Not properly organised branch. ""May I help you"" desk is not available. A person visiting the branch has to move to several desks for finding the appropriate desk where he supposed to get his work done.

Looks old office style but is quite efficient and work gets done quickly. Only problem is the building where it is located. Flithy and dirty.

LIC Office is situated in Hinoo at Indira palace just on road just a few metres away from Hinoo Chowk or you can say just in front of Kumar Pharma or Mehta Medical, This LIC office is just an branch office because the head office of LIC is situated in Sujata chowk and in Purulia Road just beside the TVS showroom , So if you have any work about the insurance related issues you can visit the Indira Palace branch but if you have bigger issues regarding the insurance of any kinds or any claims you I would like to suggest that you must have to visit the main branch in Sujata chowk or in Purulia Road but you can also do lots of works resolves here in Indira palace, like if you want to take a new insurance you can visit here, also if you have any claims you also visit the Indira Palace the reason is that this branch also resolves all these kinds of problems but fir the big issue I would like you to recommend that kindly visit the main branch so that you issues been solved easily and take less time. Mostly 50 percent of the people have the LIC because it is the most reliable and trustworthy insurance company for the people in India and one of the oldest trusted insurance companies by the people and owned by the government of India. So if you have Insurance related issues just visit the branches I have mentioned in this. So visit the place and leave me a review and your opinion about the company.

One and only trusted Indian government owned insurance corporation which has high demand into citizens. Previously we all knew that Life Insurance means LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India. But presently presence of many such private insurance providers havent affected the flow of trust & believe on life insurance corporation of India that investment or matured amounts will get reimbursed to the person easily after proper production of owning documents of the policy. You can find afasar sahi. For any settlement people visit many times. I think all lic grounds are same as hinu. Why 99 percentage goverment office employees doing this even centre or state. Can anyone change This system.

Pathetic service... Have to wander from one table to another... Just playing pass the ball game..Employees are busy on mobile or gossiping. Have to go to the BM then only my job was done.. Govt is right in privatising these PSUs.. They are damn chill that 31st or 30th of every month, they will get their account credited with hugesome salary. Really absurd management.

Good place, clean and hygienic. Responses are quick so recommended. However online activities are always time saviour and effective.

I like this office of LIC because my concern/problem was promptly attended by the concerned staff and resolved on the spot.

Welly located and good ambiance place.in city like Ranchi it's feasible to reach here from birswa chowk or from mainroad .staffs are well behaved and always ready for help even for a pen if asked

Best solution of insurance policy

Pathetic service at branch-3 hindoo, highly mismanaged. Running from this table to that for last 3 days for revival of policy. Nobody care for any thing. No one is ready to attend customer. One of lady staff have gone for to take her child from school and only she will attend my case so I have to wait.. Nobody knows when will she come...And so I am waiting......Till when i have to sit here, nobody knows. Now I regret for taking policy from LIC.

Indira place Branch 2 of LIC of India.

I visited this Branch to transfer one LIC policy. The officials are helpful and guided me transfer the account and provided help to do it immediately.
