its a gold standard hotel in silk city Berhampur.Hotel Nandan international was superb...as usual. From the room service to the comfy king size bed to the friendly staff, everything was perfect! The balcony view.

The rooms and the food quality is literally the worst. I repeat the worst...Though the location is very good but apart from that nothing is even near to good. Seriously don't even think to have a stay here if you want to have a better experience. And if near never ever think of dining here.

The experience today was so so bad. Took more than 2 hours to serve food. Felt others were getting preferential treatment for some reason. People were coming, eating and leaving but we were still waiting for our order. There was only one waiter taking orders. Others were probably busy in a marriage function. Incompetent and non-existent management. They were not wearing no masks and one was sneezing all around with cold. Chicken Lollipop was raw. Even if complained, never did anything to compensate. They dont care about customers. Had to cancel items to leave the restaurant ASAP. Foods were probably being served from the marriage function. Beware. Worst standard of a restaurant.

The restaurant was decent. Staffs are hospitable and generous. The ambience was okay. Talking about the food, we had ordered Laal Mans which tasted miserable. Their dragon chicken was way too good. And the quantity of the food was also decent. Their prices won't burn a hole in your pocket, good and budget-friendly. Yes, they do have a clean washroom and a place to wait.

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen before. The staff are very reckless, careless and casual. Initially, rooms looks good but after starting staying, found that inadequate lighting in bathroom, bathroom is full of dirty and smelly, fungi found on nobs, dirty bucket and mug, unhygienic towel and blanket and bed with full of dirt. After asking for change blanket, the boy told me that all blankets are in washing. One more thing that one useless restaurant is there. I ordered crispy baby corn and it’s full of onions which are not required. After completion of eating, with left over onions we can can make egg onions curry by adding eggs. My god.. not recommended to stay.

Once upon a time, a premier hotel of the town, but with time it's shine has faded. Location wise the best in town but lethargic management and complacent attitude have made it a poorly maintained hotel in town. Booked a suite room, but found basic services r missing with TV not working, ac failed to keep the room cool, no tea pot, just one Rs.5 soap as toiletry. Much better options r available near by till it does not come back in original shape.

The rooms need to be fixed before checking in. The wash basin was leaking and was repaired after 4 hours and 20 phone calls. In house phone was not working. None of the plug points were working. Most important, hot water was not available even by 8.30 am. After showing our displeasure, they gave about 1/4 bucket hot water from outside. Big rooms, elaborate design and views will not satisfy a customer. They have to look into the complaints we have mentioned above.

Worst Biriyani in Berhampur. I had my lunch in NI yesterday. By far one of the worst experience in Berhampur. The waiter came for order and took order for Biriyani and Hydrabadi chicken. Came back with in 5mins with cold biriyani. The Biriyani was the worst, there was water dripping from the cutlery, the waiter did not serve me. I was never recommend anyone for biriyani in NI.

Washrooms are bad. No hot shower working throughout two days. Typical window ACs. Low quality Soap. Despite rate is 2000. Same menu for Complementary breakfast. Puri bhaji, Vada, Upma that’s all.

Awesome location.. Located in the heart of berhampur town.. It was a great experience over there.. has its own restaurant with room service. Food is good and tasty.. Well behaved staffs, could have been more punctual regarding room service and house keeping but it's understandable considering the rush on pick season of late December..

I'm giving my personal review after ordering food from here this is a third grade restaurant where they are giving bad food .. i was pregnant nd I ordered chicken biriyani from here biriyani rice is ok but the chicken pieces which they gave that is totally stale nd horrible smell if I had that chicken sure I can get food poison...nd after all of these the customer service omg when I call to the restaurant the behaviour of the person was very rude they don't even know how to behave with customer..

Service is pathetic. Rooms are not cleaned daily. The reception area is untidy and hygienic. The staff are rude. Bath towel is not present in the room. Drinking water is not served daily. Additional bedsheets are not provided even after multiple requests. The hotel does not have an adequate parking facility. Neither the customer feedback form is available at the reception, nor do they seek feedback proactively.

Basic room, basic amenities. No hot water inspite of asking several times. Poor service although polite staff . Had to check out at 6 am, didn't get hot water or room service, staff were all asleep at the front desk, had to just keep the key and find my way out. Good location.

Food is great and price is reasonable. Breakfast is complimentary. The hotel is situated in Berhampur, Orissa, near Indira Gandhi Statue, just One and half kilometer away from Berhampur Station. Hotel is open 24 × 7. If you wish, you can book room in hotel through phone.

Had there been an option of negative rating i would have given them that , flush not working , poor room service , rude staff bed bugs , smelly washroom and what not. The only thing thats way to high is their tariff.

Not bad hotel , as I personally some times feel the services is not good , you ll get the same breakfast every day 😀. You will never get the breakfast before 8Am , Tea taste is so so .coffee taste is very bad . I feel the suit rooms (or any room ) floor not cleaning/no proper maintenance .

This review is based on my restaurant experience at Hotel Nandan. The food was good. Ordered Paneer tikka, Vegetable Shangrila and garlic nan. The veg shangrila was great and tasty. The tandoor items lacked the smokey flavor of being cooked in a tandoor and the nan was on the sweeter side as well. The waiting time to get these three things was around 50 mins which I think is too much. Parking space is another hassle which is common in Berhampur. Recommended for meals but don't expect fine dining experience.

Worst service experienced during my 3 day stay. Hospitality is worst. I did corporate booking and they treat like we are staying free and feel like they are providing free food. If u want to eat dinner you should order at lunch time thats the pace with which they are working.

Expensive for the facilities and maintenance of the hotel. The bathrooms are big and spacious but not clean and sanitized. Also the taps and faucets were broken and poorly maintained.

You order for something you get something else...... Staff roams as they are in park once you order you have to wait unnecessarily for very long they show off as they are very very busy..... If you order some stuff they say Agya zomoato swiggy re order karantu aame direct kon pai dobu

I worked as a H/K manager in a pandemic corona time...management Mr Babula held my 45 days salary...still not given..one day I visited to dine in a restaurant with my family...I asked Mr.Babula to debit the food bill amount from my salary ...but he did not accept...worst management ever seen in my life...my 18k held in the hotel.

Good budget hotel with all amenities, rooms are spacious .Staff needs to be more attentive to visitors coming from outside odisha. Located near Annapurna market, one could easily roam around and buy stuff like slik sarees etc . Hotel Restaurant serves delicious food.

The restaurant serves poor quality of food and taste. We had ordered prawn biryani which was tasteless with only white rice. Prawns were also not cooked properly. Also in prawn biryani we found chicken pieces. The salad / curd was only white water. It was pathetic. Also they charge huge cost for such kind of food.

The room standard are over rated. Suite rooms are like closed standard room. No proper fitting, maximum switches are not working, bad toilet and toiletaries number of problem which cannot write completely. Receiption staffs are wearing coat but don't have decent behaviour. Parking facility horrible and once u paid them they least bother for your departure. Overall very bad experience n waste of money.

we celebrated my daughter's mahendi and engagement ceremony in hotel Nandan, We booked many rooms to stay there for guests duration of two to three days The service is very good and the quality of food also good , Specially the manager's management and the behaviour was highly appreciated 👍 well done and keep progressing

Do not fall in an impression that it's an international level hotel by reading it's name. It is just a normal hotel with limited space and no parking space. If you are planning to host party here, you can just arrange with maximum capacity of 300 people. I would recommend not to book this hotel if you are planning for some event with more than 300 people.

According to the price Room facilities are not up to the mark. Staff service is good. Bedsheet was torn, blanket was very dirty, Fan regulator was missing, No foot mat Landline phone was not there in room for urgent communication. Very expensive. Not recommended.

Great Location. Rooms are old and have gone through a lot of wear and tear. I did not find the place clean enough for a hygienic stay. However location is great. It is nearby Ramalingam Park.

Food quality is worst than expected. Took parcel of Nan and daal fry at night and they prepared daal fry with salt. They forgot to add salt and for that reason, me and my colleague couldn't have dinner at all. We will never visit nandan international at all and I suggest everyone to visit any other hotel except Nandan international. Such a worst experience. Below avarage hotel.

Very rude staff & manager have rude attitude. They don't know how to behave customers. The only good thing about Nandan Hotel is old Veg Restaurant. Nanadan International is a disaster. Total disaster.

The hotel is degrading itself every year. Room service was very poor , very unhygienic, ill maintenance. The room we checked in was not cleaned properly. A/C not working. Bathroom fittings were broken. Also the housekeeping staffs are careless. You have to call them 3-4 times for any help. Complimentary breakfast was tasteless.

Renovation of Rooms is overdue specially toilet is in bad condition. Waste water from wash basin flows back into toilet. AC is very old and don't give comfort. Location is in heart of city but roads of city are narrow and you need great driving skills.

Would never recommend this place, especially for hosting an event or throwing a party. Food was ok but everything was served cold, most of the dishes and desserts weren't even brought out until most of the guests left. Washrooms on the first floor were filthy. Service was pathetic. The least the manager could have done was take actions to address the issues instead of coming up with excuses and being arrogant. Someday this place used to be one of the best in berhampur but unfortunately not anymore. Worst of all, they wouldn't even give a receipt no matter how many times you request them for it.

They provide breakfast complimentary & the taste was good. Restaurant stays open till 10:30 pm & you can order to your room. Service was quick. They allow outside foods.

There was nothing International about the hotel. The rooms especially bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation. In house restaurant food is strictly to be avoided. A short complimentary breakfast is included which was fine. Parking is tricky but the guard will help you while parking. Digital payment accepted.
