I’ve never encountered a front desk staff this unqualified (especially the male receptionist who yell all the time). They made checking in a frustrating experience, and their lack of communication skills was evident. It felt like they were doing me a favor by renting a room. Unimpressed.

Worst hotel in Kolkata. Very Bad experience as they are not at all professional and not cooperative. They are very rude. We just ask for Tax invoice they said their GST got suspended. I don't know how they are running their hotel without any GST. WORST! WORST! WORST!

Hotel is good but the service is pathetic. The worst part is the hospitality provided. The staff does not have proper etiquettes on how to treat guest. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend staying at such a place with so poor service!

Nice hotel at the one of the oldest location of Calcutta. Building is new and the facility is nicely built with highest quality of materials. Given the locality and competition rate, tariff is good.

Rooms are good as compared to other hotels nearby. But service is very poor. Manager is super rude so are the staff.

Nice hygenic room. Best Hotel in Burra bazar area. Minus point no Food facility although they can provide from outside. Lastly they dont provide anycomplimentary Bislery bottles.

Staffs are not so good. no one welcome you with a single smile. Specially at reception. Like they never need you as a customer, you need them as a needy parson. At the hotel online bookings are not accepted because of thier price problems. Then they should delete all online booking addvertisement over the booking sites. But no... customers always in inconvenience but they never care about it. Nothing in complementory even one bottle of water. No tea or coffee in the room. Mini fridge is totally empty. Dont book online and also I suggesting to stay another place.

They provide different rate on website but when we use to book online it show there is no room but when u visit directly to hotel then rate is also high and room is also available.

Well maintained, Cooperative staff, in Bara Bazar area. At 15 minutes walking distance from Satya Narayan AC market. But no kitchen, size of rooms is small when compared to tariff.

One of the best hotel in central Kolkata, Near by Barabazar and just 1-2 KMS from Esplanade. It's in central Rooms are awesome and Services are unforgotable. It is nearby Howrah Station and Sealdah Station. Rate of this hotel is a Budget rate but Services are more than a 3* Category hotel.

I have booked it because it shown as 3 star hotel in make my trip app. None of the 3 start fecilities are there in hotels No refreshments were give No cattle We were two guests, always only one towl is given When we gave lock for cleaning they dint change bed sheets, we had to explicitly ask No kichen, no proper room services It's just room nothing much. Very much over priced for the kind of fecility

Worst ever experience with this hotel. Please don't checkin in this hotel. they will fraud you. Specially front desk staff. He don't know how to talk to people. He was too much rude. When we checkin he was told that the room price is Rs 2500 then after some discount he told the Rs 2000 for a day. Then I stayed for two days that means total amount is Rs 4000 for two days. Or when I checked out, he started saying Rs 4000 for a day and started shouting. I think he was drunken when we're checkin. At last, after a lot of debate, I finally paid Rs 8000 for two days.

This is a fraud hotel.I hv never seen receptionist like him( a muslim guy Imran).He is alcoholic.. at the time of check in he told me charge of the room is 2500 and then at check out time he told me charge of the room is 4000 I hv to pay more money. And he don't know how to talk with guests he behaved with me like Gunda.plz don't visit this hotel they are cheater.

I have stayed in this hotel for three days,it was excellent ,room is very beautiful and clean ,all stuffs behavior was very good with us,specially I want to thank Mr imaran for helping me for tickets .
