One of the old buildings in Bloemfontein, used as a venue for various functions such as conferences, workshops, weddings and community social gatherings. The venue was also used by IEC (Independent Electoral Commission Of SA) as their Free State Provincial Results Operations Centre (ROC), during 2014 National AND Provincial Elections in South Africa.

Though it's is being restored, the construction company is doing a good job restoring the place the same way it was
