    I ordered three day 2 tests to be done on return from an Amber country. Only one arrived in good time and was successfully activated, performed and returned on day 2 (Wednesday, so should have arrived on day 3, Thursday). However, the result only arrived on Sunday (day 6), so basically useless. One test arrived in time to be performed but the activation code didn't work and it took them two more days to send a new activation code. The third test still hasn't arrived. The company were very poor at responding to emails and calls. When they eventually did they hadn't read the email properly so asked a question that had already been answered. They still haven't resolved the issue so the day 2 deadline is way past and now useless. I've asked for a refund, we'll see what happens but I'm not optimistic. Another cowboy company that has been approved by the government. Yes, they're cheap but I guess you get what you say for! Don't use them, totally useless.

    Test kit was delivered quickly and was reasonably priced, however, there is not a way to check your test result online and they do not respond to emails or their online chat so requires a call to their call centre. Only upon calling they found my result and emailed it to me (7 days after I’d taken my test). Also whilst put in the post at the same time, they lost my boyfriend’s test and as they won’t provide a refund for not delivering the service, they are instead sending another test (which seems redundant as we’ve been home 9 days already).

    1) Despite me confirming my arrival date, they arranged delivery of a day 2 test on day 3, which basically set me up to fail to take the test within the required 48hrs. As they don’t reply to emails or to the online chat, I spoiled my holiday by spending part of it chasing up and liaising with the courier company to bring delivery forward. 2) They sent me a broken kit which made it impossible to carry out and return the test (see pictures). I called asking to dispatch a new kit ASAP as I had only 1 day left then, and to use bubble wrap this time around. They said I’d be receiving one “in a few days”; however, they were unable to provide a call reference no., a tracking number for the new kit, or the name of the person I spoke with. They said I would receive more info via email. The new item was due on day 4, but I eventually received it on day 6.

    Can only comment on my experience, ordered the day 2 test well in advance of the holiday as they have roughly a couple of months shelf life. Test was delivered around a week after order. Once returned from holiday, on day 2 activated the test as per the instructions, took the sample and sent off with the packaging provided in to a royal mail priority post box. Within 48 hours, had our test results via email. Not a bad experience on this occasion.

    Don't like to leave negative reviews however for me this is not reliable company, unless you don't care about test results. Day 2 test results received on day 6 and contact with them impossible - don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails. I will definitely avoid as I think it's better to pay more and have more reliable company that gives results on time. I done day 5 with different company and had test results next day.

    I have ordered two sets of tests for my parents in January 2022. The reference code came seconds after ordering. The tests came the next day with dpd. The test results traveled :2 day send on Monday arrived in the lab on Wednesday results received on Saturday just after midnight. The next day 8 tests I send earlier than actual day 8 and I got the results together with my day 2 results. So within 72 h after they received it. Communication was great I used a web chat. Very informative and responsive so perhaps expert medicals are on a good way now.

    I ordered my Day 2 tests on a Monday and they arrived on a Saturday. I checked the reviews for the company after placing my order and really had no expectation of receiving a test. When I sent a chat message on their website about timing of delivery, I eventually got a response that said it will take 1-5 days to deliver. I haven't yet sent off the test results, so I can't speak to the quality of the turnaround time. However, I wanted to write about my experience to help put other people's minds at ease if, like me, they placed their order first and then decided to check the company reviews and started panicking. All you're required to have ready for returning to the UK is the code of the test you purchased (which you get right away when purchasing). My test took four full working days to arrive, so plan accordingly when placing your order. I can't say I'm upset now that I have the test and didn't pay an arm and a leg for it.

    Looks like my review is the minority here, but my own experience with this company has been perfectly fine! Ordered two tests a couple of months apart for two trips. In both instances they arrived day before day 2, so earlier than expected. And as for the results, return postage should usually take 24hours (recent one was a day later, I assume due to extra Xmas deliveries) then website says results should be sent within 72hours after receipt. For both tests I got a result vie email just over 24hours - again much earlier than expected! Overall I’m very happy! Glad it all worked out how it did.

    I was happy with ordering on line, the low price and receiving confirmation about my order straight away😊 Received the kit a day early 😊which was very convenient. Instructions easy to follow and received the results within 24 hours after they received the package. Will 100% use these guys again! Royal Mail was a bit slower, it took them 2 days to deliver 😒 Thanks Expert Medical ☺️

    0 star definitely! Ordered my test over a week ago so it arrives on time for when I am back. I was home at all times waiting for my day 2 test to arrive and nobody turned up and then got a text that ‘they missed me and that could not deliver the parcel’ and was unable to track it. Contacted customer service to report it as it could have been a courier issue and I barely got any help or answer. Will contact my bank to report this scammers.

    I don’t quite understand why Medical Experts got such a low score on google. Ordered testing kits from this company many times and never had any problems. Always received my results pretty quick. 5 stars ⭐️ for me!

    One star, as mentioned by others, is too much for this company. Thought things would go smoothly as my kits arrived intact and without any pieces missing or already used like so many reviews have mentioned (shocking in itself). My Day 2 result took 4 days to come in, and for my Day 8 test the activation barcode didn’t work - called them non-stop and emailed for 24 hours to get a half—assed email back with a new barcode. 4 days later, still no results from when I posted the kit, and no response to two of my emails. You can’t get through either of their phone lines - one doesn’t ever connect you to someone, and the other doesn’t even ring. Please do not use this company - go elsewhere. All the negative reviews here are nothing but the truth, so save yourself the time and a potentially wasted holiday if that’s your reason for arriving in the UK. **Edit: it is now over a year later, no response and no results - not that I’m waiting on them! Do not trust this company with your money at all, absolute waste of time. Just thankful that the NHS was able to send me a test in the end to be released from a VERY extended quarantine due to this incompetent company. I am shocked that there are any positive reviews at all.

    Very poor service from this company. It took 20 days for my Day 2 test result to come through. Difficult to contact by phone and they did not get back to me after my first query regarding delay. Furthermore I tried sending an email but it was returned undelivered, from which I presume the email address published on their website is incorrect. I cannot recommend this company.

    I ordered 2 test back on the 17th January, found out on the 20th I didn't need them. Went online filled 2 forms in to request a refund on the same day, which was visible to do, within 14 working. VCD-NCL-9TM-QXN-BQQ mid February, no refund, after numerous phone calls was told would receive within next 7 working days. Now in May and still not received, Phoned this morning said we can't refund due to it being 4 months down the line, even though requested within the time frame. Proof emails I have. Avoid at all cost, now reported them Absolutely appalling service

    I purchased day 2 and 8 tests which came 2 days after I ordered it. I posted my day 2 test on Monday and received the test result Wednesday evening. I was quite nervous after reading the reviews here. I really needed my test result before my test to release as it wouldn’t be valid without the day 2 result. Everything turned out fine and I’m very happy with the service 👍🏼

    Recommended by a friend in Greece received confirmation immediately by email and text that kits delivered by tracked DPD, codes worked perfect on PLF form did test morning after arrived home, registered test and all details online following clear guidance with kit, received confirmation email back immediately, posted kits in pre paid strong envelope and results back in Few days via email. Kits appear well made instructions clear , could not fault this service. In my opinion they did a good job for a great price if anyone is to blame for all this it’s the idiots working for the government who designed this procedure and should have kept it in house with the nhs with a small charge as they have the sites, capacity etc to do all of this quickly. I cannot blame these companies for taking this on. Good work Expert. medicals thanks for helping us have a safe return after a long wait for our holidays.

    AS MY TRIP WAS CANCELLED I KEPT THE TESTS FOR THE NEXT TIME. I AM NOW BEING TOLD I CAN'T USE THEM. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE IN DATE. I AM AT HOME WITH COVID AND WANT A RECORD OF IT. I HAVE 2 TESTS AND £40 DOWN AS THEY TOLD ME TO GET A REFUND IT'S NOT WITHIN 2 WEEKS!! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

    I really can't understand why Expert Medicals has so low score - I bought four PCR tests before our holidays in December - the price was amazing at £20 each. I've got four reference numbers straight away and all the timings were much better than they say on their website - they're saying that they try to send out test kits within 5 working days - 2 of these we've got next or day after, another one following day and the last one one day after third. After our come back we've done the tests and posted they using provided labels - and again positive surprise - they're saying they they aim to provide test result within 72 hours of receiving sample and our had arrived in about half of this time! Overall 5 stars from us!

    THIS COMPANY IS NOT COMPLIANT WITH THE REFUND POLICY INCLUDED IN ITS WEBPAGE AND THEY WRONGLY KEPT MONEY FROM INSTEAD OF PROVIDING FULL REFUND AS THE SERVICE WAS NOT PROVIDED. Avoid this company at all costs. I have been trying to get a refund from them for more than 2 months now. I sent them 3 emails per week, at least, and filled a refund form (after a month of back and forth emails they asked me to do that). They told me twice that the refund was being processed and this week (after telling me that the refund would take 7 days to see my account) they told me that they could not find the refund form and I needed to fill it again. This company is the worse I have ever had to deal with. They"forgot" to send us the tests, by the arrival date, ignore our emails. When it finally arrived, it took more than 3 days to get a resukt after they received it. Customer service ignores you, do not pay attention to any of your emails, lie and keep lying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Update: After resubmitting the refund request for the 3rd time yesterday 10.04.22 because they said they could not find the 2 previous forms, they just sent me an email saying that they cannot find the form when I sent them a screenshot of the form and the confirmation of the submitted form!!!!!These people are liars. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. UPDATE: They finally decided to refund my money but they unlawfully only refunded half of what I paid. I am reporting them to the authorities. They are not even replying to my numerous emails. Update: They are still keeping part of the money and I have reported them to the department of health and safety as they are stealing the money. Nowhere in the refund policy said that they will retaim part of the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
