Booked this place for 3 days for our stay in Prague. Although location is great, we had a painful check-in experience. We dragged our suitcases on the cobble streets for at least 15mins in the sun from the train station, only to find out it doesn't have a front desk. No notice board either. The front desk is another 10 mins walk. On check-in, the desk asked us to first deposit additional 50 Euros security although everything was paid upfront. Then there was additional cleaning fee. This information was in the 2nd email from the hotel about confirmation, which we skipped reading end to end because we don't expect such clauses told once booking is done. When we finally managed to checkin, we found that the place doesn't live up to expectations. It had basic furnishings unlike the grand look that's in the pictures. And to top it all, none of the electrical appliances in the kitchenette were working. On checkout, we had to go all the way again to get the security deposit back.

No Hot Water and No communication Liked · The location 2 apartments Dunsi and Skořepka Disliked · Dunsi Apartment said private bathroom, just wasn't expecting to go out onto public landing to access another door to the access the next room which was my bathroom. . Asked agent to move us to another apartment, to which they did for a £80..only for this apartment to have no hot water from Saturday am till Sunday afternoon/evening.messaged the management, no reply, twice. Tried ringing out of hrs number again no reply. Then to be told at checkout , they had been intouch with apartment manager. Who said there was no issue( There was ) They have offered no compensation .just come back saying we could fine you because one of the pillows has make up on it . I wasn't expecting luxury because of the cost BUT I WAS EXPECTING HOT WATER I wasn't letting this spoil my trip to Prague But I will never book a apartment again

**reception is nowhere near the apartments. Do not go to the apartment's Google address to check in as it is wrong. 1. I had to pay a cleaning fee at check in even though I already paid for 2 nights in full. 2. The door between my apartment and another wasn't locked, so the room was not secure! 3. One of the water heating units leaks water all over the floor in the bathroom. 4. No hot water in the shower Saturday morning. 4. Hole in towel. 5. Mirror light in bathroom doesn't work. 4. No sink for washing dishes. 5. Microwave doesn't spin properly, it looks like it gets caught on something I side (although the microwave does work). 6. When I complained to reception I was not given an apology, which is just bad manners.

Spacious and central, and relatively inexpensive, but be warned: the club downstairs is noisy. It's not super clean - when we went the sink in the bathroom was a bit blocked and the toilet smelled... cheesy... But it's convenient. If you're in town to party/on a stag do something like that, I'd recommend this place, but this is not somewhere to go for a romantic weekend away. It is what it is.

Great location that is only 3 minutes to the old town square. Wonderful and delicious breakfast that was also included accomoation. Cozy place, need an Air condition and tulle curtains. Has a back view. Hospitality is so nice, thanks to Lucie. Thanks

Absolutely adorable apartment right where you want to be. True Bohemian charm, with modern amenities. Just two blocks from the square and Astronomical clock. A little noisy at night as the local bars are nearby. LOVE LOVE THIS APARTMENT.

We stayed in Dusni from 31 Dec-5 Jan. Close to everything which was fantastic. Found room very nice. It was difficult not to be able to do your dishes in the room and basin in bathroom very small for it, Perhaps basin or something just before you enter bathroom would work better for guests. It is difficult to go to reception which is a bit of a walk with suitcases and very difficult to find. We were not happy about the fact that the shuttle told us to pay 700crowns,which caused a few phone calls. Free shuttle included in stay at Dusni. Person at reception on 5 Jan also disagreed with us and eventually realized we were right. Would have been very nice if shuttle could pick you up at hotel. Perhaps other arrangement with keys and deposit. So just a few small things as suggestions.
