    If i had an option I would not have given a single star to them. You guys can’t even imagine how much time i have wasted of myself to get my CPR done. There prices are like you are getting doses directly from heaven. The worst customer service i have even seen. The lady at the walk-in desk is so rude she does not even know how to talk to people. Man get some training before sitting on a desk you’re ruining people’s day don’t do that. Cherry on top ! They will keep delaying your appointments and you guys will keep on paying the doctors appointment fee. This place is waste of money.

    Despite I came here today late, they still gave me an excellent service.I was searching for the place outside due to wrong location on google maps. The receptionist and all the staff members took care of me and were very professional, polite, humble and friendly. Thanks Heads up, search for 25 Peel centre garage on google maps to get to the closest correct entrance point to MCI doctors office .If you entered from the other side it will be a VERY VERY long walk Thank me later :D

    The doctor was great. The receptionists at the front were disorganized. I asked the receptionist where to put a sample and he said I can hold it with me until my appointment. I said you don't have a nursing station? He said yeah we do and had to ask someone else. Then after my appointment I told him, just to let you know you have no hand soap in the bathroom and he said I don't know where it is kept. I said do you know anything or are you new? Poor service at the front. It's also not multi-cultural at the front, everyone is Indian so I think it would be better to have people who speak a few different languages or enough English to understand what is being asked. I usually go to MCI in thornhill when I am not able to see my family doctor outside of her hours and the Thornhill/North York location is wonderful- no complaints and great service, fast timing. This place should be comparable being under same company. When you hire new people, you should be showing the front the nursing station, where soap is kept so everyone checks and initials to clean the bathroom and make sure it's stocked and clean Very basic things!

    The fair skinned, curly-headed receptionist needs to learn how to speak to patients. I had a million things on my mind and forgot my mask in my car. While waiting at the “walk-in” window (where no receptionist was sitting), she told me and another patient to move to the other window to be helped. Then she said, “Ma’am, you need to wear a mask in the doctor’s office. There are signs all around.” The latter statement was not needed. I let her know that her attitude is unnecessary and that if I had seen the signs, I would have put one on. I also told her this is why this facility has a 1 star rating while leaving. Just rude for no reason. Maybe she’ll think twice next time.

    Minus 1 star service.. Omg😳such a poor service. Today is my second visit here. Service is quite poor. Receptionists are very rude and not ready to do their work. One lady over there is very slow she is not ready to listen. Waiting time of this clinic is quite long. Today i was there around 10am and doctor see me at 1:30pm. When i visited first time same situation happened to me. I suggest don’t go to this clinic if you want to save your time. Find a good clinic to get good results. I give 1 star to this clinic but if their would be the option below 1 then definitely I would give that.

    I don't understand how this place can still be open. I'm not gonna start an argument but only certain people get quick access to see a doctor, the rest of us have to wait in line that could start with 2 people and hours later be 5 people. Make sense of that. Receptionist are anything but qualified to to the job. Just to describe a few things, they're rude, very indifferent to people's well being and we have to consider this is a place where you go when you are not feeling good, not when you are. I can't be surprised as they have an overall rating of 1.5 stars but seriously, something has to be done about this. It's a service we all pay for with our taxes, it isn't free. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of this place but of course, it's all about money after all. The more patients the more money. If you made it this far in the review, please do yourself a favour and never come to this place. Maybe that way it can shut down and be used for something more meaningful instead of making someone richer for no reason.

    If giving less than 1 start was possible i would. I tried coming 2 days in a row and both times they stopped accepting patients by 3pm. When i was finally able to get an appointment today i had to wait 2 hours meanwhile people who came in after me were being taken in. When asked why i was at the bottom of the list they said their system apparently randomly did that…as if that even makes sense. Also if the receptionist noticed people who came in after me were being called she should’ve said something. On top of all the lady at the desk yelled at me for not having a mask on out of no where when she could’ve politely told me to put one on.

    This clinic doesnt deserve any star. ZERO is our rating for this clinic.Very Long waiting time for APPOINTMENT consult time. My parents were here last week and appointment was 2:30pm and got accommodated 4pm already. What is the use of appointment time?? Also, walk in for blood testing is another long waiting time. Clinic informed as prior to walk in for blood test that they open at 9am, but didnt inform us that they gonna start calling in for blood testing at 10am. Receptionist even told me that the nurse is aware that we are waiting for blood test but she is prioritizing setting up room clinic for appointments and walk in clients for consult and will start calling clients for blood test once the 2nd nurse arrived without informing us ahead of time. We could have gone to another lab clinic. This clinic is a mess. Not organized at all. They even told me on the phone that my dad is a walk in patient, well infact he has his record and his family doctor is one of theirs. Lastly, were just there for prescription update and the doctor even sent the rx to our previous pharmacy. We always remind him to send it to our new pharmacy and always has shortcoming on this task.

    Dr Baumander is pleasant, cares, takes his time to explain and has always shared his expertise. He is the best and has taken care of me when my health was at its worst. He is knowledgeable and can explain conditions so I can understand. Thank you for your care Dr. B 😊

    Last time I was there I needed blood work taken and there were signs stating 'lab closed today'. I phoned before leaving the mall just to make sure the signs were not 'old' and indeed they were. They forgot to take the signs down from the day before. However, to just get blood work done I waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes. There needs to be a better system in place. Apparently, the doctors' bring the patients directly to the lab and they seem to get priority. I had to wait in the general reception area. I had to keep going up to the reception and asking if I had been forgotten.

    I went with my 2 year old to this walkin clinic for the first time today. I stood in the line a few minutes and signaled to a male behind the computer to please give me a mask as i realized the front class indicates masks are to be worn but I didnt have a mask. The mail acknowledged what I was saying but still ignored me. When it was my turn next in line I asked the lady who checked my child in first a mask and the body language also seemed inviting. She handed me a huge white mask even though everyone in the clinic wore blue masks which I mentioned I could not breath properly in. She basically ignored me and her body language indicated " who cares. " I felt to pass out as I wore this huge, hard uncomfortable mask and answered her check in questions but was compliant and respectful. After swiping my child's healthcard and info, she asked what the reason for visiting the doc was? I indicated my 2 2 year old who had not coughed once in the past one or two hours was having trouble coughing up mucous on his chest so wanted a doc to listen to his chest. She immediately turned me away, indicating " our clinic doesnt see anyone who has a cough." I attempted to clarify that my child was not coughing as she could see but there was mucous he was trying to cough up at night and early morning. She refused to hear me and asked ud he has a COVID test recently and I said yes 2 days ago and he is ok. She claimed the doc will call me over the phone despite me insisting this needs physical assessment where the doc can listen to his chest. While im speaking I hear an elder lady ( seems same culture/religion/race as most of these people at the ftont desk and definately the one who checked me in) coughing like crazy with her mask down. I mentioned this and the lady who checked me in refused to even listen. I left the clinic very upset as I sense discrimination on do many levels and thus is very unethical and unprofessional. Stay away from this place! I will also be contacting the right professional regulated bodies to file a complaint as I work in the medical field and patients should not be treated this way!

    Rude nurses. A nurse screamed at me to put the mask on while I was extending its ends to put it over my turban. There were another patients who got served without mask. Same nurse took my examination for pre-employment screening. Poor service and highly unprofessional. She didn’t talk politely and didn’t even identify herself. Had to go here only because my new employer made me to. You will get negative vibes as soon as you step in

    Very good doctors. Very TERRIBLE RECEPTIONISTS!!! They rarely answer the phone. Don't book appointments properly. Can't find documents. Unprofessional & rude. The receptionists are bringing down the score. Get better receptionists!

    Dr. Adedayo is a great doctor. He was the first Family Doctor to actually explain to me my symptoms and treatments in a way I can understand. This had a really positive impact on my health. He also takes the time to listen to you, and that's hard to find in a doctor these days. I always schedule my visits, so I can't relate to the long wait times. The receptionists have also been pretty polite, no problems there so far.

    Worst experience of all time. I got a deep knife cut on my finger causing continous bleeding. It was just a dressing I need. First they put me on list . still fine. even after that they kept on saying its my turn but no one showed up for me. Even I showed them my bleeding but they dont want to do anything. Worst staff. Dont want to give even 1 star. Finally came out without dressing. They can even priortize anyone who seeks immediate help.

    Disgusting place. Receptionists are the worst. I have interacted with 3 of them out of them only one was sweet and knew her work. Rest two of them are pathetic. This is not the right place. They simply don’t know how to talk with people.

    Dr. Fibi Sourial is the worst doctor I've come across in Canada. Think twice before you visit this clinic because in all probablities you will be wasting your time. I wasted 3 hrs to be greeted by this insolent ruthless doctor who had no time. She was rushing me n cutting me off. She kept saying go see ur family doctor inspite of me telling her I don't have one. She didn't even wait for me to finish or explain what problems I was waiting. All this after 3 hours of waiting n when its hurting already this is a terrible experience I don't wish anyone to go through. N that's the reason I'm typing so much. Fyi I also saw a lady screaming saying its 6pm n still they're not accepting patients whereas the clinic is closing at 9pm. N that was her second time there.

    If there was an option i will give them -5 for the experience i had in this clinic wait time are way much longer they made me wait for like 5 hours. The receptionist there was very rude she didn't have any manner how to treat the patients i just want a referral from the doctor who was treating me. I don’t know went there for like 4-5 times no one looked after me. Doctor just did not made the referral and went for the holiday for 2 months again i called the clinic they said that you can another doctor am i this free to come again and again to see different different doctors and wait for 10-15 dats to get a respond on the situation they really need to learn something firstly how to treat the patients and them how to do work. I have to wait there for like 5 hours then they made me wait for 15 days again and again saying that doctor will come and make a referral but nothing after that. Will not recommend this clinic worst clinic ever. Worst service, worst everything.

    May family Doctor of 30 years is here. By far the worst staff any doctor office could have. Horrible service. All these old hags have no concern for anyone. Avoid going here at all costs. They will give you the most unrealistic waiting times. Then add hours upon it. Joke of a Doctors office.

    Absolutely horrible. Travelled all the way from Georgetown to get my medication renewed at the Bramalea MCI doctor office (Bramalea City Centre) on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Get there early and waiting for the walk-in clinic to open just to be told the walk-in doctor called in sick the night before and there would be nobody there to see patients! This is absolutely ridiculous! If you have a doctor calling in sick then get another doctor to fill in!

    Today, I was in the clinic. My appointment was for 1:20 pm. I went to the receptionist twice to ask if I am going to be next and she said there’s one before me. So I waited patiently until I saw another person who’s calling patient in and I asked. I saw patients who came after me were already being called before me. Now why is that? And when the doctor came in, instead of apologizing, he blasted me, saying that if I didn’t like waiting, then I can go somewhere else where I don’t have to wait. And he told me twice!!! I was seen at 3:05 pm. He was rude and arrogant. I worked at Sick kids hospital before and I’ve encountered so many doctors and I’ve never seen anybody like him. That office need organizational skills because if I have to rate them , it will be zero.

    The service was excellent. However, locating this place was hard. Google maps couldn't find it and I ended up wasting time. A small suggestion- please add inside the mall or shoppers drugmart in the mall. It would be a time savior.

    The dealing with patients is totally unexpected. No matter how wonderful you and your staff try to create great patient experiences, the front desk reception is not perfect and they didn’t know how to behave with patients. NO insurance coverage and we have to discuss the full case to direct insurance company to coverage the claim. They just say that we didn’t have any right to claim the insurance.

    The doctor was fine. The front desk was fine as well. It's the nurses that were incompetent. I went in and was told to get a blood test done. I went to get the blood drawn and the nurse that was there (she is black and she had a veil on her head) she was not able to take the blood out. She kept laughing and stalling and telling me not to worry. I was a little nervous but after my encounter with her I got really worried as she poked me 3 times and could not find my vein. Its the attitude that really bothered me.🙄 if you see that a patient is nervous why are you laughing and making them even more nervous? Just hurry up and do your job. The other nurse (also black) was in the room and trying to fix the mini printer and she was better in a sense because when she tried to draw the blood she was quick (although she wasn't able to get it either). I do understand that sometimes we are dehydrated and that can cause this issue, but the first nurse was stalling and making the situation 100% worse. If the patient is nervous, tell the patient to not worry and hurry up and get the work done fast. She was stalling for a good 5-10 mins. Laughing and telling me I dont need to be nervous. Please look into that. It's a professionals job to do their job effectively and her attitude made everything so much harder I ended up going to another doctor and then going to get bloodwork done there. They had no issue drawing blood

    Very long wait times. The nurse and dr we had today were great. Very patient and understanding with my son. He's 3 and was very nervous/scared about his check up. Things went great. The office/waiting room etc are all very dirty. It doesn't feel clean at all. I didn't want to touch anything etc only giving 3 stars because I've been going here for here's for walk in and the dr today was great. Same with the nurse . So thank you both for that❤️

    Doctor is blood sucking leech as well as the receptionist. People can file complaints against this clinic at CPSO. A few days ago I went to a medical clinic with my father in law. The doctor charged him $125 to see him. In order to fill the insurance claim the doctor just needed to write why he came to see him. The doctor demanded $155 for one sentence. In order to claim $125 from insurance I have to pay $155 to fill the insurance claim. Blood sucking thugs. These people are making Canada into a third world country.

    Had the worst experience for a walk in clinic and I will never come back again. I was so upset I left after waiting 2.5 hours. They keep telling you your after a couple of people then you see people who registered for walk in and hour later go in before you. Makes no sense! I was so upset when I asked again that I said remove me off I’m leaving. Won’t ever go to this place again.

    Let me start by saying I’ve been here 2 times prior and had no problems. It was very clear the receptionist did not want to be there, her demeanor showed that. The doctor I saw didn’t even do a full checkup yesterday in the evening. Did not check to see if I had congestion ( which I do) , just looked at my throat and started writing. When I asked him what it is, all he said was “yes, you need this”. Did not want to give me any information what so ever. Went to the pharmacy to see what it was today and turns out it’s advil and allergy medicine, which even the pharmacist agreed made no sense. I don’t have allergies and don’t need Advil. Dr. Ramesh Sharma was incompetent and did not listen to what I as a patient had to say. My advice is that if you feel the doctor does not provide you with the necessary instruction as to why they are prescribing, have it noted in your file.

    I hate going to this walk in clinic THE MCI DOCTORS OFFICE located at bramalea city center . The lady on the reception of walk in clinic is too rude as well she does not have manners how to deal with the patient, I was having fever and my doctor was Mrs. Fibi Sourial MD in this clinic and she was too rude and even she did not spent five minutes with me and did not checked me properly in fact I was having fever and she was saying me that I have ear problem like how ? When I asked doctor Fibi that exactly what problem do I have she did not responded anything to me instead of telling me my problem she was saying me thank you can leave now … I was treated like a beggar there ….I don't know how she is working as a MD doctor she even don't know how to say how are you to anyone . I beg every one who is reading the comment list that please do not go in this clinic if you are really concern about your health.

    My daughter went in with a cough she had for a week. Barely examined her and sent her home as being a virus. Went to family doctor and diagnosed with pneumonia. Most useless clinic ever. What kind "doctor" didn't hear her lungs full of water.

    Worse walk in clinic I have ever been too Went to get my ear checked - given antibiotics - went back 12 days later as the ear was still bothering me Was told I had a pallid in my ear - nothing she was concerned about but would NOT give me antibiotics Was there when they opened at 11 - waited 45 minutes in the waiting room I waited 45 minutes in the examination room - was told she saw 8 patients prior but I was #6 - as I counted - They NEVER keep their "waiting time" up to date WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN

    My entire family have been going here for 2 years and our family doctor is Dr.Poitier. He has been super helpful and has been attentive everytime we go in regarding our health concerns. If it wasn't for him, my partner wouldn't had gone in for back surgery. Dr.Poitier was able to diagnose and pushed us to go to the ER. All the nurses are amazing, it is a bit busy but you can't blame the staff for the long wait times even with an appointment. Blame budget cuts and Doug Ford. Overall, call ahead and make an appointment is my suggestion.

    I was seen quickly, and immediately given a referral to see someone else. The doctor put the wrong gender marker on the form I was given for the referral despite all of my information being clearly marked with an M for MALE (I'm trans, but there's an M on my license and on my health card, there is absolutely no reason why there should be an F on any of my forms)

What's the point of having such a big walkin when you even don't have a couple doctors on duty to take care of the patients! Receptionist is from another world. So rude with her words.     I agree with all revewers about the receptionist, she doesn't know what customer service is, she hang up the call without noticing you & without proper listening. And the doctor (walk in) I wasnot ask anything, I went for upper abdominal discomfort but doctor assumed it abdominal pain, which is not. Even after reminding also doctor assumed as pain. And without checking my abdomen& without asking any previous medical history Doctor suggested for blood work instead of ultrasound. They even didn't check my blood pressure. Not going there anymore.

    Today I went to this walk in clinic for the first time and had a great experience the ladies at the front desk are very polite and friendly I’m not sure why there’s a lot of bad reviews. Dr Michael Debilly is really nice as well I’m so thankful that I got him, I’m pregnant and he prayed for me, everything went well. I walked out feeling amazing!! Love this doctor office was having a bad day today and left in a better mood. God bless them.

    The postive : nice reception. The negative : the Doctor I engaged with was unprofessional, disheveled and lazy. Did not wear gloves prior to my examination, changed his diagnosis 4 times during the visit I requested a cold pack, instead they gave me a small packet of unknown solution that was not cold and they allowed one of their friends who arrived after me, to be seen before me despite a 3 hour wait. I strongly recommend ANY Walk-in clinic besides this one.

    Been going here off and on since December. I've been sick and no doctor here seems to know what I've have. Went today and the doctor told me "God only knows what you have. There was also a cotton ball with blood on it on the floor (must have been from other patient), when my fiancé told the doctor about it, he told him "it's fine." So I'm still sick and have no idea. I'm definitely not coming back and finding another doctor.

    Horrible wait time. Told me it would be an hour and 30 minute wait. Pushed it back by 30 minutes 4 times. Very rude at the front desk.

    It's my first time coming here, just out of convenience and I will not be coming back. The lady at the front desk alone is a turn off. She was very unpleasant and abrupt, not welcoming at all.

    Corrupt, untrained pieces of garbage working here. NOT DOCTORS! My friend's company (and 2 others I've heard of) pays them to give passing WSIB physicals to injured employees. I've been to school with this type of "Doctor". Six of them, actually. Stay away. Stay out of Brampton to be safe. I live here and would never trust my health to a Brampton "Doctor".

    This walk in seems extremely inefficient. I went in early in the morning, around 9:45 and they open at 9. They had a LOT if staff working at the front, at least 6 people including the receptionist, but they only had 3 patients total waiting, myself included.....I was waiting for 35 minutes before being placed in the room, another 5 minutes or so and a nurse comes in and asked what my issues were. she left and said I should wait for the doctor....i waited for 5 minutes and then left. The doctor MAYBE would have come shortly after but I was waiting for 45 minutes for basically nothing and this is when they aren't busy so I got upset. If I ever came when they were busy i would have to clear out a whole day's schedule for what would likely be a 2-6 minutes appointment with the doctor..

    For the time being it has served its purpose as I just moved to the city and my family doctor is hours away. There is one very rude receptionist... rude on the phone and in person ( can clearly tell who it is) Wait times vary. I've been in and out within 1.5 hours... yesterday she told me over 2 hour wait and it was in fact 3.5 hours. The rest of the staff are friendly and so far no issues.

    They're okay. Receptionist was friendly, waited about 45 mins just to get a tetanus shot and a blood sample taken. Doctor saw me for a second, but the nurse pretty much did everything. They're very rushy and seemed to be trying to move me along as quickly as possible, which i guess just comes with most clinics in general. I've been to better clinics, but they get the job done.

    Been going to this place for over 25 years today will mark my last visit staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly, I booked an appointment over a month ago, showed up, 30mins later after asking what the hold up was i get told to wait and system said i canceled which is BS drove far from Mississauga for that awful service

    Don’t go here. Worst receptionist ever, so rude, don’t give proper answers and make you feel so low. I feel she has attitude problem. There is almost no doctor or only one doctor present and wait time is always more than 2 hours. It’s happened all 3 times walk-in, I visited, never gonna come here again.
