    It is under the Food security Scheme of Govt.of Odisha named as Aahar Kendra, the food center. It is near to City Hospital and primarily meant for the visitors to the hospital , but any body can eat. Here meals- rice, dalma and pickle are served as per prescribed quantity for ₹5 . at mid day, from 11am to 2pm. Only on govt working days.foods are cooked in a center and distributed to different aahar kendras.

    The cheapest meals available here less than 1$ just 5 rs per plate. The Ahar program is carried out by Odisha Govt.
