As
for
the
maternity
ward,
the
services,
doctors
and
nurses
were
excellent
and
I
am
incredibly
grateful
to
them
for
everything.
Of
course,
sometimes
it
depends
on
the
kind
of
staff
you
come
across,
90%
of
them
are
competent
and
empathetic
people.
But
sometimes
you
also
come
across
experiences
like
something
out
of
a
horror
film
-
in
this
case,
I'm
talking
about
the
gynecological
clinic,
where
I
arrived
with
my
friend
and
where
I
was
treated
by
MuDr.
Renata
Ponca.
This
person
absolutely
misdiagnosed
my
problem,
she
told
me
that
it
was
non-purulent
mastitis
(which
the
lactation
specialist
laughingly
ruled
out
the
next
day),
but
what
was
absolutely
unforgivable
was
the
behavior
of
the
doctor,
who
the
whole
time
with
an
absolutely
stony
expression
on
her
face
repeated
that
this
problem
it's
brutal,
that
I'm
in
hellish
pain,
that
she
doesn't
know
how
I
can
handle
it,
that
my
partner
has
to
massage
my
breasts
through
the
pain,
etc.
She
scared
both
of
us
to
the
highest
possible
degree,
I
tried
to
tell
her
that
if
the
problem
is
serious
and
she's
waiting
a
painful
massage
for
me
(which
they
said
they
would
give
me
urgently),
at
least
a
slightly
different
tone
of
voice
in
which
they
communicate
with
me
and
a
greater
degree
of
empathy
would
help
me,
to
which
neither
the
doctor
nor
the
nurse
responded
and
only
kept
anxiously
repeating
that
this
would
definitely
be
mastitis
and
that
it
will
really
be
hellish.
But
it
was
only
breast
swelling
caused
by
hormones,
which
could
be
treated
with
hot
and
cold
compresses.
In
a
situation
where
you
are
trying
to
breastfeed
a
small
baby
and
mental
well-being
contributes
significantly
to
this,
even
more
so
I
rate
this
action
as
completely
unprofessional,
incompetent
and
I
absolutely
do
not
recommend
the
doctor
to
anyone
who
wants
to
preserve
their
mental
health.
Objectively,
however,
I
would
like
to
mention
that
I
was
previously
treated
by
another
doctor
at
the
gynecology
clinic,
who,
on
the
other
hand,
was
excellent
and
professional.
The
maternity
ward
at
Apolinář
is
overall
great,
the
poor
rating
is
really
aimed
only
at
Dr.
Renata
Poncová.
I
felt
a
strong
need
to
describe
my
experience
so
that
nothing
similar
happens
to
other
mothers,
my
goal
is
not
to
throw
dirt
on
anyone
just
"for
fun".
