Arrogant, unfriendly staff. After 9pm there is no food at all, not even peanuts or crisps to go along with your beer. Beer was barely ok for a Pilsner bar. Answer to the owner: if your answer speaks for your manners I take my second star away. I have visited the restaurant multiple times last year. And the closed kitchen question came up every time with our volleyball group.

Had drinks late on a Thursday evening. The waiter/bartender Radek made our day! Super nice service and nice conversation with the personnel!

Favourite place to eat locally. Great beer, great service (and they speak English, with a smile!) And great food. Proper CZ prices too, none of this inner centre tourist prices!

Clean and modern bier pub where you could go with friends for a glass or two. Higher prices mean you will not meet lower qualified Czech or foreign workers. Definitely not the right place for a romantic dinner in two. Evenings there are crowded and noisy. Meal is an average, they serve only what fits to bier ( Czech Pilsner Urquel from tanks).

Just an average Czech restaurant. Pilsner on the tap.

Really liked it, food was good, service very nice, happy. One star down, as i started with borscht and maybe took me longer to eat it, than they expected, as a result they brought grilled liver cooled down on a cold plate. Still pretty decent meal though, the liver was still fairly soft, so i did not mind that much.

Turkey stake was not very good, boiled potatoes without any souse, and you need to order it separately with additional price.

This is probably my favorite restaurant in Prague. They have a daily menu that changes weekly I guess (thumbs-up for the Moravian Goulash). But they also have a fix menu, which include an amazing gnocchi with chicken and spinach.

Had heartburn all night and the still today. My local friend suggested we meet here. Since I have already ordered a beer, I did not listen to his suggestion we go somewhere else to eat. Big mistake. Although the waiters were professional and pushing the beer. The food was the worst I've had in Prague. I took the diabelski toast and goulash with potato pancakes. Both were extremely salty. Must have been old. The place was only 25% full. Considering the Czechs like their beer and food, looks like this place is not it. If in area, I suggest you go elsewhere.

I have been a couple times and enjoyed each time. The last time my wife and I went (22.01.20) we were very happy with the quality of our meat, how well it was cooked, and how well it was seasoned. My vegetables were also equally delicious. While usually Antal is good, this time in particular they definitely exceeded our expectations.

This one comes with big pluses and minuses that are just as big. Hence three points. The pluses: really great beer, quick service, nice pricing, large outdoor area capable of comfortably housing many guests. The minuses: the ribs we ordered could have been better, they were dryish to say the least. But the worst part is... the reek of piss. We even moved to another table, and still the reek was there too. I have no idea where it came from, perhaps from the bushes surrounding the outdoor area, but now that I am writing about it I wanna take it down to two points.

Not the best restaurant you can visit in Prague, but the beer is always great. Food is a mixed bag.
