A warm welcome, great music and the decor is fantastic. Our waitress Shorty is so cute, knows the menu and has all the abilities to serve her guests like royalty. The food is devine.

The best Mexican food and such a vibe. Love the different Tequila flavors and the nachos! Definitely worth a visit.

Let me start by saying this restaurant is a must visit simply because the food is absolutely delicious. We ordered the Carne platter and it was more than enough. Everything we ate was delicious and flavorful. The night we visited they had quiz night and that was also super fun, we did not participate but it was good entertainment.

Just love Pablo's... Definitely one of my favourite places to eat! The food is amazing and the atmosphere has a buzz to it that makes you want to drink tequila the whole day 😂 They don't have vegan options on the menu but there are some of the dishes that they can veganise.

Absolutely love the decor of this place. The menu is also everything you would expect of a Mexican restaurant. Tried the burrito and a mixture of tacos and enjoyed it a lot! Also the price of food was very reasonable. The waiter was super friendly. Definitely a place I would go back to again.

Absolutely atrocious, non existant service. We went a s group with a bill landing up to be R1950, you would think we would get good service, but received the complete opposite. Beers arrive without being opened (landed up opening them with my lighter), table not cleared, first time in my life I've had to clear my own table as it was completely full with no waitress in site. The Waitress was the rudest and most disrespecting ever. Asked for a box to put in take away food and received it 2 hours later (LITERALLY). Pizza took over an hour to arrive. Food ordered and an hour later was told they don't have beef. Ordered drinks and received something else. Waitress told us last round at 8pm but we were still able to order at the bar and take it to the table ourselves. Trying to talk to a waitress and she turns around and walks away mid sentence. Ask for something from the waitress only to get a massive shoulder drop and a gigantic sigh. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Always happy to pay a good tip, but being treated like that all night, I absolutely refused to pay one, which is sad as the food was delicious only to be overshadowed by horrific service, the experience was not worth going through, even for good tasting food.

Pablos has a great vibe where friends and colleagues can sit back relax enjoy some great priced beverages and food. On some nights of the week they have quizzes and others there is karaoke. We had an awesome time.

I was in Pablo’s once before and the service, food and atmosphere was great BUT yesterday evening me and my boyfriend went on a date there because we thought the atmosphere would be positive. We got there and it was empty because it was a week's day, there was one table with a few customers and one waitress assisting us. She was very unpleasant towards us, just handed our menues and looked us up and down and later went to the table with the customers and spoke to them all friendly. We waited about 10 minutes and she hadn’t come to take our orders. We then decided to maybe go outside and wait if more people came in. We told her as she was standing with the customers and said something with them about my me and my boyfriend, looked us up and down and they all started laughing at us. Including the waitress that is supposed to make us as customers feel comfortable in and about the restaurant. Not only was that very unpleasant and disrespectful, she was also extremely unprofessional to be chatting and laughing with other drunk customers about other customer(s) don’t think that’s good for business. I’m not usually someone that leaves a negative review since I feel like it’s unnecessary but this honestly put me off completely to Pablo’s and we won’t be visiting again.

Recived awesome service from the waiteress, it's unfortunate I forgot her name (white lady). She saved our evening, when seemingly the other staff(including the manger on the night)had the idea that regular customers ought to receive service ahead of new patrons. Alas our waitress saved the day, with her outstanding dedication and terrific work ethic. Would definitely recommend the place in anticipation of her excellent service.

As we arrived we were told that there was no booking under the name we had given. After asking the waitress to please look again, much to her dismay went to look and returned to us with such an attitude. Told us there’s no table sorry and walked away? We finally got a table after having to ask again where we could sit as if we weren’t allowed in the restaurant. The service was below average, having to ask for drinks and food orders over and over again. Also having to please remind the waitress to please come and clear the table as we were done eating. We eventually asked to see the manager, whilst explaining to him our concerns he started laughing and told us we don’t know what it’s like to run a business. He then told us that he refuses to speak to the women at the table and will sort it out with the men???!!! Disgusting! Several names were given to us such as “drunk white bitches” and told us to “f*** off” when we told him that this behavior as a manager was unacceptable. I have never experienced such bad service in my life!

I have been eating jalapeños Poppers for seven years. I can truly say today I have had the best. Services was beautiful kind. Love it will go back

I thought of spicing up my life. Went to Pablo's Mexican Cantina for a meal and coctail. I suggest the duo pizza. Half Max Ortega and half Pablos Lopez. I must admit it was delicious. The pizza crust was perfect. Half Max Ortega was really good. Half Pablo Lopez was sheeeetttting hot which I kept for later when Pablo and I could do a tongue Tango together with a glass of milk. I am not for hot stuff but it was worth every bite. The coctail See Pendago was okay. Service was excellent. I loved the decor and fun colours. Wall murials are awesome, could just stand and look at it for hours. Real fun restuarant with great pizza. The life entertainment was great to listen to. Loved the songs he sang.

I really do enjoy this place. The food is good, the atmosphere is good, and the waiters are normally on top of their game and friendly. My problem is I think this is the second or third time I have gone where I have gotten horribly Ill with food poisoning. The first times I thought maybe it’s something else so I left it, but I am 100% sure now as I always get sick with the nachos when I order them. Don’t want this to be taken as a complaint, but I would like to bring this to the attention of management .

Definitely a night to remember, the entertainment was top notch, the managers hands on and the waiters very efficient.

Firstly, their prices are fair, the staff is so friendly, we sat at a table outside, they kept checking if we aren't cold. The manager came over and offered us a table inside where we can charge. The cocktail are nicely decorated and strong. I loved their food, and whole experience. I'd definitely come here again, and next time I won't be driving, those cocktails are fiesty.

One of the waitresses was extremely rude from the moment we walked in, she wasn't even OUR waitress... I've been going to Pablo's for years and never had a problem until now. It's safe to say I won't be coming back. The level of disrespect was unbearable.

The service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes for two drinks, I had to get up and ask where our drinks were. I ordered take away nachos. Paid. Tipped the waitress. When I got home my take away was a piece of chicken and rice. Obviously I had some since I needed to eat, the chicken was NOT satisfactory. I am terribly disappointed as a first-time patron. I do not recommend.

The look and feel is great, decent vibe lots of Mexican Colors. Management is not great, extremely unprofessional, laugh at the complaint because that's the way, telling a customer "I am the manager here" clearly disregarding the complaint, "Can offer you tequila?" - "No, but you can tell customers when something is out of stock instead of just expecting them to eat what's given to them". UNFORTUNATELY, I will not be going back to this specific one!

Loved the vibe, awesome food. They have quiz nights on Thursdays! The staff served me and my girl friends to the best of their abilities and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a must!

Absolutely disgusting service, the manager laughed at us while we were telling him the problem, then was shouting at us for absolutely nothing. Service there is disgusting , will never go back, I don’t recommend this place to anyone, rather go to salsa. The manager refused to listen to the females lay their complaints by stating that he would only talk to the men at the table, which is extremely discriminatory! Really used to enjoy Pablo’s but will not be returning.

Well as a training chef I could say the food and service were excellent. As for the waiter who was serving our table... she was jolly, loving and caring. Big ups to Precious, our waiter for day really made my friends n i very comfortable n welcomed at Pablo's Mexican Cantina, 👍😊

Absolutely terrible service for a Monday evening. The waitress acted like we were a hindrance to her, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Food took forever to get to us, told us they were out of beef ages after we had ordered, and my pork tacos had more chunks of fat in them than they did actual pork. Also, one shouldn't have to clear one's own table because servers are incompetent. I understand that restaurants get busy, but this just wasn't on. What was meant to be a nice night out with friends became more trouble than it was worth. Pablo's was lovely a while ago, but I definitely will not be returning.
