They are cheaters. It is completely scam. I booked their hotel before travelling but on the day of actual arival they did not respond or pick calls we have to move here and there and after 3 hours we got a room. So I will suggest not to fall in this scam try to book hotels near old bus stand where you will get far better room with cheaper price. Few hotel I will suggest Bhubaneswari, Radha, Ram bhavan etc. Don't go at all to this hotel they think they are only hotel provider and very rude

Very disrespectful, just an hr delay n dey r charging for full day .. extreme ill service, lazy action wen in need. No staff to serve room.. I stayed for 3 days, yet .for just an hr extra ..dey charged for full day.. dint even get single day room cleaning.

Hassle-free check in, behaviour of stuff is well and couple friendly hotel. Rooms are good at this price. Me and my husband was staying here for my CTET exam. Location is very good. Easy to get any auto and bus. Bus stand is situated by walking distance near Vishal mega Mart. An affordable restuarant situated just beside the hotel. Food quality and quantity is too good. Mineral Water is also very cheap in price in this place. All over good experience. But Anarkali Rest House should improve their cleanliness. We complaint for dirty room. But they responded immediately and change the bedsheets and clean the room.

Rooms are very good in affordable price point.The owner was very good but the staff are very rude and they not have common sense to how to talk with customers.

Room for 1day cost 650 only .. Location superb according to this price this is the best choice if u want affordable rooms.

One of the Worst & Pathetic Property, i have come across, do not ever ever think of Staying over here for even once praying to God that this property should not ever be accompanied by even a single guest. And over all the Worst Scenario is that OYO People are also a part of this, they don't ever try to help out anybody, once stuck in this property.

HOTEL ROOMS ARE GOOD, But Room Service is not good. I ask reception to clean my room after 2nd day they didn't upto 5th Day. Food quality is not bad.
