Absolutely worst experience I have had. We had booked 3 rooms but the hotel had accepted more bookings than there were rooms and we had to give up one of the rooms. The extra bed was uncomfortable, you’re better off sleeping on the floor The only ventilation the rooms have is the AC , the current had gone for at least 2 hours and we left in a boiling room. The hotel has no generator so if there’s no current, nothing functions. If you open the door for ventilation, you’ll be greeted by mosquitoes. Would not recommend staying.

This place was the worst place I ever stayed in there were no plates there was no electricity. The worst part Is that they had overbooked the hotel and we lost 1 room we had already made reservations but with kindness, we gave the room. The mattress they had given us horrible mattresses it was better sleeping on the floor. When we were leaving they still charged us the room full price worst place to stay in vellore

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [SENTHUR INN] during my trip to [vellore], and I am delighted to share my fantastic experience. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist was more than happy to answer my questions and provide recommendations for local attractions.

I stayed here last night really happy with the hospitality and staff was really polite. I prefer this hotel for their cleanliness and safety. I recommend this hotel for family members and yes Isuggest the management to bring a hotel inside the hotel itself.

The rooms were very neat. Especially bathroom was so clean. Much recommended place to live. Walkable distance from Main road.

This hotel in vellore tamilnadu was having a very excellent hospitality and care for the guests. Good service and clean rooms and attached bathroom. Looking forward for an swimming poola and multi gym facility in here. That's all about for my word words to senthurinn vellore.

This hotel is new and its awesome. The bathrooms are modern and bedding is clean and crisp. AC us also good, room has midern decor with beautiful flooring. The front office and other staffs are very friendly.

The room was very small. Ideal for one person. Space only for one bed. Washroom better than other hotels at the same price range. Did not provide tv and set top box remote. Only an AC remote was available in the room. Close to the main road so location is a plus.

The rooms are clean and spacious for a short stay with family or friends. Parking is crippled but my stay in this hotel was awesome. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, rooms and excellent service. The only thing is that they dont have a running restaurant but food could be done through swiggy and Zomato quickly. I'd give this pkace a top rating for room cleanliness, clean bathroom, neat bedsheets and room service is quick.

One of the best hotel room I ever stayed. Neat ambience, excellent service. One of the person name Hari ( I guess ) who make all the arrangements and took care of everything. Our presonal heartly thanks to the whole team and management.

Very Nice hotel to stay Had very good time with family

STAY AWAY from this place. The hotel team is a big dacoity. I have booked the rooms through Expedia and when I checked in they said there is no booking in my name and he asked me to cancel the booking and pay at the hotel. I paid ₹2500 per night and they ask me to pay ₹5k. The rooms are like the size of a pawn shop. When I called Expedia customer care they took me for a ride. The customer care number is paid one and I was holding the line for 45min as they wanted to get the confirmation from the hotel before cancelling. Horrible experience with Expedia and Senthur Inn.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and kind. We travelled all the way for VIT admission and lots of luggage with us. They have a power back also but it take 5mins for them to turn it on. This was one of the nicest places we stayed. One suggestion to the management kindly provide dental kit and complimentary break fast. It will make you hotel to next level. I suggest this SENTHUR INN for all the people visiting vellore.

This is the worst Hotel I have stayed in, and believe me I have stayed in many hotels. Rooms are not good, even to get Water bottles like basic things guests have to struggle... Forget about bathroom accessories.. If you ask for extra mattress they will just give you some old one without bedsheet. With very derty blanket. If you have consern about service don't be, bcos there is no Service... They claim to be 3 star hotel.. but they even can't match OYO facility. BTW they will ask for full advance payment for me it was 7000 per night. It's more then Double tree hilton. If you just wanted to spend your one night somehow you can go ahead with this... And yes, I forgot to tell you about Power Cuts. And they don't have backup...

the worst experience I hv ever had, a nightmare with fab hotels on 25th April 2022. Even after full payment in advance ,they double booked our room n denied our booking when we reached at midnight with 2 kids. we requested a lot to give us any space just for the night in this strange city, but I think humanity died here long ago.

Just 4 kms away form cmc silver gate. Locality is chaos free. Restaurant services is not available. U have to arrange ur food by ur own. Rest everything is good.

Disgusting horrible my son had to shift in 10 hrs only had booked for 3 days asked entire amount ..immediately shifted to another hotel. No DRINKING water no milk pouches no room service no calling for dinner to help with swiggy etc..terrible experience .PLEASE NEVER VISIT IT . They did not even return our money !!!

Very good stay..room are near and clean.. But.. thy r not providing even complementary water bottles.. charging money for water bottles..also not providing other things like shampoo, etc

Very bad experience. I feel there is some scam running. In dream also do not come to this hotel. Staff is worst. Thanks to fabhotel, there is no coordination between hotel and portal. Hotel is overbooked. After booking 15 days in advance, and paid full, no room on arrival. I would have give them -10. Stay away from this Hotel..

Well maintained hotel with neat rooms close to Gayathri Mahal. In house restaurant not available and car parking is slightly inconvenient. In general, we had good service by the staff except for one day where they refused to switch on the generator when there was no power. Had to force them to turn on the generator.
