This is a lovely place to take kiddies.. Plenty grass to run about on. Nice playground equipment. The train ride was a great hit. Open on Sunday afternoons, and at only R5 a ride, very cheap ! We had a birthday party there- picnic and then many rides on the train- wonderful fun !

My parents took us to ride on the trains when we were little. We went back on Sunday with the new generation to also let them experience it. It's a fun, entertaining place that both kids and adults love. Keep up the great work!

Very cool, the price for the trains are very cheap and the people there are usually very nice too, the trains are very nice if you want to have fun with kids, and the surroundings are also nice.

Small running model trains and train station. Outside, there is a free play park. Seems to have enough free parking outside.

Now this is one of your 'must go to' places if you are living in Bloemfontein / visiting in Bloemfontein or simply just passing by Bloemfontein, you do not even need to have a child to go there and enjoy what this place offers you to enjoy. This definitely guarantees you a fun at the park day! For those who do not know what this place is, then you are really missing out on a few exciting experiences. This place have thee most coolest of all cool, small, self-made (by the older uncles who operates these) Trains you will ever see and the most awesomest of all is, that you (old or young/ big or small) can ride them all! Yes correct if you are 50 years old or 5 years old you can all climb onto these trains and they will take you on a trip down memory lane or on a trip you would definitely always remember. Some of these are real replicas of the old age steam trains which are operating with real burning coals and water ofcourse they almost look like the whole Thomas and friends family you have Percy the green train and Tobi the brown train the there's a orange train and a blue steam train. You pay only R5 per ticket and 1 ticket per child/adult per ride, there's a tunnel where you go through and the trains love hooting when they the go through there and the kids love it. When you are a hungry or thirsty you do not have to worry because there's a tuck shop right there where you stand in the que at the trains. They sell the most magnificent pan cakes and lovely beverages and nice sweeties for the kids to enjoy! Definitely a bucket list thing for those who want to enjoy the feel of a real train station. And then that's not all. Right next to this child size train station theres a fun park for the kids to play and parents to chill or have a picnic at. Please go and support these elder people they use the money either to fix the trains or for the rail road or they

πŸ‘ Beautiful spot. Great view over Bloemfontein. Loved the wild life up hear. Wildebeests, zebra, buck, even giraffes. However it lost a star due to lack of maintenance. Disappointing to see litter.
