Service doesn’t greet me back neither hi nor bye, one person has no idea what the other does, I got asked the same thing several times, the place was super busy while I was there yes, but the experience was fairly poor. Spent almost 20 minutes in there just to try a preordered pair of shoes, thankfully I didn’t wanna buy that would be another 20.

Wonderful Will who work there was very accessible for me as deaf person and very nice and care. Great buying experience due to his behaviour and will to serve .

I went to see the shop because I found it to have a good ranking on google I came the only one that was willing was Adam the only one he advised me. The others stood there on the mobile and talked even though there were people there, so the customer service was up to 0 except for Adam. so I don’t visit this store anymore and I don’t recommend coming here unless you’re served.

Good sneaker store and street wear brands store with some variety of good once

Great selection of sneakers from Converse, Nike, adidas, Yeezy, y-3, Rick owens, apparel from APC, Nike ACG, Maison kitsune, oakley, y-3 and a few others. You can pickup Yeezy 700s in white and mauve which are sitting but as with everything in Czech, prices are high on the European side. Lots of nite joggers and there's also Yeezy boots. Generally no hot hypebeast stuff will sit around here either.

This store is a must for buying streetwear in Prague. The staff is very friendly, professional and doesn't hesitate helping out foreigners. They have a curated assortment of sneakers and garments including ACG, RAF, Y-3, Heron Preston and even Rick Owens. They can order missing sizes to the store for pick-up on the next day.

The best place to buy sneakers ever. People around are helpful and you are able to get at least some choices of shoes. I would recommend it to everyone, the prices are high but quality costs money. My shoes were around 188€, no tax free included.

A bit high prices in the sales period.. But great service.. nice staff. I returned a day after to ask for tax free declaration and they served me so quick with a big smile on their lips.

Great customer service from the girl with name Eka on her name tag. I came to try on pair shoes and wasnt sure about the size, she was very heplful with her recommendations and offered to bring more size options when i wasnt sure. She really wanted to make sure i left with the right pair of shoes and was satisfied.

To have one employee on the floor and one in the back 4 days before Christmas is absolutely mind boggling. The manager must have no idea what they are doing or has the iq of an apple. One or the other. Wait 45 min just for assistancee and the store isn’t even that busy. Maybe 15 customers inside. The owner losing a lot of money with this staff.
