It was over lunch that I got to catch up with my bestie. Was hungry so thought of heading over here as its been a while since I have a visit to this place. As usual we weren't greeted like we were greeted with a smile and namaste. That's ok. The order was taken quickly. Being tuesday my friend wasn't ready to have non veg as well as he had a full lunch at home so he opted for just pepsi. We ordered non veg supreme and chicken dominator. The main let down was the toppings.Although the amount of topping was good enough but it was so dry that all of them were falling down and secondly the pizza wasn't too cheesy enough to hold the pizza together. Secondly the chicken in the second pizza was too dry and not juicy enough. Felt as if there was no cheese in the pizza at all. This ain't the first time that I faced this kind of experience. These guys are detoriating from best to worst day by day and slowly too. Secondly they have stopped delivering to other areas of the city. Couldn't eat the pizza anymore so I packed the rest of the pizza and took it back to home. This is the fourth time I faced such experience and still these guys aren't learning anything out of it. Whoa whoa and just for a carry bag they are charging 12 bucks.

After a real long time I got the opportunity to come back to Domino's with my bestie. Yesterday evening. As usual the joint wasn't crowded. We ordered Chicken Golden Delight, Non veg Supreme, Roasted Chicken Wings (Peri- Peri), Roasted Chicken Wings (Hot Sauce, Potato Twisters and Pepsi. As usual the order was taken late. Although they have got three counters but only one counter is operational. Secondly the covid 19 protocols are flouted. We had to wait for a while. The pizza was good and just upto the mark but the topping somehow a disappointment as they weren't upto the mark. The potato twisters were superb and hot too. The peri peri peri chicken wings were hot, fiery and tender too. Superbly done. Finished it in minutes. We did go and ordered again but this took more time and it was a pleasure waiting for it as the chicken delight was really a delight with enough cheese and toppings for sure. No complaints. I wish the staff becomes more prompt and also the service is quick too.

Another great place for a quick bite. As soon as we enter we get to choose what we want to order and pay right away. After that we can wait in the above floor until we get our food. They even offer parcel right at the moment and mostly they offer many discounts and offers but **we should ask before we order anything by our own as they don't mention it until we do. The service is good and clean. There might be sometimes problem with parking so park your vehicle in a way you can take care of it while taking it back. And make sure to visit this place 🍷🫶🏻

The best pizza we ever had in (City)!! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day! This place is the absolute BEST for pizza. Fresh, quick, affordable, and all you want toppings. The service is fantastic.

Taste is not at all gud.....decreased the amount of chicken stuffings in garlic breads ... Waste of money... Quality goes on decreasing....being in berhampur the taste is hoped to be gud but that's complete opposite...worst taste and quantity of stuffings is also less

We had visited Dominos yesterday as part of get together. Ground floor is for order and 1st floor is for dine in. It’s small area so May need to wait on rush hours for dine in . We didn’t find any hygienic or A/C issues as staff do clean on regular basis. 2 wheeler parking Is available however 4 wheeler Parking space is not available in front of it so need to park opp side of road or 100-200m away down the line.

Twice worst experienced..... Food is below average..... Not recommend for kids..... Directly they get food poison..... Better not to give to kids below 13years. My niece got food poison due to low quality food of dominos......

The place is good for dining with your friends and family members. You can also enjoy the roadside view while having your food beside the window. In the weekends the place remains little crowded but in five to ten minutes you can get your seat.

Please Keep Salt 🧂 on your table, last time I have visited even I had Asked for Salt, the Service guy refused that they don't provide additional Salt. Even Small Samosa wala Keep Salt for any requirement, never expected such a degraded attitude from Domino's.👎 Not going to this outlet Again. I had not been provided with Bill/Receipt 🧾. That shows your High callousness in Professionalism.

Hygiene has always been an issue...many times i have found foreign particles and sufficient ingredients not used or the box open at sides while i receive and even i show the delivery person immediately or take a picture of the pizza and sent to store manager but they don't respond very well and start defending which is extremely disappointing...if they don't believe their customers then service will never improve

I have one question, why are you guys not delivering to Neelanchal Nagar area. Now a days every restaurant are delivering to those areas but I couldn't see Domino's are . From a long past I have been seeing this .Hope you guys 'll serve the people from Berhampur in near future . Finger crossed

One of the worst Domino's Pizza oulet ever! Management does not have any concern for hygiene.... Slow service and poor atmosphere!

They dont even deserve one star...I had ordered pizza while traveling in train and order confirmation message came. But at the time of delivery there was no person there to provide food and once called helpline..they denying that they accepted any order...very bad service.

No doubt thier pizza r amazing but the price is tooooo high......wil definitely burn a hole in ur pocket.........prefer chocolava cake over red velvet lava cake.... didn't like the Moroccan chicken in thier sides....but the pizzas r one of a kind.

I am giving this 3 star just bcoz of poor management and the arrogant and ill behaviour of the order taking guy. His behaviour is like disgusting i don’t remember his name else have mentioned here .Also would like to add that Domino’s has the 1/2hr waiting max at door service but here in berhampur centre they doing monopoly service , no limit of waiting time, it depends on your fate 😃. I strongly suggest the guy should be escalated for his ill behavoiur

Don’t order from here online. They will accept order and then will not cancel it. You will keep on trying the number but it will only say i am sorry. Their number will also not work. Their delivery agents will tell we can’t do anything. And the manager wont cancel order

Good experience. Nice varities of both veg and non veg pizza and side items. The tacos is the most preferred one for a quick snack bite. However parking space infront of shop limited.
