They never rush appointments, ask all right questions and do help. We've been there about 6-7 times so far - with a skin rush, needed a covid test, had a clogged ear, etc. It's really nice and clean inside. The front desk lady is always very professional and nice. Highly recommended!

I have never gone into an Urgent Care facility before, and frankly find it hard to even make it to scheduled Doctors’ appointments because of such poor experiences in the past. However, I had/have an eye issue that couldn’t be ignored. So, when I walked into Convenient MD/Urgent Care, I was blown away at how clean, the establishment was, and how easy the kind and friendly staff made checking in. Furthermore, they accepted my Insurance. Within no time I was admitted by a nurse for vitals and preliminary information. Again, this was done so efficiently and quickly I almost immediately was seen by the proper professional. I got diagnosis and a treatment plan I could understand (even printed out for my referral) a prescription was sent to my pharmacy, and the treating physician even made sure to read the discharge notes with me, as she could see I was in pain/minor distress, and she didn’t want me to have any confusion the next day, etc. I am so thrilled that our Community has such a facility for folks, especially since Quincy Hospital has closed. I pray I never have to use their services again, but I am truly grateful to know they are there for me, or for you and/or your loved ones. The word Care actually means something at this shop. And did I mention how clean it appeared? Convenient MD Urgent Care earns the name. I’m grateful.

This is the 3rd time I visited. First for my son. 2nd and this time for my self. The walk in wait time is 15minutes or shorter. Receptionist is very efficient. The nurse and the doctors are all very nice and I was always able to get a diagnosis and a treatment that always worked! Would go for any urgent medical situation here that the hospital or my primary. Just faster, Convenient and you get the result!

These nurses and doctors were just phenomenal. The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Very warm. Very caring, very informative. I wish I had this kind of experience in Atlanta where I’m from. Thank you for all that you beautiful women do. Thank you for being angelic women with empathy and love in your hearts. God bless you.

The facility was impressive. The nurse was charming and knew her job very well. However, I haven't had a fantastic doctor like Dr. Mimi take care of me in years; she was very concerned, attentive and knew exactly how to handle the situation. I would recommend her to everyone. She is a diamond in the rough. You don't find doctors of her caliber anymore. Dr. Mimi is a keeper.

Very streamlined procedure. I was notified when it was time to head in after saving a place in line on their website. I arrived and was pleasantly and professionally greeted. They took my information promptly and was called in to be seen in minutes. The individual (Nurse Practitioner) I saw was very reassuring and knowledgeable. She assessed my ailment quickly and gave me very helpful advice. I was totally pleased and would not hesitate to go back again if needed.

Horrible experience. Had to do a work related drug test and that was the center for it to be done. Day 1: I drove 30 minutes and went there, but was told the nurse called out, but would definitely be there next day from 8am to 8pm. Day 2: Next morning. Got there at about 9am. Was told the nurse will be around from 12 noon. I tried to explain that I was assured that he/she will be there in the morning. One of the front desk staff, a white lady said I should have called first. I asked if it was my fault. She said it wasn't their fault either. All these in a very rude and loud manner. I ignored her and turned to the other lady who kindly gave me a phone number to call before coming. Day 2: Afternoon. I called and was told I didn't need to be seen by a nurse. Wow! That blew my mind. I drove down and was checked in after a very long wait. The attendant ushered me.into a room and asked me to empty my pockets and to pat my hair down. Very shocked. I obeyed. Then, I had to give urine. She stayed at the door and I had to leave it partly open so she could see what I was doing. I finished and then went in. All in all, I was very disappointed by the experience. I have had drug test for my other job, but never have I been made to use a bathroom while someone was standing guard and watching me. Also, to make me pat myself like I had something to hide was very uncomfortable, but then maybe I read too much into the whole saga. Could it be racial profiling, again I do not know. I leave it to you my readers to give your opinion. I would definitely NOT want to visit that place again if I can help it.

I’ve been to this Convenient M.D. a few times, once for my brother and now this week for myself. Each time, the experiences were the same. The receptionist was efficient and kind. The waiting time was not long. And then, the nurse was additionally kind and professional. The attending PA-C was extremely knowledgeable and decisive. The entire facility from the waiting area to the examination rooms to the bathrooms were spotless! I highly recommend this Convenient M.D. Urgent Care!

We were here visiting family and my daughter got bit by the dog. They took great care of her! She was obviously upset and they did what they could to comfort her. They made her feel at ease, explained everything and made sure all our questions were answered. We never felt rushed or like just another number. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. 10/10!

Came in with a finger laceration, was seen very quickly. Left in about an hour with 3 stitches. Had very kind staff, both the nurse and the dr were personable and hot the job done. There was a long line of flu/respiratory people inside, not sure how long their wait was but if you're actively bleeding from a saw wound you're seen quickly.

They can get crowded, but if you get there early they are great.receptionist, nurses, & the Dr’s are all really nice. I’ve been there 3 times and all 3 times were quick & painless. I’ve always been treated with kindness & respect. Highly recommend giving them a try.

The Best. I still can't believe how great we were treated, from the receptionist, to the nurses and everyone who treated us after. I was here today Tuesday around 5:30 and they were all so kind. My mom is elderly and had to go in for something I was concerned about; my mom is so nervous, but they calmed her down so well with their amazing personalities and knowledge. With how things are now a days, I wasn't expecting much, but they went above and beyond awesome. Thank you so so much. We won't forget ❤️

The staff was very efficient and excellent with my 5 year old grand daughter. The PA was very caring and provided her with a very thorough work up and appropriate referral to ER for more in depth care. The ancillary staff were also very caring and efficient. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I've been here 3x. Only once have they actually offered helpful treatment and on that visit, I was only there to be seen after an accident for insurance purposes. On my most recent visit, I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment time and then waited 35 minutes after my appointment time before being seen. There was no actual MD on staff; Only NPs. Neither of them had any clue what was causing my symptoms. Their treatment strategy? Recommending I go see my PCP. They didn't even try! I basically waited over an hour to be seen by a NP who didn't even try to diagnose my symptoms. I paid out of pocket for the visit and I feel like I've been hustled out of my cash. I won't be returning here. Total waste of time and money. I gave 2 stars because the facility is clean and nice looking.
