Fantastic place to walk and visit on weekends. The park is huge and walking relaxes you and you see the deer pass by your side. You can offer them special food (carrot) that you take there. Going around with the lamas is a great experience. The events that are organized in the place are an opportunity to learn about local products and try international food, drinking some wine, drinking beer or just resting.

Came here for a quick drop by on the way back from a spa. Wonderful to see the animals in an open space and relaxed. I even managed to pinch an antler from the ground lucky me.

Beautiful . There are 2 yours available. These tours are given in Czech but they do have printed booklets that go along with the tour in English German Russian and i think French. I loved it especially because this is where one of my favorite movies was partly filmed, Šíleně Smutná Princezna. You can enter the Castle gardens separately which costs 30 KČ per person. Beautiful 300+ year old trees. Lots of beautiful peacocks and you can pay to feed deer.

The castle is great, you can feed deers there and look at beautiful peacocks. I liked it but I expected the territory to be bigger. I would suggest you to visit on weekday so deers won't be as fed and you can get more of their attention.

Very nice place.If you never been there, worth it to spend a Sunday and feet the diers. Huge park ideal for families or couples. If you have children definitely they will love it.Before you go buy some carrots or vegetable and the diers will love you.Not far away from prague.Is about 100 km.

Beautiful zámek and park, great place to visit with friends and family in a very affordable ticket you can buy online for 30kč. they have restaurants inside. nothing to worry when you get lost in this town, you can find so many things to enjoy.

Excellent tour for a class of 4th graders! Our guide was interesting and able to keep their attention, no small feat! After the tour of the château, we visited the grounds and the kids were thrilled to feed the deer, and listen to the peacocks. I only wish I had more time to wander. Darn bus schedule… We also met Mr Hildprandt in the park and he was very gracious to the kids :)

Very nice park, but worth to visit it only if you are close to it. Driving from Prague not worth it.

One of the most beautiful castle’s in Czech Republic worth visiting. Also the huge gardens that has “wild” deers you can feed.

I had a wonderful time visiting Blatna Castle and its deer park. The castle is a hidden gem, with a beautiful exterior and interesting history. The guided tour inside the castle was informative and engaging, giving a great insight into the life of nobility in the past. The deer park is a peaceful and serene oasis, with well-maintained pathways and plenty of deer roaming freely. It was a joy to observe the deer up close, and feeding them was an unforgettable experience. The castle grounds are picturesque and offer many opportunities for stunning photos. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to Blatna Castle and deer park for its beauty, tranquility, and historical significance

Nice castle. But the main attraction is deer feeding so don’t forgot to take some carrots with you (local deers love them)

Great for a visit with kids! The castle park is very big and good for walks. There are also many deer in it that can be fed by hand. At the time of our visit there was also a nice Lego exhibition inside the castle. I recommend Blatna for a visit.

Beautiful castle with a huge english park full of animals ( deers / alpacas / ducks etc. ) We came here for christmas market and theirs beautiful park where you feel connected to nature. It’s only 1 hour drive from Prague, definitely place worthy of visiting.
