Sent relative with a parcel prepaid and sealed ready to be sent and the person unwrapped it and put cardboard on it for no reason and charged her £10, basically ripped her off. Be careful before handing over money as they try ripping people off who don't know what they are doing.

I've been using this post office for the last 7 years, and I must say that my experience has been consistently excellent. Mick and V, who work there, have always been incredibly helpful and attentive. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist have made my visits to the post office a breeze. Whether it's sending packages, purchasing stamps, or handling any inquiries, they've been top-notch. I truly appreciate their dedication to providing exceptional customer service. This post office is lucky to have such wonderful staff members.

I have been in lots of post office but this one was the best .the guy his name is V… help me a lot and was smiling from heart and very polite. I highly recommend if you not sure about any application then will see what responsibilities mean in real life specially in Nottingham.

Delighted to find a Post Office staffed by friendly people who know what they are doing. Very quick and efficient, even when there's a queue they work through it quickly so you are rarely kept waiting for long. These guys enabled our business to keep going through the darkest days of COVID lockdown when other branches were closing or restricting their hours, so they deserve to do well! Went to top up gas this afternoon for £30, they took the money counted it, 3 (£10 notes) still asked 20? I said its £30, got home only to realise they put only £20 on it, went back to the post office and their response is I should have checked the receipt before leaving, theyr ripping off unsuspecting customers. Beware, iv had 2 other people confirm theyv been ripped off by this post office.

Yes this is true. One of staff members wasn’t nice to customers. I want to put some money into my account. I have with me papers money and some coins but 1 and 2 pounds and he said this is not bank where I can do exchange 😅😅😅 there was maybe 3 coins 1 pounds and 3 2 pounds. Really???
