1. Building infrastructure is somehow inadequate for a hospital with narrow corridors and small and crampy cabins for doctors. 2. I had good service from the doctors of surgery department during my hospitalization here. 3. Food and nutrition supplied for the patient is not good at all, however their nutritionist visit the cabins once daily and patients can always put their case before her. 4. Toilets and other facilities needs to be kept cleaner. 5. The hospital finds itself at a great location, right beside the NH16, hence easily accessible.

Very very bad hospital. It is not like a hospital.It is like a business house. We admitted my father in law here 4/08/2020 to 17/08/2020 for plastic surgery of right leg. We have done korona testing at Burla on 03/08 and test found negative. Here they also done Corona test and reported negative, admitted here for surgery. Plastic surgery done on 04/08 and after 48 hours observation they reported that the right leg was not working properly. So they suggest for cutting the right leg. We are agree for cutting and they cutting right leg on and treatments continue and reported daily that everything is under control. On dated 15/08 they reported that the patients condition is very bad and infection occurs, so again cutting the right leg. After operation they reported the patient is serious and shifted to ICU. On dated 16/08 night they declared patient dead and tell to hand over dead body in morning. But in morning they send to capital hospital for pmc.Instaed pmc report , there they reported Corona positive and not handing over dead body. We feel that due to worng treatments of hospital, we loss my Father in_low. We spend about 3.00 lakhas for the treatment but not save the patients due to worng treatments of vibekananda hospital. It We don't understand why this kind situation happened and we want details Raj of vibekananda hospital.

Pathetic and awful treatment has been given by the hospital. The entire management including doctor and staff are very unprofessional. They don't care for life at all. Don't understand how can they run a hospital like this. The most worried part is they don't respond to the phone calls. Don't waste your time, money and life there. I would request all not to go there. Pls don't go to that hospital to die.

No proper dieticians but they make invoice for it. 5.lift is not working 6. Old Window AC in Cabin. 7. Nurses didnot provide proper information. 8. As per infrastructure condition it's little bit costly. 9. They Encourage to patient to not take biju Swasthay Scheme card and indirectly force them to do with cash. Their motto is only for income, not to recovery of patient.

Never ever try this hospital. It's my suggestion from my personal experience. Irrespective of your health condition, on first day you have to be in ISU so that they can earn more money and you have to sell your kidney then only you will able to pay your bills. Worst facility.. Worst management.

My elder brother was admitted for spinal cord tumor treatment under Dr. Ritesh Bhoot. After operation, doctors told that the tumor is not good and after few days they have suggested to send my brother to their business partner Santosh Memorial Hospital for Physiotherapy. We came back to Dr. Bhoot for post operative treatment plan and his co-doctor Dr. Tripathi has suggested for Radiation Treatment at Harihara Cancer Center Cuttack where bed ridden patient can't get bed even. Their negligence was forced me to take my brother at Kolkata for radiation treatment and their doctor told that operation wasn't successful. Your brother will no longer survive even after radiation treatment also. Few days ago we lost precious life of my brother. The ignorance and wrong operation of Dr. Bhoot and Co. snached my brother from us. I suggest there are far better doctors are available in Odisha but don't come at Vivekanand Hospital for Neuro Treatment. Low cost treatment will be life risky. Be remembered that.

My friend's mother got admitted on dated 24/12/20 for burn case. But the facility they are providing is not up to the mark. In addition to that the staff members, they are pathetic not at all cooperative, showing unnecessary attitude. They don't know how to behave and are careless. If you complaint to the manager he will just send some other member, and they will have a plain conversation without action. Dats it they are done....plz mark my word. Don't come to the hospital. Waste of time, money and health risk. We suffered and we don't want others to suffer.

I am karna mangaraj from kalahandi . I had snoring respiratory distress problem. I consulted Dr Bulu Nahak sir in charbahal. He suggested for surgery of Nose dns Adenoid and turbinate hypertrophy.iam the only son of my family. We the people of kalahandi rarely agree for surgery. On doctor Bulu Nahak soft kindhearted words I agreed my parents for surgery as it's Bsky completely free. Surgery went on smoothly finished in one and half hr. Sir came and narrated my mother details about surgery .after shifting to ward my oxygen level drop to 85 and I felt shortness of breath . Initially I too thought it's because my nose is blocked both side sir also told me same to my mother . But after one hr again my oxygen dropped 65 and all hospital staff was in a hurry and iam shifted to icu. My mother is crying crying and crying throughout the night. Sir came immediately at 12am midnight and intervened with Anaesthesia Dr icu Dr. I don't know what happened suddenly. Next day sir told me it's pneumonia. After 12 days of icu stay I finally shifted to ward and discharged today happily . I got a new life. Many many thanks to Dr Bulu Nahak sir. Always asks icu Dr's chest Dr's Bsky office about my treatment care plan. Visits daily 2-3 times in round asks over telephone. A kind compassionate caring person . Thanks to Dr Bulu Nahak sir Hospital staff and Bsky. Otherwise I just passed graduation from poor family background couldn't afford huge money. My mother father and myself always grateful to Dr Bulu Nahak sir🙏. Indeed a nice and Generous honest doctor I have visited to any hospital. My Gratitude sir 🙏

Hospital doctors are good. Facility & staff activeness is required more.food is the worst, and you will not feel well because of low quality food. Food timing is also not ok, they give breakfast on 10am & lunch on 2.30, dinner on 10pm. No other food serve between.
