Plenty of parking spaces. Parking slots are big so you don’t have to worry about others parking close and denting your car. Compare to other parking places, it’s pricey however it is safer, bigger and cleaner. Ticket machines working well.

Good location. Lots of spaces. Many hotels offer a discounted rate Inc Jury's Inn. Left car for 48 hours with no issues.

Very large car park in the Dock area. Easily accessible and about a couple of miles from central leeds area. The car park is not cramped and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rates are also very reasonable (about £8 all day is you are staying in the hotel next door)

I pre-paid to stay here. It was easy to find and I drove straight up to the barrier and I was in. I didn’t have to faff around with anything. I would recommend pre-paying if you know exactly how long you’ll be staying for. There was plenty of spaces available, and well secured with cameras, lights and personnel all around the site. I would recommend for long or short stays.

Wouldn't rate this place at all for high end cars. My parents parked the car on Monday around 4:45pm. We were told that it was a secure carpark with patrol… this was far from the truth. My parents have a new Mercedes and this was broken into 5:45am this morning (Wednesday). My stepdad got a notification that the car alarm had been triggered and went to figure out what happened around 6:20 to find that the drivers window had been smashed and the middle compartment of the car had been opened. Nobody in Citi parks helped my stepdad in this situation, he was on the phone on a repeat loop to citi parks help for half an hour; with nobody at the desk for a full hour. Shocking security service considering Leeds is known for crimes involving theft. We are from Scotland and were supposed to be leaving today; this situation puts a major bump in the road for our 5 hour car journey home.

This is a big multistorey car park located in the Leeds Dock area close to the Royal Armouries. It's easy to find and seems pretty well set out. Bays are wide and the place is well lit. Pay stations are on the ground floor and you can pay by card and contactless (signs near the machines say that it is going cashless soon), and for the whole day it cost me £10.50 (arriving at around 8AM and leaving at about 5PM). It's an easy walk along the riverside to the centre of Leeds - about ten minutes to Brewery Wharf, and another ten or so to Trinity. When I'm next visiting Leeds I'll definitely park here.

Easy to navigate to, and well signposted, this is a substantial car park. The spaces are generous and the costs are reasonable. I paid £10.50 for a full day, from before 9 until gone 5. The setting is pleasant in the regenerated dockland area, and this is a handy car park for the hotels, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the spectacular Leeds Armouries.

Decent enough. I thought the price wasn’t too bad at all we went to the armoury museum for 3 hours and that cost £5:50. Can’t complain when the museum was free. Would have been nice to see more wider child parking spots.

We stayed at Leonardo hotel which was about 10 minutes walk away. This hotel gave a reduced price for parking at this car park. The best thing was that you didn't have to drive into the middle of Leeds to get to this park.

ticket machine is 5 minutes fast ... staff refused to accept this .. apparently all their computers set to same time .. this is a con .. you will always be late back to your car .. you will always owe more money .. machine wanted 2.50 for extra 2 mins in the future .. they suggested the machines were set to Greenwich meantime .. so my watch / phone / radio station are slow ... !! don't be caught out ...

Spacious and very reasonably priced car park for Leeds. Easy access to the Royal Armouries, but also the rest of central Leeds via a short and pleasant walk along the River Aire. Supposedly staffed 24/7, though I never saw anyone, but if you call the number left in the office window the call centre you get through to are very helpful.

Pretty safe and secure car park. Spaces well sized. Lighting good. Pedestrian walkways are lacking so a bit like you're pottering through the middle of a carpark to get out. Reasonably priced so overall, would return.

Good quality parking facility for dockside development. Not for short stay parking as it is expensive if staying less than 2 to 3 hours. Otherwise no issues at all.

Really simple process to boon online, drive up and park. Prices are much more competitive here with a short walk into the city. Would definitely recommend

Great place to park; their Payment Machine can be weird 🙄 ... Contactless works better than trying to get your Card accepted with Pin.

Excellent price £5 for 24 hour parking. Easy to drive around, clean, well lit. They do need to update the email, confirmation info… you no longer receive a ticket on entry.

Good car park, clean and tidy with lifts to all levels. Ideal for visiting the Royal armouries and docks

Mohammed the Customer Service Manager is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. All round excellent car park for local residents living in Leeda dock. The most secure, clean and well lit parking you can find around this part of the city.

Reasonable sized bays. Fantastic location for the docks. Pricy even for a carpark.

I like to park here as some of the bays are wider, there is always space, and you can pre-book it

Very convenient parking for both the Leeds Dock area and the eastern half of the city centre. Or the whole city centre if you don't mind an extra 10 minutes on foot. Ideal for a night out in the city when driving up the motorway from south of Leeds

Its ok... Pricing is ok but 66% the advertised EV charging points were out of order which kinda sucks considering i specifically asked about then via customer services before travelling. The working one was in use...
