    This Randolph location never sends the garlic dipping sauce i select in my order. They always send marinara...4 times now, and every time i complain, I get a free pizza. So at this point, im going to order garlic dipping sauce with every order, even if i don't want it...because im most likely going to get a free pizza each time. I added 2 pics to prove its written on the order. Update 11/27/22, ordered food 3 hours ago. Still not here. Never ordering again. Cancelled the order and they never refunded my credit card. Tried calling the location several times, they will not pick up the phone. I went to the location to get my money back and there was one employee. He said i had to come back to see the manager at night. I just gave up at that point. Enjoy the money you stole from me. I wont be back again, and ill tell everyone i know about how awful your location is.

    Disappointing Experience, Won't Be Returning. I recently had a rather disappointing experience. As a regular customer who lives just down the street, I've always enjoyed their pizzas, but my most recent visit left a lot to be desired. I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order, and the first thing I noticed was a delivery driver at the cashier who seemed to be having some hygiene issues. He was scratching his backside quite conspicuously, which immediately made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was just the start of my negative encounter. Upon receiving my order, I realized that I had been given the wrong pizza. Mistakes happen, so I returned to the counter to explain the situation and request a refund or an exchange. However, I was told that they couldn't provide a refund on the spot and that they would make a new pizza for me "quickly." The wait for the new pizza ended up being much longer than expected. I understand that evenings can get busy, but waiting for half an hour for a replacement was quite frustrating. I couldn't help but feel that my time and convenience were not being valued. What truly bothered me, though, was the lack of professionalism I witnessed during this visit. As a regular customer, I've always appreciated the convenience of the location. However, witnessing the delivery driver openly scratching his backside while at the cashier counter was not only unappetizing but also highly unprofessional. It left a lasting negative impression on me. While I understand that busy nights can lead to some challenges, the way this situation was handled and the lack of attention to hygiene standards have led me to a decision. Despite being a local resident and a regular customer, I will not be returning. It's disappointing to have to make this choice, but I believe that my dining experience should never include discomfort or a lack of professionalism. I hope that Domino's Pizza takes customer feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve their service and maintain the quality that made me a regular customer in the first place. Until then, I'll be exploring other options in the area.

    I wouldn't even give any stars if I could because we ordered food and it's been almost 2 hours and still says its being prepped and when we call nobody answers this is the worst store ever! I've even worked for domino's and we've never EVER not answered the phones even if we were busy we would answer and asked to put them on hold! Don't order from this store this is ridiculous!!!

    Very unprofessional.I ordered 2 large pizza online they ask me to come in 20 to 25 minutes.when I was there the Spanish guy said he forgot.i said that’s ok you can still do it I wait for 25 minutes when i went inside he said one more time he forgot.what does That mean .they are very very very unprofessional.this is the bad service I never had.     I ordered garlic bread and got cinnamon bread that’s the first problem as no1 in the house eats that, then I already added a tip on the app only to know that the delivery driver insisted he needed a tip and wasn’t leaving. My husband had to give him an extra tip when we already gave him one online. This is insane and corp needs to take this up I don’t like that it’s a big rip off, delivery drivers should be honest and trustworthy.

    This place is trash!! The ppl working there never ever wear gloves to prep your food and the most unprofessional mismanaged place Ive seen in my life!! The workers have not one professional bone in their bodies!!! My experience tonight was by far the worst in my life in a fast food place!! The woman working the front counter was cursing while working, getting the orders wrong, touching her face and not even washing her hands before she return to touching food. Disgusting! Calling the BOH immediately!! Is this franchise or Corp however again trash 🗑!! Throw the whole damn store away!!

    We waited for 2 hours for the food to get here! Then we went there, and the employee said that the driver quit his job.There was only one person their so we didn't get are food.They didn't send us no text or called us.

    Definitely the worst and rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The person in charge was just unbelievably disrespectful and rude. Dominos should close this store as quickly as possible - or try and re-train the on-site staff/managers. The manager is just unable to cope and is ruining Dominos’ good name. Never visit this horrible branch!!
