Real local food. Service was fast and food was tasty. Good portions. All you can possibly want with a local spirit. Lunch Menu was not available in English so we had help from the waiter.

Very tasty food. Fast and efficient service. Prices are very good for the portion sizes and the quality. It has a really nice yard which is packed in the summer. I recommend you to try it.

One advantage of being stuck at a hotel near the conference centre is that you are also surprisingly near some more rural / village types of beer gardens and restaurants left over from before all the housing was built. This one isn’t fancy but excellent versions of local foods and a great situation.

One of my favoutite restaurants in all of Prague. The menu is extensive (come for lunch, as they close by 3pm)! The 300-seat outdoor section is perfect for those summer days - beneath the trees, in nature. There are also 3 water bowls set out for your most loved, faithful, furry friend!

We wanted to find something authentic and we did! Really recommend it, our waitress (I can’t remember her name unfortunately) was amazing and made feel us welcome, and she spoke great English for what we had seen in the city so far! Super super recommended

Nice place if you want to eat among locals and not surrounded by other tourists. Decent prices, friendly staff, better pay in cash. Many restaurants in Prague avoid cards which is logical, why to have the Bank partner in your business ?

You can sit in the garden outside which is great. The food seemed quite mediocre for my taste and the stuff was nice but didn't get our order right.

Cash only or pay via an app QR code (although it did not accept US credit cards in the app), but the Tesco nearby (down the hill and to the right) has an ATM. We especially liked the beef tartare, although my wife preferred adding additional salt to it. The terrace was great especially after 20,000+ steps of walking and cool beers. For the main, we had the dumplings--the cabbage is especially tasty.

Decently priced and deliciously authentic Czech food. A wonderful atmosphere sitting outside amongst the locals. Everything we ate was amazing but the Potato Dumplings were just something special.

Our first meal in Prague, and thoroughly enjoyed the Tartare, Strong Beef soup, and Svickova. Super friendly folk as well, and went out of there way to explain things. English menu most appreciated. Also had our last meal in Prague too, a week later. Once again good decision, as again made most welcome. Enjoyed the Strong beef soup, and the pickled smoke sausage was excellent. Great place.

On first impressions, I’ll say that I really enjoyed the food that was ordered. I had a mixed schnitzel and potatoes. It’s my favourite thing to eat in Prague so I was very excited, but the pleasure did not last. Within an hour of eating I started getting some pretty nasty cramps in my lower gut, this would come with great intensity before passing. This then developed to include a lot of gas. The pain wasn’t constant so I dealt with it, I just assumed it would pass and was unsure what exactly could be the cause. The pain began to intensity over the following hour before needing to rush to the toilet because I couldn’t hold my bowels. As you can imagine this was an awful feeling. This continued to happen across several hours, resulting in me waking up through the night and early morning. I was up between the hours of 2 & 6am leaving me shattered today. Even when I woke up properly at 12 my bowels were in the same condition. I’m not sure if this was to do with preparation or something being undercooked but I would exercise caution.
