Store and a conference center in one? Maybe split into a conference center and an actual T-Mobile store. I would prefer to go to the latter. It was hard to tell who was a customer, who was a client, and how many clients there were before me. Honestly, no need for coffee, ice cream, and talking robots in a cell phone store.

4 Jan 2022, 19.00 Poor customer service. Waiting for long time and nobody seems to come help. And its not even crowded. After waiting for long time, I went to Vodafone store to change my operator.

I was in T-Mobile on Eden about a month ago to change tariff. I know what I need and asked to change exactly what I want. Seller tried to persuade me to chose another one tariff. After a month I figure out that he changed my tariff to that HE wanted. So now I have to pay 30€ more. Scam!

I had a many weird experience in different branches because of English but today I had the best experience at T Mobile in Arkady with Tomas Matejcek, he speaks English very well and he guide you very professionally and friendly, I will definitely come back here whenever I need help with my career

I have always had a wonderful experience here. Great customer service, they are so accommodating for English speakers, and I’ve never come in without being handed a water or coffee. I’ve brought my students here for a field trip where they put together a wonderful 2 hour program about smart technologies and smart homes which included a hands on project. Highly recommend this location.

Professional, Useful and friendly environment. I went there by accident, just to get internet service, didn't know about Magenta workspace. "Aleš" (Professional Gentleman with British/Scottish accent,in case I misspelled his name ) took care of my contract, very fast & pacient, was even willing to help me out of his duty to get things done faster and easier. also introduced me to Magenta Experience Idea and workspace that I'm gonna use in future.
