I'm already a fan of their lunch and dinner. But their brunch is somehow more whimsical and magical. I've had countless steaks and eggs. But this one is a drug. The steak tasted like aged steak that's been properly marinated overnight. It's not big, and it's pricy. But it's a drug, I'm addicted, and I'll have it every time I go there for brunch. The French toast is like dessert as a meal. It's rich and ginormous but, at the same time, light and fluffy. Afterward, you may feel like you just went to the most luxurious party to play with tons of puppy dogs, and now you are happy and full. As always, attention to detail is everything. The service was impeccable; their coffee was mild but tasty. It's hard to compete with drugs and puppy dogs, but everything is top-notch. (Even by NYC standards, which makes sense as they do have restaurants in NYC.) While they are impossible to get in during dinner, they are still undiscovered for brunch. So I also get to enjoy a rare solitude during our peak season. I'd suggest you go there for brunch before they get too popular.

We dined at Dolce Fantasia today for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was much better than we had expected. I only say this because usually the restaurants in Asbury Park aren’t that good, but Dolce Fantasia was good. I had the burrata special with mango sauce and figs for my appetizer. It was very good! The only thing is the burrata was served cold when it’s supposed to be served at room temperature. The candy figs and mango purée really made this appetizer special. For dinners we had the lasagna and the pollo della Fantasia. The lasagna I thought was just ok. The pollo Fantasia was FANTASTIC! The chicken was moist, and it was covered in a delicious mushroom sauce. It came with gratin potatoes that were outstanding! I loved that dinner, but my only complaint is that dinner was a small portion. For desserts we had the Nutella brownie and Nutella cheesecake. The brownie was good, and was topped with a delicious salted caramel gelato. The Nutella cheesecake oddly came in a jar. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I new it was coming in a jar. It ended up being good, but it didn’t taste anything like Nutella. I recommend dining at Dolce Fantasia in Asbury Park!

What a fun find in Asbury! The gnocchi was SO pillowy, it was out of this world!!! 🤤 A must try! The waitress and chef were super friendly and were also very attentive. I love that it's BYOB and that it's also open on Mondays. My husband and I will definitely be going back!

We have a new FAVORITE restaurant in Asbury Park! We were overwhelmed by the quality of the food we ate. I had a pinsa that was amazing - reminiscent of the south of France. My husband had a gnocchi that was gluten free - perfectly prepared and maybe the best light tomato sauce we have ever tasted! The service was excellent. We sat outside - but the inside looks so charming and fun! Can't wait to go back for our next meal (Memorial Day Weekend - reserved a table already!) and also for brunch - that menu looks great as well!

We had an excellent breakfast and service from our waiter, Dan, at Dolce. We arrived early, at 9 a.m., and were the first customers of the day. The eggs Benedict with salmon, served in a warm croissant with a bright sauce was excellent as were the sweet croissants we had—chocolate, Nutella, and pistachio, of which our favorite was the pistachio. The coffee was excellent, too, and the tableware very attractive. The chef adds no additional salt to recipes, which is a healthful decision we appreciated. The ingredients all tasted fresh. Dolce is a welcome addition and brings variety to the breakfast/brunch scene on Cookman. We recommend it.

Just get over here immediately, relax and enjoy!!! Absolutely top notch service and food experience. The avocado toast was delicious. Cheeseburger perfectly cooked and tasty. Prosciutto Pinsa was fresh and zesty. Eat and enjoy this gem!

Ok dinner was amazing- food was so good!! The golden figs with burrata and honey and prosciutto were so delicious, the best appetizer! I had the Chilean Sea-bass, which was amazing- husband had the lamb shank- absolutely delicious, my sister had the scallops in a creamy pesto sauce in like this cheese bowl, it was unbelievable! Dessert,- the Oreo tiramisu was delicious, came in its own little jar, but the star of the show was actually the pecan walnut tart-I didn’t think it was gonna be that good, but it was delicious! And the cappuccino was absolutely perfect! - BYOB, which is great!! service was great, our server Ian was a sweetheart and we know another server there there Kevin, who is amazing too. The only thing was the atmosphere, it was it’s very bright in there, they needed to turn down the lights- plus we sat by the door and they left the door open the whole time which was kind of annoying and chilly -Otherwise place was fabulous. Oh, the chef came out to ask how the food was, we were so impressed by that, and he was super kind.
