Absolutely stellar! My recent visit to Mazlab in the heart of Prague was nothing short of a revelatory coffee experience. This boutique café, renowned for their specialty coffees, far exceeded my highest expectations. From the moment you step inside Mazlab, you are greeted by the enticing aroma of freshly roasted beans that promises a sensory adventure. The well-curated space, equally chic and comfortable, sets the tone for the specialty coffee journey that is about to unfold. But what truly separates Mazlab from the rest is the expertise of their baristas. They are more than just coffee experts; they're maestros, crafting not just drinks but full-bodied experiences. They shared insightful details about each coffee variety, its origin, and the unique tasting notes that paint a vivid picture in your mind even before the first sip. The tasting flight I indulged in showcased a dazzling array of flavors and aromas, ranging from the classic to the utterly unexpected. Each cup held a unique story, unfurling across my palate in delightful waves. Mazlab's dedication to sourcing and roasting the finest beans shines through in every sip, resulting in a symphony of taste that remains etched in my memory. This was more than a mere coffee tasting; it was a masterclass in the craft of coffee. Whether you're a self-proclaimed coffee geek, or a curious explorer of taste, Mazlab is a must-visit. It's not just about consuming coffee here - it's about experiencing it. For the ultimate specialty coffee experience in Prague, look no further than Mazlab. This place truly brews magic in every cup.

I think I found my new favorite specialty coffee place in Prague! I really liked the set of 4 option, all of the coffees were excellent and quite distinct on their own. The cakes are absolutely worth tasting too! :)

This place is every bit as amazing as it looks in the photos. Spacious, bright, yet comfortable. Nice staff and fantastic coffee. A sampler let you try different coffees at once. Bought some beans and definitely coming back.

I have tried several coffee places in Prague and it is definitely one of the best. I found mazelab because I was looking for La Cabla coffee from Denmark. They always have different coffee and each one has iconic flavor the card express. The place is clean and quiet. The service is really good too. I sometimes take trans to come there in the morning and it is worse it. I only want some breads not only cakes.

Great coffee, they even have tasting option if you cannot decide which one to have. Place is clean and comfy. They don't have sugar but who wants to ruin their coffee with it?

Fantastic. One of my favorite cafes in Prague. Great coffee and atmosphere. They have other drinks for non coffee drinkers like ice tea, lemonade and kombucha as well as some nice freshly baked sweets. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful cafe I've ever seen. High quality beans from La Cabra and a lot of special beans to taste. You can also order coffee made of competition and very rare beans. The whole concept is great and visit is definitely experience like nowhere.

If you are looking for The best filter coffee in the most beautiful coffees in the world, do not hesitate and stop here. The staff Is very knowledgeable and nice, although they will not offer you sugar into your coffee. You have to take this in mind in advance. I recommend tasting set of four filter coffees (50ml each).

Absolutely amazing experience. One of the best cafés I've ever been to if not THE best. Beautiful stylish interior with white/black/green colour combination and pleasant atmosphere. Incredible specialty coffee with clear tasting notes. Extremely helpful and kind service. 5/5, 10/10, 100/100. For all the specialty coffee lovers in the world, this is a must-go in Prague.

It's clean, it's fresh, it's godly. Best space for coffee freaks in at least few hundred kilometre radius, also suitable for pitching your next million CZK contract. Two best shots I tasted in months back to back, and I'm not an easy target to please. The goat (as on LC boxes and greatest of all time too)

As a coffee addicted person, visiting roasteries and speciality coffee places is one of my favorite things to do. ✨My experience : from entrance was Amazing. The lady was so welcoming, she started by explaining the options and coffee beans origins and notes of each one. She then asked my wife how she usually likes her morning coffee to be then she advised her to take Ethiopian drip V60. She asked me the same and she was so kind when she handled me a cup and suggested to taste the 5 different Patch brew coffee options and pick one I liked. 👍🏻👍🏻 ✨ The place is Modern and sky lighted with eye comforting colors. ✨ coffee was great, they know what they are dealing with and have wide variety of options that suits every one My experience was 10/10 all the way

I love how this place looks—it is incredibly Instagrammable, with such a clean, minimalist aesthetic. I told the person at the counter that I don't usually drink coffee, so she recommended a cappuccino that wasn't dark. I had the cappuccino with coffee beans from Finca El Porvenir, Colombia (8/10). I love how the coffee came with detailed information about the source of the beans—it even has the altitude the beans were grown from. It was a lighter coffee, and it wasn't bitter, so it wasn't too intense for me. I also ate a Czech cake that is sort of like a cheesecake, but isn’t a cheesecake (8/10)? The cream has a lemony(?) and fresh flavour, so I liked it too. I almost never drink coffee, or visit cafés, but I enjoyed my experience here.

Best cold brew I have ever had! Coffee is incredible as well. I love the coffee flight option for trying all the beans available, and all of these were amazing. My only issue is that the seating layout was a bit awkward and some chairs were uncomfortable, but the coffee more than makes up for it.

Simply amazing. The coffee was excellent, and the ambiance, from the floor to the ceiling tastefully and minimally arranged. The space is tucked away from the street which is great if you want to chat with your friend or just sit back and enjoy that cup of delicious coffee while listening to nice mellow lounge music spreading throughout the space. The whole atmosphere offers a gallery vibe, with big plants, open space, nice art on the walls. Honestly I can't wait to go back for a cup of coffee again, of and before I forget, the lotus cheese cake is to die for!

There are many great coffee places in Prague and this is one more to my list. Superb interior, great concept of a coffee shop. That is the first place where I was able to order a set of coffees to try and choose the one I like. It was delicious. Unfortunately coffee beans to buy are expensive since it's not roasted by the owners. Coffee is shipped from Denmark, South Korea and other roasteries. Yet it was amazing experience, definitely must to visit.

I left the place with freezing feeling on my back. Seeing it on instagram, I liked minimalism of interior design and owner's story behind its creation. But here, the dehumanized purity was not balanced by any warm spirit - the stuff acted reserved role with institutional professionalism. The coffee itself was perfectly made, maybe the most balanced and developed taste of filtered coffee I've drunk. Often an effort to drive a craft from 98℅ perfection to 100% removes the human touch and make it sterile. Coffee beans are made in dirt and sweat of people growing it. Here, all this "inpurity" was desinfected from the product and environment, for pricing that is totally immoral. Still, good to visit once to see how diverse the Prague coffee scene is.

So aesthetic, so perfect, literally the best cafe in Czech Republic. I've had here the most remarkable esspresso shots in my life. There also is an option to try all 3 (also perfectly brewed) batch brews in small cups, so you don't have to spend a fortune to try them all. No sugar, no cash, no wifi. No regrets..

(Translated by Google) The environment and the concept are great, but somehow I was hoping that this would be about coffee. There were 3 people in the cafe, so no rushed, but the staff unfortunately spoiled it. Me: "Hello, I'd like a filter." Service: "Jakej" J: "What kind of mate?" About: "Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Tanzania" J: "Need something sweeter, a more caramel breath?" Q: "So we don't have it" And then Mr. started naming me tons of coffee by heart, but it's such a shame..this would like some avid barista who enjoys it .. EDIT: I'm sorry, but I thought that taking photos in an empty cafe didn't matter (especially when I tagged your cafe and took it as an advertisement for other customers). I promise I won't take pictures with you anymore :) Otherwise, the coffee was great, it would just want someone who at least knows something about it (I mean the barista, so that I don't pull information from him like in the FBI interrogation). (Original) Prostredi a koncept super, ale tak nejak jsem doufala, ze tohle bude o kafi. V kavarne byli 3 lide, takze zadny naval, ale obsluha to bohuzel kazi. Ja: "Dobry den, dala bych si filtr. " Obsluha: " Jakej" J: "Jakej mate?" O: "Etiopie, Nikaragua, Tanzanie" J: "Treba neco sladsiho, karamelovejsi nadech?"

(Translated by Google) Thank you for the cafe, where there is plenty of space, light and no uselessness. I hate overpaid, would-be "cozy" businesses. Coffee is not just a daily dose for coffee addicts (to whom I report without shame). I appreciate the change of coffees and information about them. Although I haven't penetrated much of the secrets of coffee yet, I have the same access to tea. I am sorry that some incomprehensible people compare your space to a waiting room, from my point of view a spoiled Pražák it is the most beautiful and best café at least in Dejvice, if not further. The only downside may be that it is a bit hidden from those who do not yet know about it. I look forward to another visit! Oceňuji střídání káv a informace k nim.

To the people that are used to make espresso at home or at more normal coffee places: Usually the coffee at home is roasted more and due to its grinding and how machines works, its a bit more bitted(overextracted). Here you will find more acidic coffee, still due to the 20g of dose its very strong and can wake you up, but due to the roasting process, the grinding, the extraction process and the specific varieties the flavour is indeed very acidic, keep that in mind, you wont find something that you are used to. Its very high quality tho, but it takes some time to get used to it since it differs from what we are used to. The staff are helpful, the space needs some work since they are making some renovations and looks clunky. They could lower the volume in the bathroom, I don't need bathrooms with romantic music, not planning to kiss someone there. Overall a nice place for coffee at reasonable price that you can try some nice fresh fruity flavours. Also add more couches, they could be amazing to snuggle in and get your daily dose of caffeine.

I was disappointed with this place. Mostly about service. It was my first time in this coffeeshop. When I came the staffs didn't look at me at all. I tried to say hello but they ignored me. No smile, no eye contact. I didn't know if I could make order at the entrance or I could firstly go inside and take a table. I was waiting. Then 5 minutes later when I thought to leave, they finally ask me what I wanted. I tried to ask about coffee but the barista was so arrogant. She gave me no information about coffee. When I asked about extra milk she didn't want to add it in my order, I finally said ok without milk, but she finally put it to my bill... There were 4 different types of coffee and I asked about, I'd like to choose, but the barista told she had already done that for me. When I got my order there was no coffee presentation from the staff (only a cardboard) but I saw they did that for other customers. About food: Taste of my coffee was good. But my coffee was quite cold. The cake (with orange) was tasty and for me it was a good size portion.

Really interesting coffee shop experience at Mazelab in Prague, where the barista was attentive and informative about the different coffees available. We tried a washed Kenyan from La Cabra and a Letty Bermudez Colombian gesha by The Good Cup Coffee Co , refreshing to see a roaster from the Philippines out in Europe! Beautiful handmade ceramic cups to enjoy it with. Needless to say, the concept is much more cutting edge for a coffee shop, and prices are normal for euros but perhaps quite expensive in local czk. The ambiance is like the name- a lab, where they have a partition sectioned off for experimentation and workshops, and another for an up-and-coming roastery of their own. The main section has four grinders alone, with a beautiful customized Spirit espresso machine. Very modern design that perhaps makes it less inviting to relax and stick around, with lots of foliage to remind us of coffee’s natural environment. Labeled on each table is a reminder- “no sugar.” Despite all of the impressive machinery and decor, it is the barista that makes us want to go back. She was so efficient behind the bar, producing for a wide range of clients on her own, yet was very kind and able to take some time to give us samples of their batch (which was probably better than many v60s we’ve had at home!) and talk more about the coffee and Mazelab.
