The family and I had a lil photoshoot out back after a delightful dinner at McDonald's.

Went to McDonald's today. Order the four for four Big Mac number one and a quarter pounder with cheese number one no pickles. the quarter pounder with cheese,I got two small hamburger patties instead of a quarter pound hamburger patty I went to exchange it by the time I got back to my food my Big Mac and my fries were cold and all they do is change was a quarter pounder they did not replace my whole meal. Some manager had called me and apologized for the mess up said it was a new person.

The food has been okay on a good amount of the times I've been there, but they do a terrible job of keeping track of customer's. On two separate occasions I had to wait 20 minutes for an ice cream cone. Only multiple occasions they've left food out of my order and I'm just too shy to go back, especially with a manager, I assume, always screaming in the back. I've had old disgusting food on one occasion and the fries are almost always cold. The employees are lazy and rude, and the lobby is always dirty.

Customer service is non-existant. I needed help with the app, went in and spoke with an employee who gave no help at all. I'm done with them!

Staff very pleasant, they went out to make sure the customers had hot fresh food. As usual at a McDonald's there was NO ICE CREAM.

Not a big McDonald's fan! Nothing against the franchise as a whole, just enjoy home-cooked!

Completely messed up my order when I brought it back they looked at me like what do you want us to about it and then whenever I receive my food and it looked like they just threw it in there the hamburger was completely messed up the cheese was on the side of a carton and the hamburger was on the other
