We stayed for a couple of days in this hotel and would like to say that our stay was extremely pleasant and enjoyable mainly bcoz of their staff behaviour all those who were in the reception were so good and their GM Mr Jitendra the lady in the reception all were so customer friendly. Employees should b like them I feel so in hotels. Rest everything was very good restaurant food was also very delicious.

Badly maintained hotel. Taps are leaking, window frames are broken Staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant Bojanam is outstanding (serving excellent veg South Indian food). It promised to serve breakfast by 7.30am in the morning but sadly nothing was ready so we left and could not enjoy breakfast like the dinner we ate the previous night.

Nice place to stay. Staffs are quite friendly & respond in time. All the electronic assets works properly without any trouble. Hotel giving good service to the guest. We can say in one word literally excellent management 👍.

Not recommending for the tourists. I have bitter experience especially for the room service, room condition and food stuffs. All of them are severely bad. Parking areas are backside of the hotel without any shade, it's open. Rooms are full of mosquitos and washrooms are beyond of giving examples. Keep yourself away from this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 days in October 2022.Very Pleasant stay.We are a couple from Bangalore and we were impressed with the suite room we booked.Though a little old,it is very spacious with one common room and one bedroom with attached bath.Also AC was effective ,a bit noisy though. The front reception staff were extremely polite and courteous.Very good South Indian Restaurant too in the building.Highly recommend as getting a similar experience in Berhmapur is tough.

Location is good. Hotel Staffs are good. Rooms are clean. Elevator/lift is working but ground floor outside control button is faulty. But the hotel deployed security is helping to call the lift to ground floor. Good Job. Satisfied.

We booked a suite room and paid premium cost. The experience of the room was pathetic, my son became severely sick because of dust and unhygienic air conditioning. The initial look of the room looked spacious but starting from curtains to pillows everything smelled damp and rooms looked as if it has not been opened for months..

Hospitality of the hotel is very excellent and 2nos of their receptionist Miss Snhelata and Miss Kajal Rani are very polite and both of them had a sweet gesture. Also there room service members are very gentle in their approach and housekeeping in also very neat and clean. Really the hotel is pleasant to enjoy in vacations with families and friends 🙂👌👍 Also in the ground floor near the reception you can visit Bhojanan to have Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Quality is superb with an affordable price rate. 👍👍👍

The dealing of General Manager Mr. Jitendra is quite familiar and friendly. Pleasant staying. Car parking available. Room service and receptionist are also very supportive and user friendly.

I got extended support from Mr. Jitendra Kumar Dash, Manager for reservation of accommodation at this hotel through mail & received warm welcome by him & his team on our arrival in the evening for 2 days stay with my family on 25.01.2023 onwards in room no. 303. Our stay will remain memorable for ever for the following reasons : 1) The hotel is situated at a prominent place in the town. 2) Manager & staff we met are well behaved and helping in nature. Mr Dash is very much co-operative and accomodative in extending hospitality to the guests. The hotel is well maintained in terms of cleanliness. 3) The food we had at Bojanam were quality & tasty food which was served with love. Excellent service received from Rajat, Krishna & others at Bojanam. We really enjoyed our stay with family. However, the standard of Super Deluxe room needs to be maintained by replacing old, damaged, worn out faucets like basin tap, mirror etc inside bathroom. Mosquitos keeps on coming inside room through the provision kept for Exhaust inside bathroom but left open. Suggesting to block it if not planned for Exhaust fan. It is worth recommending others to stay here for reasonable charges, excellent service, good rooms and tasty food under one umbrella called "Hotel City Palace"

Reception desk Ms Snehlata and Mr Jitender ji are very cooperative and doing their best to keep updated service... Some facilities are supposed to added to match the value. Owner must look into the basic facilities as per present days demand specially for office guests

Stayed for a day. Service was very nice. Restaurant food is very heiginic and tasty. Room quality can be much better but overall very good.
