment by the receptionists who are apparently 'part time doctors' too, who won't give you an appointment if you don't tell them the problem even if it is personal.

    Worst surgery avoid at all costs I will be changing mine was told yesterday to call tomorrow cause they wanted me to come down in 5 mins and I don’t live close wouldn’t even give me a extra 5 mins to make my way down there so they told me to call tomorrow for a appointment to see doctor was waiting for half a hour on phone before they answered to be told I would get a call back and if I need a appointment call back tomorrow which is what I did today the receptionist are no help and very argumentative absolutely no help worst doctors surgery in Bradford

    My husband suffers from really bad gout . He gets it at least twice a year. We had a telephone consult with Dr Patel who recommended some bloodtests. After the bloodtest we booked in for a follow up with Dr Patel. My husband started his gout treatment tablets and it also appeared that his cholesterol levels were really high for which he was also given tablets. Dr Patel explained my husband the dangers of high cholesterol and adviced him to see the nurse for dietary advice. He has lost since 1 stone and the best thing is that he hasn't had a gout flare up for 10 months! A big thank you to the GP's and staff at dr Gilkar & partner!

    First you will be Put on hold for up too 1hour even when you start your call at 9Am which is there opening hours when someone will answer at 10Am sorry no appointments avoid this place and look for a better place when the receptionist will answer the phone he told me too call 111 after 6 like I don't know this already this place needs shutting down as they cannot accommodate enough appointments too poorly patients who need seeing too ASAP 😡
