Bad and expensive, and in a very ugly location, with the motorway noise becoming deafening as soon as you open the tiny single window. Minute bedrooms, though very clean and comfortable for their size. Terrible breakfast room, more fit for a gaol than a hotel, with tired looking dispirited staff. Endless dark corridors. Avoid it if you can.

This place is awful. My door doesn’t work. My key didn’t even work half the time and the door never even locked. It took three days to fix my WiFi. The staff are super rude. Except the cleaners. They are the best thing about this place. The food is either plastic or super greasy. It’s more akin to dog food or prison food. My shower did not work, the shower stand and the temperature valve is loose, the lift is a death trap that always has broken buttons. The hotel looks like it was designed by a drunk toddler. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Stay away from this place and save your money since everyone is rude and mean!! HATED MY EXPERIENCE..this hotel ruined my trip!!

The experience could not be worse. A door was broken and therefore we could not close it properly, it was smelling like tobacco all the time, and they did not even report the incident with the door (so next ones will likely have the same issue). The Hotel director was aware of the situation and did not even spoke to us to apologize. Beides this, online booking was 71€ and there was a price list of 120€. I have never seen a Hotel so overpriced like this one.

Hotel was easy to find and parking easy to navigate. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant while only open during fixed times has great variety and good services. The room was large and very comfortable.

Hotel was amazing, the room honestly looks good. There was a lack of lighting in the room, one that illuminated the room and the other that only lightens up the doorway of the room, on larger rooms this is terrible and you have to use the torch on your phone. Lifts shouldn’t have passed inspection, rocking, barely working, honestly a 50/50 life/death situation when you get in them. Worst part about it was the hotel staff, they are rude and disrespectful. I understand there’s a cultural difference but they are just mean for no reason. Made me want to stay out of the hotel for most of the time. Cleaners are awesome. Absolutely amazing. Super nice, room is always spotless, shame they have to work here.

Lifts are verry slow, they don't wash towels and sheets. Food has weird smell but cleaners were nice. Hotel itself has weird and spesific smell. Rooms don't look clean in person and windows are very dirty. There is no wardrobe for clothes.

Basic room amenities, good location, good service, although cleaning could be better. We have also meals included but except from breakfast, the rest was too poor.

The hotel is quite in the center so that's great, the stuffwas extremely nice with us. The room was a bit small. We could hear noises and people talking in the hallway. The TV did not work properly at the beginning but later it was fine. The shower was great. The room was clean. We will be back if is possible.

The hotel looks very nice overall, but the rooms should have more space to put things somewhere. The food is also good and tasty.

Hotel looks very nice and is quite modern, rooms are clean and comfortable. Position of the hotel is great, it is 10 minutes from the center of Braga. Food is as you would expect from a hotel at this price. The problem is with lights, which are very dim, especially in larger rooms. You also couldn't lock the bathroom doors. Overall, it was what I expected from a hotel near the city center at this price.

They throw my stuff and when I ask them they were so rude and told me that it’s my fault. They cleaned everyday and still it was so dirty. Never going back to the hotel again!

The room was clean. There was a laundry near by. It was very close to the train station

Very close to the train station, and not far from the city center so the location is excellent. Room was good and modern. Elevator was good as well. Breakfast did not offer eggs, bacon or sausage, but had a good selection of bread and fruits, and was served at a nice location on the venue. The restaurant is good and the prices are fair. I had a nice experience and would get back if traveling to the region again.

The rooms are dated and smelled a bit funky. Do not recommend.

For the price nice place to Stay. Its a low cost hotel.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms were well equiped and clean. I gave them four stars because they were a little smelly. Otherwise the staff was very very friendly and the location right next to the central train station was perfect to visit Braga by feet! Finally the breakfast was big win. They offered soy milk and fresh fruit, a good variety of baked goods, etc. Everything for a really really good price!!!

As it is stated in it's name, do not expect to receive more than a basic for being accommodated in this low coast Hotel. I spent 4 wonderful nights from 12/11/2023 to 15/11/2023 in it, so let me take this opportunity to thanks to Nadia, Eliane, Ana from the restaurante, Amarice and Filipa for your very professional attention to the guests and your social behaviour understanding that greetings and smiles are the cornerstones of any good path. For affordable nice accommodation, yes I recommend this Hotel at all.
