very bad expensive and i will never use their service ever again. I have dry heels, usually the salons I normally go to,examine my feet and immerse them in warm water,and they first scrub it slowly with 3 types of brushes. In Tulip salon,the guy just roughly started peeling with a sharp equipment roughly and talking to his colleague without paying attention, he managed to cut my feet and it was bleeding a lot, still no apologies(i tolf him to do it softly) and even at the bill counter, the lady charged me full amount which is fine but no apologies even from her. very pathetic service!

Very bad experience, I've been there for eyelash extensions several times. Every time I was booked and they never took me on time, I always waited at least 40 minutes even though I was booked. It is very unclean there. The lady shoved a piece of paper up to my eye and my eyes stung a lot the whole time. It's always full of people and it's a terrible mess. The lady doesn't even write down the people who call and order.
