Best cake shop , bought a birthday cake for one of my special friend . 1. Cake was very smooth and creamy. 2. Melts in mouth smoothly. 3. It tastes good ,not much sweet but average what u need. 4. Saw many Flavour and options available. 5. Will definitely try again. 6. Affordable price range ,sets within budget. 7. Employee customer handling and service was good. 8. Overall good experience .

Good place but one issue is cake and bakery items are not fresh because they ordered from Bhubaneswar branch

In my opinion this is one of the worst restaurant encountered in the city. Bearer service - water glasses served were not clean, on raising concerns the same was cleaned. Fork was provided but not spoon and knife. I had to manually take it from different table. Visited two persons, on asking for finger bowl the bearer asked us whether we want two or one finger bowl. Manchow Soup - soya sauce quantity was very high. Taste was average. Chicken biryani - chicken was tender but didn't tasted like a biryani, rather tasted like a pulao. It was oily and masala were bit high. Taste is below average. Prices was reasonable. Overall experience was bad.

There are a variety of items but not as good as they were before. Never try bread items like pizza, burgers,.. as they were gone bad. Cakes were good, one can try them out. I had Red velvet pastry and veg pizza. Pastry was good but pizza was not as expected as it tasted weird maybe the base or toppings were gone bad, literally it smelled and tasted very bad. Most importantly there were seating available but it was really hot, AC not turned on and the fan was not approachable. I would never recommend anyone to visit it. Try other stores as they are far better than this.

This outlet has decent collection of cakes and pastries, basically you get a go collection of bakery items. Tha ambience of this place is good. Well the outlook of the shop is not up to the mark but "Kaam chal jayega". Even though this place has air conditioners but still they use fans, so if you are looking for spending a longer time with chit chats then I suggest you to choose a different outlet. The pastery item and cake are mouthwatering....noting good from it in berhampur if u want to cake ....but limited design.....but in case of taste ..its waooo......dil mange more type .....its a perfect place for mini celebration......one thing when i visited....that time there is not available of normal water ....which is must be added..and keep eye upon it

Stale food. Not at all fresh any item. Leaa items and varities. They charge for carry bag too😠. Mia Amore is much much better in all aspects, taste, freshness, availability, varities.

Don't ever order burger 🍔 here,,,it smells bad..but i liked the packaging..

I have had food from this outlet several times but this is the second time ,the food quality was poor. I was a big fan of monginis but nowadays they are selling stale breads and snacks. I advise no one should eat non veg snacks from the outlet as these are under cooked. The cakes are fine but not that good. I guess the company is not paying attention to customer reviews.

Worst outlet in Berhampur. They don’t have birthday candles they insists you to buy paid one. They don’t have cookies either & moreover shop is stinking. Not recommended at all. There are some good cake shop(like Paris bakery) near to this lane, better to visit them once.
