Good barbecue served w tasty sides in a clean, patriotic atmosphere. If you can live w water, you can save a few dollars on the combos. Basically, a-la-carte.

Initial visit to this restaurant was satisfactory overall. The pulled pork was reasonably flavorful and chewy; coleslaw was not to my liking; cornbread was somewhat dry. For a chain, not bad IMHO. Will select another meat on my next visit.

My first time at Mission and I look forward to going back. I don't cook BBQ at home so it is a go-to favorite when eating out. I've been to BBQ joints all over the south and this is up there with some of the best. Surprising for a chain restaurant. Ordered pulled pork sandwich NC style which came piled high with meat and coleslaw on top. So high I had to eat some of it on the side. Ordered baked beans which were excellent. Lunch was reasonably priced, expect to spend about $15 if you get a side and a drink too. This is not a sit down and get waited on type place, you order at the cashier and wait to be called. Orders were filled very quickly. The pulled pork does not come with a sauce but there are 7 different sauces, including my favorite the vinegar based on every table. Liked the patriotic southern feel to the place and was checked on by both a worker and a manager during our meal.

Everything was outstanding from ordering, to the food delivery to our table, to Lonell's superb assistance in the dining room. We tried to order the entire menu because we came in around 5 pm having eaten nothing that day. The steak was way better than most, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. If by chance it's not right, they'll make it right. My observation is that this chain has great founders because it shows in their staff from one restaurant to another. They're so friendly and accommodating. I hope the quality never changes. They're also a great help to our veterans.

Service was great as always. This by far the best location we’ve been to. Their recommendations were awesome. If you see the meatloaf - get it. If you’ve been to mission bbq - then you know everything is pretty good.

Relaxing and stress free. Nice folks taking care of their hungry patrons. Steak was so tender & yummy. The sides are delicious. Tea was so fresh with a little Lemonade added. Amazing service & even better food. Went in there for the first time the cook gave us 2 free desserts for being first timers. Definitely not what I expected I thought it was just a take out place. Definitely would recommend.

Flavor of the food is great. Consistency is an issue as ribs and corn bread vary in moisture from visit to visit. Staff is amazing One of my favorite places. :)
