Overall stay was great. The property is well maintained. However there was a lapse from the housekeeping end on 1 day of our stay, which was totally unacceptable. They tried compensating by providing exemplary service from next day onwards but it still cant make us forget the disappointment we had at 3am because of below standard room cleaning.

We've spent few nights in this hotel. It was a really nice hotel. Nice staff, nice room, really clean. They are all looking for our stay to be perfect. The buffet is amazing, and even if you don't eat spicy at all they'll make sure that the food you get respects your requirements. I would recommend a thousand times this place. Thank you all

Had an excellent stay. The property is very well maintained. The rooms had all the amenities you could imagine at a 5 star. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. You can just sit by the window and observe the view for hours. We had our lunch, dinner and breakfast at Seasonal tastes. The quality and variety of food was mind-blowing. There were so many options from multiple different cuisines, simply amazing. Their dessert section is to die for. Most importantly, the staff! They were so helpful and polite!!! This led to a complete worry free experience.

Visited this place on 1st January which happens to be my birthday. My friends had planned surprise for me by decorating one of their domes. The decoration was beautiful however the candles weren't lit (they lighted it long after we were seated) and there was no music even after repetitive requests. Also they requested the cake to be served first which they didn't. They served at the end. Since they charged heavily for the decoration, quality of service with accordance to money was lacking. Food was very average and portions were too small. Had better food at contemporary hotels. Verdict : good for one time visit.

Nice place. Executive are very friendly and supportive. Services are good. All the staffs are highly talented. They maintain social distancing, take a proper precautions, measure temperature and provide sanitizer also. Foods are very delicious. All foods are fresh. They have many starter, live grill fish counter & main course options but less options in dessert. Buffet price approx 1500/- excluding gst.

We went for a lunch. The buffet spread was good in quantity as well as quality. I missed pizza in their live counters though. Also I found the main course items were a bit less. Otherwise enjoyed my lunch here.

Hotel is really very grand and have all 5 star services to there guests. Room privacy is very unique and awesome. Scope is for hospitality. We stayed and enjoyed alot. Complimentary services are really very nice once u check in almost no need to call reception or for other services. Swimming pool, gym, terrace view vedic food section. Restaurant, spa everything was much satisfying and pleasing. Banquets are grand. Bathroom is very good each room is with bath tub.

Haven't taken the accommodation here but checked all the other services and it's lovely. The food from their restaurant was great along with a wonderful view from the 11th floor. Their banquet is similarly wonderful and has got an open air arrangement. The view from there which is on 32nd floor is breathtaking. Lastly if you get to visit their pool, you won't be coming back without having two beers there 😄

We’ve had the pleasure of staying in The Westin twice and it indeed has been a wonderful experience. Couldn’t ask for more at the given competitive price and amenities. The morning breakfast buffet is awesome and I wouldn’t change a thing. I love how they’ve become plastic free and water bottles are now sealed glass bottles as well. The housekeeping staff and hotel/restaurant staff are wonderful too!

Big and nice banquet hall. Two types of reception areas for big functions. One outdoor and one indoor. Food quality is good and overall rating is 8.5 out of 10. Ample space for car parking and location is just on rajarhat main road. The overall experience is good 👍

Whatever I say will be less. The Seasonal Tastes restaurant in the Westin premise, has over 40+ items in Buffet and each of it is very well cooked. No complains whatsoever. The staff is cordial. The dessert menu is class apart. Highly addictive. Highly recommended.

The hotel is good but they can't manage big weddings when multiple guest stay in the hotel and the quality of food is also not par with weddings requirements. Overall the property is good but they require to upgrade themselves to match the services provided by competition

I went there with my siblings and friends and it was so mesmerizing. I basically went there to celebrate my birthday and they were so kind that have given us a delicious chocolate cake from their inner house bakery. I just loved the place. The cleanliness and view was amazing. Overall, it is a nice place to visit.

Old world charm . Property is a little bit run down and under some renovations perpetually but that irritant is more than made up by the staff. Great warm smiles all.over, quick and efficient front desk ( special commendation to the Lady with a unique meaningful name) . Food, I suspect , has taken a downturn. At night especially the city looks like a star-studded never-ending landscape. Food is also good though the chefs could add some more salt to the dishes. Just a pinch more would do. And please review the idea of music during meal time. It's ear-blasting! Live music can have high decibel in an open ground. But the ever obliging and super friendly staff make up for these minor lapses. And I must compliment the bakery section for their great-tasting cookies and other bakes. They are yum!

The only bad thing about this hotel is the buffet. At the dinner buffet they were filling the empty food containers very slowly I mean the slowest I have seen anywhere in a buffet. At the live counter I asked them for prawns and they brought me 4 pieces of small prawns after making me wait for 30-40 mins. They charge a huge amount for food but try to save on food items. Everything else was good except buffet

Nice ambience, good for starters and beverages.. good hospitality and nice location.. currently the service road in front of the hotel is under repairing work. Owner need to park his own car as valet is not available. A little bit clumsy as the total space in each floor is quite small.. disc is also not satisfactory.. no dance floor is available. Price is on the higher side

At seasonal taste, we had Avhi and Chef Rubai who were so sweet to have come up to our table with their suggestions regarding the food items. The breakfast spread was brilliant, brilliant, brilliant and just so amazing. Definitely worth a try if you wish to experience serenity 💕

Visited Nori and 31-32. Awesome view of Newtown and Eco Park. Nice ambience and service. Food is above average. Prices are definitely 5 star. Looks a bit run down in certain area after the lock-down.

We visited seasonal tastes during puja. Food quality so so...No person in restaurant was seen wearing musk even the chefs in live counter. None of them wearing gloves also.

Went for Christmas Lunch @ Seasonal Tastes with family. Were seated at a cosy corner overlooking the vast Newton horizon through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Great food. Extensive spread including Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian, Continental. Attending staff tried level best to cater to the overwhelming crowd. Everything good. The only bit I didn’t understand were the Bengali songs that were sung live. It just didn’t fit in. More so the volume at which they were pitched in. At probably more than a 100 db, it was noise. Why couldn’t they have played soft lounge music instead ?

I stayed two nights in the Westin hotel for a wedding. The rooms are amazing, super comfortable beds, big bathrooms with separate toilet and shower + a big nice bathtub. Room service was quick just the food took around 45 mins a bit long but decent portion of veg. Biryani and delicious, spicy though. The event food was a big variety of great vegetarian food. The breakfast was especially good! The view from the room and from the rooftop could have been amazing if it weren’t super cloudy and gray throughout our stay. Staff was super friendly, helpful and wearing masks. Overall great experience!

Slow registration software for bulk registration of Guests. Need more coordination between different departments while managing corporate events. Most importantly there should be a single point of contact and a single event manager for large corporate events. The event manager should coordinate between different sections of the hotel like Rooms, Ball room, lighting and decoration etc. In case of large corporate events more systems or laptops should be alloted to register more number of guests simultaneously. Response time of different departments also needs to be shorter.

View from the Hotel is beautiful. As one can see lush green field from Hotel. Restaurant(Seasonal taste) food was not that great. Being a 5 star luxurious hotel naturally the expectations would be on the higher side.

The buffet spread is bigger than any other Marriott property and they can make a dish if you are not happy with the spread. If you are at Kolkata, it's not a miss.

It is a Very good and very big property and well maintained hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean . Food are really excellent. All covid protocol are maintained here so you can come and stay here without any fear. The outside view from the room is very nice and very beautiful.

Wow Just wow, the Front Desk Guy(I will mention name later), the head cook in Breakfast restaurant (10th floor), the other cook all are so nice and welcoming that made me feel like There Cannot be betterment service than this. The room is pretty awesome and the View from 28th Floor is mind blowing,thanks to the Nice Front Desk Guy. Location is also nice but one need a car to go here and there(taxi is available the front gate of the hotel-right Side) The room service guy is so nice that he folded my and my wife's cloths and left a nice Note for us. I just faced a minor problem with the bathtub other than that its totally awesome. Staying at 2801 No Room and still enjoying. (as i faced minor problem with the bathtub so i gave 4 star for the room)

Warm welcome at reception. Rooms were spacious with all amenities required. We stayed in a suite. So it was awesome. Food was yummy with all the options available. Wish to come back again. A nice stay indeed.
