Ordered delivery through the app and they brought the wrong food so I ordered the food that was wrong and they sent the wrong food again. Then after weeks of going back and forth with costumer service through emails, they still haven’t givin any sort of refund or resolution at all. I used to eat here all the time so this is disappointing. Won’t be eating here anymore

Ordered their Cobb Salad (w/Grilled Chicken and extras), and it was GREAT!!! I've ordered from other "competitors", but I gotta say, they really made me rethink where I'll be choosing as my "GoTo" choice. Just sayin'...😋😋😋

Very good place for dining a great food. Many varieties for vegetarians and vegan as well. Newk's never disappointed is so far anywhere. Great menu, very friendly staff, nice spacious place. Perfect to have a dinner with family.

Love the Salads! I get the Ultimate salad... Delicious. Best in town and price is so reasonable, it's so big my husband and I share one.

I had Turkey and Swiss on bread that tasted homemade. Served with a side of Cole Slaw. Sandwich 🥪 was very good.

Love Newks -- food choices and options! Food is great tasting. Prepared on spot. Light and refreshing. Nice cups -- almost like souvenirs. Location is somewhat of a challenge to get to because of the traffic in and out of the area with other prominent businesses around it.

The two ladies at the register would super nice and a pleasure to talk to but the white skinny manager lady with a red shirt and tattoos was super rude. As a fellow manager there was no excuse for yelling at employees for small mistakes especially in front of a line of customers. Not only do customers not need to hear the problems happening in the store but managers should ALWAYS talk to employees with respect and understanding. I hope this manager is held accountable because she was out of line.

The best restaurant off of Youree drive. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. Their salads are delicious and are always served with fresh ingredients. I have eaten here a lot and have never had wilty or old lettuce or vegetables in my salad. The pickles never disappoint. They also have great sandwich and pizza options. Id recommend trying their cauliflower crust pizza!

We dined here 1/7/23 around 7:30pm. The food was good and the host and person that brought our food to the table were friendly. Some of the employees were working while others (two in the food prep area) were texting, or?….on their phones. The temperature was way too cold in the establishment (except for the restrooms), to the point that you could barely see out the windows.

While every place was shut down or lacking most things on the menu because of the water ban, Newks and their employees went the extra mile! Brought in ice, canned sodas and served up the best lunch we’ve had in awhile! Thank you!

I love that they have whole grain bread options. You can eat healthy here and still get all the taste you ate looking for.

Had a pick a pair, turkey avocado sandwich, and Cesar salad; simply put it was delicious, and very fresh, and the staff was nice, (that's always a bonus lol)

Great food and friendly employees. Greeted me when I placed my order and told me to have a good day when I left. Acknowledged me by name when leaving, which means she paid attention when I placed my order.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. The cashier ask me if I wanted to get a cup of fruit that was included with the sandwich. I ask him if there was an extra charge and he said no. He rang up 50 cents and i said I thought there wasn't a extra charge for the fruit. He said there isn't. He continued ringing my ticket up and I looked at my ticket and said yes you charged me for the fruit. He said I just work here, I don't make the rules. I looked around and didn't see a manager and since I was meeting a friend there for lunch I didn't want to create a scene over 50 cents. Then I sit down to eat and I want to say that this was the worse chicken salad sandwich that I have ever eaten. The bread tasted old, was not fresh tasting and I won't be buying any more food from this place again.

It's been quite awhile since I've been to newks. It was really good before and it remains really good! The store was squeaky clean and the decor was pleasant. I love the big reusable cups they offer with their beverages! The soup and sandwich was tasty and came to the table with a very short wait. The staff was friendly and effecient as well! I will definitely be making another visit soon.

The food is good and leans to the healthy side of eating. I tried the shrimp Po Boy and was surprised to see the shrimp wasn't fried but boiled. The sandwich wasn't bad but different.

Basil chicken sandwich and pasta salad for a side. Was good and quick for the price. Really liked their tea as well.

I tasted their cauliflower pizza for the first time and love it!!! Along with the service, soup and the sweet tea!!! Mmmmm!!! Will I visit again? Yes!

I ordered a news q with a salad with a note to make sure salad was not stale (as typically croutons are stale from newks). The croutons where of course still stale but I just removed them ,no big deal. But after eating a couple of bits I found a very big brown moth in my salad!! I immediately called and asked for a manager(very kind and apologetic)and was given a refund but this just a warning for customers and staff -check you product cause this was nasty and unacceptable.

The Newks Q sandwich and pizza are both amazing!! It's the only thing I've ever eaten from Newks until here recently. I'm now a fan of the club sandwich as well.

Great meal. Bread was incredibly warm crunchy and soft. Exceeded expectations.

The worst part of my experience was the ordering of my food. The 2 people that were at the counter observed me standing there staring at the menu for at least 10 to 15 minit's, they didn't suggest,, & they didn't ask if I had any questions about the menu...nothing. They have a huge menu with so many varieties that it seems as though they would either tell you the specials or tell you more about ordering. I wanted a 1/2 salad and a soup she gave me a full salad that was enough to feed 16 people easy and a bowl of soup . The soup was over salty and the salad was overwhelming. When I made a complaint to management they took care of it immediately, so I greatly appreciated that .
