Excellent food, fantastic atmosphere! Always busy, make sure that you arrive early 😎

Food was good service was Suuuuuuuuuuuper slow and unorganized waited almost an hour for a plate of chips. Waiters and runners were all over the place and then you had to call them to get service and then it took between 10 and 20 min just to get your next drink

Amazing specials very reasonable and the food was delicious, quick service ... Uhm yeah I enjoyed even though the beer wasn't cold

This venue is good for families with children and / or sport lovers. Should you find yourself using a wheelchair you are out of luck. This venue do not have wheelchair accessible bathrooms and the area at the back is also inaccessible for wheelchair users. Such a pity.

We use to go there allot... Our last visit .. all staff seems disinterested... For was mediocre at best... Except the eisbein which was great... Service was ok but not great.... Our starter plates was still on the table after we had main course... Paid the bill and left... We won't return anytime soon

Deeply disappointed with this place. How is smoking allowed near a children's play area and even under a covered area??? Isn't this against the law? Being pregnant at the moment and taking a 3 year old here to play, I can highly adviced against going here. Would've been a great place with an awesome play area and delicious food, but the smoking policy makes this a no go zone if you care about your kids not inhaling second hand smoke.

Was there and I must say a very warm feeling when walking into the place. We were told by family that their jalapino poppers is amazing....well it was EPIC. The burgers that we ordered was juicy and just yummy. We asked the waiter if he can call the Manager. We told the manager she would make a killing in Gauteng with this type of food. Would recommend this place to everyone. Just beware if you eat the poppers you would ask for more !!!!!!

The atmosphere is grait. Would recommend for family gathering. They are a bit pricey tho but not to bad.

Great food always prepared to perfection hats off to the chef. Service is on point waiters are always friendly and willing to help.

I had a Biltong & Avo steak and it was okay. The portions seem quite large so, I would say it's value for money. The kids loved the large play area, just a pity that the "twirly-whirly-tunnel-slide" isn't usable. Only real downer was the fact that our waiter (and waiters in general) were not outside often enough when we needed service.

Had amazing food and very friendly service. Unfortunately the music on the night was very overpowering.

I've never had a bad experience here! I've always been greeted with a smile and the food has always been GREAT!!! It can be a little bit too loud for me, but that is due to sports, If you want to watch the rugby it's a very good place to visit for a game and drinks.

Food was underwhelming. The service was a bit delayed. More tables, needs more hands, meaning more staff. Focus was given to certain tables, and we had to wait. My first time experiencing the place. Welcoming at the door was somewhat rehearsed and unwelcoming. Great place to have a beer with a few pals, but I don't think I'll be back for the food.

Service was very slow. Waited 50minutes for our food and it was not busy at all. Outdoor play area is not safe at all. The slides is half a meter from the floor which means the kids has to fall half a meter to the ground... generator is running al the time where you are suppose to sit and eat outside..... worst of all you have to walk through the smoking area with the kids to get to the outside eating area which is for the kids.. food tastes very nice but portions looks a bit out. Milkshakes are the best in town!!

The food is delicious. Waiters are s friendly and the children can enjoy themselves at the play ground and trampolines

A lovely surprise "aeroplane hanger", industrial style vibe. Good portions, but needs more vegetarian options.

I absolutely love everything about this place! The food was and always is delightful 😊 Their cocktails are super yummy, and beers are always cold. Service is prompt. The weather was cold, but they made fires, and we were comfortable. It's always worth it to pop in here when in town. Definitely recommend Copper Clover to anyone! #Cheers , till next time!

I had the Nachos Grande burger with sweet potato fries and all I can say is WOW!!! The burger patty was perfectly grilled and the cheese sauce mixed with the quacamole was a taste sensation. The sweet potato fries were well prepared and mixed with the chillies and garlic sauce just took them to the next level. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Bloemfontein.

The food was excellent I had a eisbein, best in Free State. My wife had a steak. Waiters were excellent and very friendly and jacked up. Will certainly see you soon and recommend you to anyone and everybody . Sorry don't have time at this point in time. We always dine out to enjoy the awesome atmosphere by you.

Very well laid out place with a lot of entertainment facilities for children. A few large TVs as well for sport viewing and tasteful decor. The place gets very busy and as such service can be slower than most restuarants. Food was mid-tier. Nothing amazing, just a normal line up of options with the meats being meh for the most part. All-in-all a great place for a burger and a few beers with friends or with family and children. Again, must emphasize that this is a place children (under 12) love and is very child friendly.

The waiters were friendly even though they changed during service. I feel that you should only have 1 waiter from begining to end. The food is good but not worth the wait. We waited very long for our food and the waiter did not visit the table regularly if we needed something we had to get up and ask for service. The service was pathetic and could do much better.

Food and Service is fantastic! The only downside to our experience today was the attitude of the manager when we complained about our beers not being up to Standard "tastes like kegg is going off" The answer that we were given was "you should not order it then" , our beer was replaced but the attitude was shocking.

Very nice family restaurant. Good food and service ok. Just one complaint. Music is so loud you cant have a normal conversation. At the end of the day everybody is shouting.

Foods we're well served, with a cool guy, but he was dressed inappropriately. However, he was fun. , he gave us the best of his service. He even asked me to take a takeaway of my left over. The atmosphere was phenomenal, a good place to visit with your family.

Very disappointed tonight, there was only 3 tables occupied, 1st someone elses drink order was brought (for crying out loud theres only 3 tables) and then my steak order, no knife/fork, waited for 10 min no staff on the floor, then when I went to ask for a knife I found all the staff standing watching soccer? Once I asked I had to wait for another 5min before they brought it and it was clear they were not happy to be interrupted, BAD customer service! I dont have a problem that they are watching TV but al least make sure your table is sorted 1st, not once did anyone come to check if we are fine or if we want to order more drinks. Not worth travelling all the way to LHP for an unhappy experience.

A great time out. Wonderful ambience. Melds the best of family dining and private dining in ine place. Has brilliant food and wonderful service. I was served by Anashe and enjoyed every moment. The restaurant is a great watering hole too with a 1 litre jug of alcohol available - beer or spirits and mixers. Well worth a visit!

I had a terrible experience. 1st sour beer from the geg had to send it back. Being that they are an Irish pub I ordered Guinness pot pie. What a disappointment raw pastry crust and big chewy pieces of meat in a watery soup 1 piece of carrot and big bland peices of mushy potato. The staff was friendly though and the manager comped the meal. Don't think I'll go there again when visiting Bloem

Amazing food! Awesome vibe! Would go there any time. Huge kids play area too! Service with a smile from the staff. The chicken and mushroom pot pie is to die for!!

Food is really good and the place is getting better. Only thing is they try to run the place on holidays with minimal staff causing some frustration. Play area needs artificial grass because it gets very muddy if it rains.

Atmosphere is great, food was tasty and the music good.... The service could be improved on a bit. Our waiter forgot about us for quite some time and only half the drink ordered made it to the table when a next runner/waiter took over.

Family friendly restaurant. Good food with reasonable prices. Needs some general upkeep with wear and tear visible in some areas. Not suitable when its raining as even in the covered area you will get wet. Overall goog experience.

Not my first bad experience with Copper Clover...waited over an hour for our food which was cold when it came. No mention of specials. Waiter seemed very inexperienced and kept on apologizing the whole time. Will not go back anytime soon ☹

Great atmosphere, great beer, excellent food and friendliness to boot... The kid's play area is "off the charts", so parents can also relax and enjoy the experience!

Ate here with family on the evening of 28 December. Quaint setup. Good food. Slightly lackluster service. The restaurant wasn't extremely busy but we waited more than 20minutes for our drinks, of which two were entirely different from what was ordered. We waited another 45min+ for our food. The food was delicious. I had a jalapeno burger and chips. The food was of good quality and portion size. There was not quite enough jalapeno to my liking, though.
