Rambha is south most point of Chilika lake with all tourist facilities. Tourist resort Panthanivas has 10 seater and 5 seater boats. You can hire them on hourly basis but it is almost fixed rate for visiting different spots. Usually tourist goes for three spot sightseeing or all five islands sightseeing. There are different islands located near Rambha. The main attraction for boating is one and half hour boat trip to three spots- Breakfast island or Lighthouse 3 kms Ghanta sila hills 2 kms Dinosaur Park 5 kms. In addition to this if you opt for full package, there will be additional 2 islands- Honeymoon island 8 kms and Sankuda Island ( Eco tourism spot ) 7 Kms.

This lake is the part of Chilika Lake which is blackish water. Location and scenery both are good. Parking place is available but you will have to pay for it. Only two shops are available, so If you wanna spend the time, you will have to purchase the foods items outside. Personal boats are available. NB: Lots of birds are there so you can see various types of birds.

Beautiful and probably this is the most beautiful part of Rambha. As you know from my previous review that our stay at much hyped Rambha Panthanivas sucks. Atlast a 2 hours boat ride at Chilika gives us some feel good moments.

Nice place.. Nice nature view... But boating here in this area is too cost.. Where there are two types Govt and Private.. If u want to go for boating.. Go earlier and visit the office there for Govt Boating.. There are two types of boating 1.Motor boat 2.Speed Boat Speed boat coats more than motor boat.. There are 3 types of packages where package includes no. Of places.. Least cost for motor boat (10members maximum) costs 1000/- higher cost for speed boat charges about 4000/- (not sure)... nice place for photography.. RESORTS are also available...!! Instead visit OTDC water sports Complex... A good one!!! 30 km from here..

Rambha Lake is situated 45 km distance from Berhampur on the side of Chilika Lake. It is an old town and was the best resort of the then king of Khalikot. This winter many tourists come here from outside Odisha and the state. The OTDC has been built a Panthanivas near the Rambha Lake, offering all kinds of facilities to tourists. Rambha Chilika Lake View Point is a top tourist attractions spot in Ganjam District.

The best view point in Chilka is this Rambha. The view point is also visible from the highway. And this view point is so beautiful that you can sit here for a while. Because there is a place to sit here. And in this place you can do some shopping like glasses, hats, some food items, everything is here. And from here you can start your journey towards Iceland because three Icelands can be covered from here. OTDC has its own guest house so you can come and book here. There is no problem in eating and drinking here.There are two types of boats one is govt one is private and there are two types of packages the first one starts 1800.If you take this package you can see three islands and after that, if you take it starting from taka 2800, you can see 5 islands.For your convenience i uploaded some pictures.

Beautiful views. Good place to capture the scenic beauty and capture yourself with the scenic beauty as the backdrop. The only issue I had is the bad smell. The surrounding is quite polluted.

Awesome place with scenic beauty and mesmerizing atmosphere. You can breathe the pure air and spend some time free from the busy schedule of hectic life. Enjoy boating and go to the breakfast island. A large number of birds come in the evening. We took our lunch in OTDC Panthanivas. The food was mouth watering. Pre- booked rooms are also available in OTDC Panthanivas. I want to visit the place again.

This is a serene place. You can spend hours watching at the lake .There are boating facilities.100 rupees / person.There are some food stalls and shops for buying small things.

We visited this lake during summer. Water level is low and the water also dirty . There must be need cleaning. The sailor also has good behavior and friendly nature with all the passengers. Finally we collected good memories by our 1st ever motor boat journey with my loved ones❤

Beautiful and serene but approach road is a bit inconvenient for cars . The entry point to the view is dirty . I noticed a lot of boats don't have safety measures . It will be very good if maintained well .so close to high way also .

This viewpoint is in a small village called Rambha, and lies just at the start of the Chilka lake from this side. The viewpoint offers beautiful views of Chilka from long platform. There are small hawkers and shops with local food and fruits. The place can be cleaned a little.

Love this place, nice for photo shots. Selfi point in Rambha. It will take 1.5 to 2 hour distance from gopalpur sea beach.

Chilka lake can be enjoyed in its totality from here. There are few small hills in the lake and around which makes the view more appealing. Definitely do not miss sunrise here, it would stay in your mind for very long for sure.

It was breathtakingly beautiful and you can see it for yourself. 🥹💙 You can do boating here and enjoy the scenic view of the lake. You may have to wait for half an hour before the boat trip but till then you can have your lunch from Rambha Panthanibash. They serve some delicious authentic bengali foods in affordable range. Don't forget to try them.

Boating fee Rs. 1000/-. There is a restaurant in Chilika lake, called Breakfast Island. You can go there by boat. At Rambha, Chilika lake is surrounded by hills. The view is beautiful.

You can have a very clear view of Chilika Lake from here.The place looks good during sunset and sunrise and also when the number of people are less.

You can get a room here by booking in advance. The view is just awesome and breath taking. Either you visit this place in the morning or in the evening, it will not disappoint you. You can get boats to visit breakfast island from here. Number of movie and music albums has been shoot here. This place is a must visit place.
